I've ordered uber from here a few times and everytime I get almost rotten produce, and such poor substitutes. I ordered saffron and got star anise? Like what? That's not even close? Not happy
Very nice and welcoming staff. Whenever I go there to pick up food delivery they are always helpful and aware of everyone coming into the store and provide assistance.
Got accused for shoplifting in the past.

It's a convenient place to shop. Keep your receipt because security has a tendency to make false accusations. Prices are high, but I suppose that's the premium you pay for a good location. It would be good if they stated open later.
Convenient & good prices.. have everything you need like a supermarket, just smaller.. & even hot roast chicken for dinner if missed picking up something elsewhere.
Very nice new fit-out. Great location. Extremely expensive. One item on my weekly shop was 50% more expensive than Pak n Save less than 5km away. I would expect longer opening hours for a “convenience” location such as this.

Dreadful experience! I drove all the way from west auckland as google had said that it was open 24 hours. After arriving I soon came to a conclusion in which it was not open 24 hours! Extremely disappointed and frustrated. We just wanted to quench our thirst with some prime.
Popped into the new 4Square and really pleased to see a cafe there too. The barrista has a bright sunny welcoming friendly smile as you come in. All self checkout with a checkout person happy to help.

the guy thought I gave him two $1 coins but I handed him a $1 coin and $2 coin for a $2 can of drink. He was suppose to hand me my dollar back when I handed the $2 coin. We went back and forth back in forth he didn't believe me and I told him I walked in here with $1 coin and a $2 coin I know what I handed you. In the end he have me my $3 back and I didn't buy a drink. He was quite frankly on my nerves, so I recommend check your money before you hand it over and make sure you get your correct change who knows how many times he's done this

Good mix of retail, commercial and hospitality venues all with the convenience of easy parking. I highly rate the local real estate office Ray White as well as the CJ’s seafood. Blacksmiths is also a top notch spot for a drink and a pizza, while the coffee club serve up decent brews and ‘third place’ hospitality.
Rude staff that thought it was funny to insult people while serving them. Perhaps you should keep your bigoted opinion to yourself.

Went to get milk tonight wed 18th august, there is a sign saying 1 customer only, I wore a mask but woman behind counter no mask and talking on the phone, I handed her cash and she put on a dirty glove and handed change back

An expanding shopping hub in the growing Takanini area. There is a variety of shops and eateries in the Centre plus now our own little library! Absolutely love the expanding and diversifying of the area. While there are still some shops unoccupied at the moment, it is a great little spot with everything you could need.
Parking is always a challenge on weekends. Even if you look at the parking slots, it seems bit smaller. Though it has some good joints for food and shopping.
Nice little village if you prefer the quietness. Parking can get a bit crowded. Other than that, it's within walking distance of Bruce Pullman and the mains (Great South Road)
Would love to get in contact with the complex owner in regard to my car getting hit in this car park & the person fleeing. The number provided by the warehouse staff and on here just leads me to Vodafone. I was told you have clear CCTV, not keen on parking here in the future if not 😬
A nice little place to shop I mostly go here for The Warehouse but there are also some yum bites to grab such as Sushi & Don & LJs. Also having the Blacksmiths there to swing by and have a little midday drink is very handy!

I went into this store and bought 2 birthday cards ($1 each) the guy scanned one card 3 times, he charged me more than the actual price. He didn't know that I saw what he did, I did not say anything and payed for it because I believe in karma. If you are the person that charged me extra and thought you were slick with your move, I want you to know that I knew what you did and hope you can be more honest when dealing with your customers.

There was not a lot of customer service there no CSR to been seen but I know the store inside out and knew what I wanted and we're to find it so it was a quick easy in and out no fuss no drama and the store was particularly clean and tidy 👍. The checkout girl was friendly and meet and greet was friendly.

Friendly proprietors always helpful and pleasant to talk to.
I have just had the unfortunate experience with the owner of this dairy. An Asian man who is not only rude but also aggressive and threatening. The was kicking the rubbish out of his store and on to the footpath. I explained that what he was doing is wrong and he told me to "shut up its always like this". I explained that he shouldn't do it and went on with my shopping. On the return to my vehicle he was leering at me aggressively so I asked him what his problem was to which he hurled abuse at me.
This is not first experience of this rude man, but I can assure you that it will be the last. I will never darken his door step again.

Value of money
Always keen to support local businesses! Service is good, there is a lot of variety (Fresh fruit, meat, toiletries, hardware and tools) and it beats going to the supermarket unless you need to do a larger shop.

Great place to shop for groceries. Beats your common supermarket as it had a nice touch of local business to it. Friendly staff and an amazing selection of ice creams!!
For a well priced fresh fruit snack, Otahuhu Fruit Mart is a must visit. Staff is fantastic too!
