Our first experience with the Bar Stellar was in 2020 when we stayed at the hotel. Since then, we've been in Sydney and stayed at the Stellar hotel several times. We've had many breakfasts or lunches at the Bar Stellar. John and the staff there are welcoming, friendly and efficient.. The coffee is great and the food is the best of any coffee shops we've been at around the world. This place and the staff are really special to us. Highly recommended.

Great value, fabulous staff and really good value. They are surrounded by a number of cafes and restaurants but are always busy so people clearly voting with their feet!

My family and I had breakfast here while we were in Sydney. What a little hidden gem. Delicious coffee, food and great service. Prices of food very affordable. Will definitely come here again next time we are Sydney.

During staying in the hotel, I had,every single morning, The Best scramble eggs with sourdough toast and long black with dash of almond milk ever!!!! Simply delicious 🤤

Conveniently located directly under our hotel we looked forward to going to Bar Stellar for breakfast every morning. The food, coffee and service is all great, definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Friendly staff and service. Coffee is great and good $6 cake/banana bread/toast combo special too. Free newspapers! Great central location.
