Black olive in my chicken wrap? Not so much, this was our family’s 5th day in a row getting smoothies and food here. Got home and opened my wrap and thought it had a black olive it (which I hate), nope, just a big black dead bug the size of an olive. I never wanted a black olive so bad after seeing this critter in my sandwich. So gross!
DONT DO IT GO TO SMOOTHIE KING NEARBY! The drive thru is a nightmare and extremely slow (40 min slow) by far would recommend the Smoothie King nearby. Once you are in the drive thru you are stuck and cannot get out. The worst was I have even sat in a long drive thru nightmare just for them to state “we don’t have ice so no smoothies”. I gave them another chance and now have been burned the 2nd time. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Will not be back!
I only leave reviews if truly warranted but this location has great people working there and they do a great job. I want to especially recognize Kyla. She went out of her way this morning and went above and beyond for a random customer like me. She is a special person and I would hire her in a second!
Walked into this establishment for a pickup order, which was not ready (which was fine), but I was completely ignored by all 5 employees. They greeted a group of people behind me and proceeded to take their order, while ignoring me. I finally just spoke up that I was waiting for an order for Breanna, the cashier looked annoyed, handed me her bag from behind the counter, and said nothing to me. Please learn how to interact with people and be friendly if you would like them to return :)
I just left this location4/21/2024. I asked for a Baja chicken with no chicken no cheese and extra tomato sauce. The first wrap i received had no rice, the 2 following wraps i received was full of chicken and cheese. I received 2 more wraps which i thought was made correctly but halfway through eating the wrap I noticed small bits of chicken in it . I have been a vegetarian for 4 years and lactose intolerant all my life so most likely i will be sick by tonight by ingesting the small pieces of meat . I see that Dylan is listed on this ticket i am unsure if this is who was making my order but it was Dylans shift that was on the floor. This was by far the worst experience i have ever endured in any restaurant. Yes i received a refund and a free smoothie but those in the kitchen (those in charge of making the food ) are literal kids and they have no business working anywhere if they can not follow simple instructions. Aka. I was in the restaurant for an hour waiting for this wrap .

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I needed to this time. I’ve been to 3 different Tropical Smoothies in Saint Johns and this is by far the best quality. I order the Açaí bowl and every time I get it from this location it’s made wonderfully. The fruit is fresh, packed to the top and all around great service. I even order my Chai smoothie with strawberry instead of peanut butter and they get it right every time. The others usually mess up and I end up with peanut butter or the bowl is half made and with little toppings. I think the service there has its ups and downs, taking longer than it should but, they are never rude.

I frequent the drive thru pretty often, like 3 times a week. Some of the employees here are so rude. How you gonna ask for a tip but can’t even say hi when I pull up to the window???

Despite losing to the owner's flag football team for the 3rd season in a row, the service and smoothies here are still absolutely phenomenal. So fast, so healthy, so filling. Highly recommend!
i went through the drive through which only had 1 car in front of us and it took almost 40 minutes to get our food, which was IN FACT not made correctly and barely put together. very disappointed in my experience here. do better. i asked for no ranch on my sandwich, as i have an allergy to the ingredients in ranch (buttermilk). but when i bit into my sandwich i tasted the ranch which made me break into hives ON A FIRST DATE. not only embarassing, also very unsafe since the employees could not follow my simple directions

I'm done with the Durbin Pavillion location. I'm tired of paying full price & not getting a full smoothie for the price paid. This is not the first time this has happened. They shake the cup to get the inside of the lid covered with the smoothie so you don't notice you didn't get your money's worth. Most of the time when I get a smoothie it's more like drinking watered down soup in a cup. This was suppose to be a 32 Oz smoothie but as you can see it was not!!!

I go to Smoothie King at Durbin Pavilion often and have always been happy until last night. I went through the drive thru at about 7:50pm. A recording said they were closed. I couldn’t believed they closed before 8:00 on a Sunday so I drove to the front to look at the hours. The workers were still inside cleaning up. The sign said open and on the door it said they were open until 8:00. Since I had driven there just for something to eat, I knocked on the door. A younger guy came to the door. I asked why they were closed when it said they were open until 8:00. He said they just wanted to get home a little early. WOW! I told him that was upsetting since that wasn’t the advertised hours. He said he would probably be upset too and closed the door. If I owned the store, I would want to know that. What a terrible work ethic.

Make sure your order is right is all I can say. Because if it is wrong and you mention it next time you stop by all you will get is a sorry and that's it. Considering I get a smoothie a few times a week just saying sorry does not cut it if you truly in customer loyalty business.

This place is AWSOME! I walked in for my FREE Veterans Day Smoothie for being a Veteran of the US Navy and this awesome person fixed me right up withing seconds. In doing so she was multitasking by taking the drive-thru orders and helping another customer at the counter at the same time. I noticed that she was the only person working in the restaurant. She made me a Strawberry/Kiwi Smoothie and it came out perfect. I can't believe how fast and precise this person was. She deserve praise and a raise. This is my Go-To Place for Smoothies and it should be for yours :)

I just wanted to say thank you to whoever the employee was that wrote my name on my cup and put a smile on it as well as put interchanging colors on it too. Really just made my morning better as I hadn’t had the best couple of days recently. So just thank you to whoever that employee was that did this in 10/20 @ 10:40ish am. 😊

Unfortunately I've had to downgrade from 5 stars to 3. I love coming here but have had 2 sub par smoothies in the past week. Hopefully I'll be able to bring this back up to 5 in the near future.
