Do not bother coming to this store. I don't know why they won't just admit they're going out of business and shutter the place. The shelves are more empty now than they were at the height of COVID. I can rarely find what I'm looking for. They don't even have Tic-Tacs! The zombies behind the counter deny the place is closing. Just pack it in and stop wasting customers' time by having them come to an empty store.

My vaccine appointment for Novavax got canceled at one CVS, so I rescheduled for here. They waited until I showed up and stood there for 10 minutes to tell me they only have the other two. Ridiculous! It shouldn’t be this hard to get the vaccine that works.

This place has lazy workers that lock the doors and hide 10-15 minutes before closing. Not good for business.

This CVS I have to say is one of the best. New to the neighborhood and manager, staff & pharmacy there all very friendly helpful & caring!! Always go out of there way to stop and say hi, what do you need etc. Very Happy coming here!!

The pharmacists are unhelpful and unapologetic. The first time I had a bad interaction I let it go but it’s been quite a few times now. They will not hesitate to turn you away, they don’t care if you’re nine months pregnant or with a small sick toddler. Their customers are not their priority. Recommend any other local pharmacy.

There is a discrepancy between the advertised promotion of "Buy 1 Get 1 Free for ALL Nature Made products" and the actual offer, which is limited to selected items only. This inconsistency creates confusion and dissatisfaction. It is crucial to ensure accurate and transparent communication regarding promotional offers to maintain customer trust. Do your job and select which items apply for the deal. So he took the sign down. First time there, def last.

Posting this to rave about a product that’s a must have if you’re nauseous can’t gate keep this bc it literally SAVED me… EMETROL. from now on I am 100% carrying this in my purse wherever I go. A little over an hour ago I was miserable, nauseous AF & feeling like death. After taking about 1 1/2 capfuls of this, I feel absolutely back to my normal self. I have an appetite, no more nausea, & not feeling like death. Taste is not bad at all just have a little ginger ale after taking it. I did a lot of research on finding the best anti nausea medication & this by FAR had the best reviews. It’s NON drowsy so can take at work, driving etc. Whoever invented this, god BLESS. The fact that it’s OTC & doesn’t require a prescription like zofran is a blessing.

Please fix the refrigerated section. Pharmacists are very helpful, but there's never enough staff up front.
Also, it's not necessary to scan my license if I'm purchasing alcohol so I suspect they're selling my information.

Local Rite Aid front end reps are nice, fast and helpful. And that, is the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars. The Pharmacy however, is the main reason why I shop Rite Aid and it is out right agitating they never answer the phone. If, after multiple calls back to back for hours, they do answer, there is a lack of courtesy in the voice of the person answering. Automated system? Don't bother leaving your number for a call back you will never receive one. I noticed the last few times I physically came there the ringer on the phone is very low but even so, if I can hear it at the window while being rang up, the individuals inside must hear it too. The phone is on the counter and no one even makes an attempt to acknowledge the phone is ringing. Very poor customer service

Please please please fix the phones at the pharmacy 😭 They ring and ring and never get answered. I don't know if they're broken or what but there's been so many times I had to drive over to the location just for a quick question. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE I'M BEGGING

On October 7th, around 8:30 pm, I went to this location, and everything was good while shopping; workers were helpful. But when I went to the register to pay for my items, the man at the register was so drunk I was able to smell him even standing 3 feet away from him. He also had a very bad attitude. I asked him to check my coupons to see if there were any deals that could be applied to my order, and he said straight "No". I checked by myself and saw there were two deals, and I asked him to apply them to my order. He rolled his eyes and gave such a nasty attitude. I never had this kind of experience at any other cvs location.

6:20 appointment was available on the website which wouldn’t let me click “confirm” after filling out all of my info. Went back to the website and the 6:20 appointment was pulled because I was trying to book it. It was 6:17 and I couldn’t be seen as a walk-in because they “were backed up.” What’s the difference? Going to go to CVS

EDIT-----OK I have to go back and edit this review because I forgot about the most important part--the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy is so nice EXCEPT the pharmacist herself. I’m not sure of her name but I know she’s a short Indian lady...and she’s brown skin. But she is extremely rude and she makes decisions on your medication as if she is your doctor, she questions you as if she is your doctor, and she will not give you medication even though your doctor prescribed it, I know a few people who have issues with her. I have actually moved my pharmacy to another location because of her . Even though it is convenient to go to Rite Aid and I do everything else at Rite Aid I had to switch pharmacist because she is just too much to deal with and to rude I will never ever ever again have my prescription filled there!!!!

I mostly shop at this location during the night time. The associates that are there at night time are wonderful. I never have an issue with them. The only issue I don’t like about the nighttime procedures are that at 9 PM well it’s usually 8 PM or between 9 PM you are not able to get cash back because they close or count out the drawers. Also recently I had another issue where at 8 PM one night I went to pick up a Western Union and they did not have the money available ($250) I came back twice the next morning and afternoon and the money still wasn’t available until I made a fuss about it and the acting manager called the supervisor and they made the money available to me. That I find unacceptable because Western Union is a third-party service in your store and you should always have money available on hand the senders pay a fee which in my case my sender paid $50 in order for me to have that money right away and I couldn’t get it .I do not shop so much during the daytime but the experience that I have during the daytime is completely different from night time. Almost all of these associates are friendly during the daytime most are not and I do not get a chance to get to know them as well as I know the nighttime employees. So I am not saying that they are bad they are just not as friendly and talkative as nighttime employees. either way I will continue to shop at this location I come here for everything I love the prices I love the bonus program and the associates switch a lot but for the most part they are very well. The store is always extremely clean and the associates always look neat and clean I would recommend this location to anyone

I love my Rite Aid pharmacy in RVC, they know me by name and make sure they call and follow up on my prescriptions. The shelves are always stocked, the workers go out of their way to help you locate products and make suggestions. I appreciate having their service in the neighborhood.

It depends on the staff working that day.
Most staff are not very intelligent or customer service oriented.

The worst is the young African American staff member. I don’t know his name... he comes to work in sweats and crocs and has close to no professionalism whatsoever.

You can get what you need here, but the customer service ranges from mediocre to down right terrible.

I wouldn’t suggest patronizing this store unless it’s an absolute emergency.
