So kind to our toddler. Deloxious food. Not only excellent value but positively cheap compared to other places nearby. Do visit.

Excellent cafe with equally wonderful staff. Quick service. The food was very tasty with a very good sized serving.
Located almost opposite the cathedral and around the corner from the castle it could not be better placed.
If I had to pick one thing that knocked a star off it’s the fact that they don’t serve a full English breakfast. That said, we chose scrambled egg on toast with bacon which was fabulous and to be fair made a change from a full English, I do understand that the lack of that particular breakfast could be a real letdown but if you give something else a go you won’t be disappointed.
Well run, clean and above all very friendly.
Cost wise it was very reasonable, so much so that we went back a lunchtime for soup, which was obviously homemade that day. Needless to say it was also very tasty.
If we are ever in Lincoln again we wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Great location in Lincoln overlooking the castle walls down a small alley, outside seating available and dog friendly too.
The food was reasonably priced and good quality, staff were friendly and the food came out really quickly.
I had the bacon and Brie panini while my wife and daughter had jacket potatoes with coronation chicken and tuna mayo, we also ordered some chocolate cake which was delicious.
Great little find in the heart of Lincoln.

My husband and I came in on a busy Saturday lunchtime and were fortunate to get a table. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the sandwiches were very well filled in lovely fresh bread. The climb to the top of the hill was definitely worth it and we will certainly be returning again

What a little gem of a cafe/ crèche for the abandoned husband whilst his better half is distracted at Fabric Corner next door. The only improvement I would recommend is a screen showing the test match and maybe a licensed fridge ?

great homely cafe with vegan options :)
The food was excellent, as was the service. Unfortunately, they ran out of avocados, so they had to send out to replenish the stock. It was a long wait, but it really was worth it. Highly recommended - excellent chef and waitress.
Been in a few times and always a pleasure. Great and friendly staff, making great coffee. The cinnamon bun is a knock out. Vegan friendly and all.
Came in for lunch before heading to the library, and found it to be a quaint and pleasant atmosphere. My latte and toasted cheese sandwich were really nice. Staff are nice and friendly as well. The cost of two coffees, a croissant and a cheese toastie came to about £16, so a bit too much for me, in my opinion. Nice, but too pricey for me to be coming back. Thank you though 👍🏻

We had a lovely afternoon tea & craft session for a friend's baby shower today. The sandwiches and cakes were all delicious, lots of different tea/coffee to choose from, the vegan options for food/drink just as nice as the omni! The craft idea to fit with the theme was perfect, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Really thankful for all their help and going out of their way to make it a special afternoon. Not forgetting the brilliant celebration cake made too. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful discovery. The main road may be loud and noisy outside, but this is a cosy and warm location, with tasty treats on the menu and a colourful atmosphere. It's quiet and a good place to recharge.

Thoroughly recommend this lovely place, staffed by super friendly people. Plenty of veggie options available too 😀

Lovely quaint cafe just off the Main Street in Lincoln, nice and warm on a cold winters day. We had hot chocolates and scones, all large and homemade, lots of value for money. There was a huge menu of sandwiches and things, no full meals though. Servers were incredibly polite and helpful, giving other people directions to get a full English. Prices were reasonable, 6 of us got a drink and snack for about £30. Will definitely be returning if we go back to Lincoln.
Nice cafe, with friendly staff and a unique menu. Lovely loose leaf tea and a delicious chai latte. We both had Shakshuka to eat, which was a great choice. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chef. It's not the cheapest in town but definitely worth the money!
Called in for breakfast after reading the good reviews! My friend and I were not disappointed! Coffee was excellent, breakfast was awesome and the chef very accomodating! Thank you, we would highly recommend!

Nice stop for afternoon tea. Each pot makes about two cups, ask for the tea menu as a wide selection of teas available (vs. Just the usual English Breakfast), and nice selection of scones and cakes.

They had catered a special hen party event for us and it was amazing! The most fun I've had in such a long time! The staff were so lovely and friendly and had such a good laugh with us. They really helped us create some amazing patches even though I had no idea what I was doing. The afternoon tea spread was delicious, I would definitely recommend you go and visit even if its just for a nice coffee and a browse. Amazing place :)

Tucked away from the main street, so wasn't busy when we went.
Very clean.
Friendly staff.
We had jacket potatoes with chilli, cheese and a side salad. Latte and a pot of tea that came with plenty of fresh milk. All very nice.
Well worth a visit here to see the Victorian /Edwardian chemist's cabinets.
Hot chocolate was to die for and I've never had such a gooey grilled cheese sandwich! Would recommend ⭐

Update 3 months later: Would recommend the Biscoff Latte! Brilliant, friendly service and the food remains 'heavenly' 😁
Friendliest coffee shop in Lincoln! Lovely staff who will take the time to explain each and every brew they have and all the lovely food including warm sandwiches and plenty of vegan options. Seating inside and out including blankets for when its a bit nippy. They also have loyalty cards for a free coffee after 8. Dog friendly too and they keep a bowl which you can fill with fresh water in the sink. Can't say enough good things about this lovely place.
