Very cute bakery! The staff is so nice and the pizza was good too. We tried the fruit tarte and it was delicious!

Best espresso I've had in Italy - better then anything in Rome!! Thick and creamy!!! Croissant was also really good! Definitely come here. The vibe is also nice and modern

Es war wirklich sehr lecker. Alle sind freundlich. Englisch war kein Problem. Karottenkuchen war unfassbar lecker. 🥰

Kritik wäre nur, dass die Warteschlange durch den ganzen Laden neben den Essenden vorbei geht. Etwas teuer, aber das Geld wert und wer lieber ruhiger sitzt, sollte sich was anderes suchen.

Amazing bakery full of delicious and beautiful sweet and savory options, as well as fresh juices of all kinds and even yogurt granola fruit bowls. Coffee is amazing too!

Really good coffee and the pastries were incredible. Loved the atmosphere here but arrived a little early before the pizza was brought out and had saddly already eaten a very nice hame and cheese crossaint from here, which was also delish. Would definitely go here again if we go back to Milan
Even though the places is not ideal, it’s crowded and loud, city center, it’s one of the best we were. Food great, waiters soo cool, very kind and helpful. We definitely come back here

This place could be considered a tourist trap due to its ideal location and high prices. Beer costing €12 per pint. However we were given free food, however I recon this was to try and get us to stay and order more food…

I tried a pizza at this restaurant and was left quite disappointed. The bill turned out to be much higher than expected, especially for the quality of food served. The pizza I ordered seemed to be a basic Margherita with ham added on top, which felt unoriginal and lacking in creativity.

The only positive thing about this place was its convenient location. However, I wouldn't recommend it, particularly to tourists who might not be familiar with the language and could easily fall into this type of tourist trap.

Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I like it as easy going lunch place
It’s not that cheap but at least you can see what they’re offering before u make your choice. The food it’s not “light” but I simply love their focaccia and if you get there on time -lunch they have even a selection of couple of normal meals.

We came to the restaurant not long before the closing. So we shouldn’t have waited at all.

The food was served very quickly. Pizza Margherita was delicious. Risotto was barely warm. But I liked it, it was cheesy and delicious.

The waiters were friendly even tho we could have noticed the reaction that they wanted us to leave.

The wine was amazing and 1 portion is almost half the bottle. Coperto was €3.

The light was turned off at the end. But overall, for us it was a nice experience
It's one thing sourcing the best coffee beans (which they do), then roasting them to perfection (which they do), then using state-of-the-art equipment (which they do), in beautiful spaces (which they do). But it's quite another thing bringing all those elements together in the final product: a cortado that is so smooth, so delicious, so complex, so perfectly brewed that you'll walk for 30 minutes just to experience it again, again (which we did, and will do again and again – or, next time, just stay in a hotel closer to either of their stores). Go get your ultimate coffee fix from the masterfully skilled baristas at Cafezal – you'll thank me later!
a high-end specialty coffee in Milan, very well prepared but unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with the staff, they treated me differently than other costumers cause i’m not Italian and don’t speak the language either. They were very kind and bubbly with others, but cold when speaking to me.

Came here for tea for my friend's birthday meal. The waiters didn't speak the best english and that is ok. However, two of my friends shared a bottle of wine, and me and my other friend had water and coke. They didn't seem pleased with this. Then when ordering the main meals, I had pasta whilst my other friends had a meat dish and the waiter was like "why don't you want a special dish" and kept saying "are you sure you don't want meat and want a special dish" which I found very rude. I am vegan and therefore obviously don't want to eat a lamb shank like my friends. I found this rude of him to ask and he clearly didn't understand what I was saying and why I didn't want it.

I was traveling in Milan, and was looking for some thing, fresh and delicious and I found this place. I’m so happy I came here because the service was really really good. The waiter speak perfect English, so this is an ideal place for tourists. I also found a place to be very sustainable, ethical and environmentally friendly. I think I saw that they only deliver using bicycles also. The Panini was really fresh and delicious With simple ingredients which made all the difference.
Popped in for a couple flat whites and a croissant. The flat whites were very well made and the croissant was tasty. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on out front. The baristas were friendly and quick. Would come back again!
Great cafe with good coffee and atmosphere. Good outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend.
Their rating is well deserved - excellent coffee, the custard croissant was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. Worth noting there’s no WiFi if you need to connect but that doesn’t detract from the 5-star experience.
Good place if you want to buy something to go. There is not much space inside or outside to eat and drink. However service was very kind and food was good. We had sandwiches with ham, mozzarella and pesto, latte macchiato and orange juice (which I definitely can recommend).
We were looking for a café where we can also buy coffee beans as a souvenir. This is a great place for it, the barista was very helpful with some advice. They speak English very well, they are nice and we observed that a lot of people are used to go there in the morning.
We had cappuccino, espresso, lemonade and some fresh breakfast pastry. The best coffee we tried during our stay in Milano, highly recommend!❤️
The coffee is delicious. I bought two bags of coffee and when i'm going back to my country and i brew it, it's really so good. Hidden gem in Milan, is hard to found specialty there.

My favourite place for lunch or coffee with dolci:
- high quality of products used for pizza - delicious cappriciosa, zucchini and cheese - delicious;
- beverages: coffee, fruit juices are freshly prepared;
- tiramisu is one of the best in Milan.
Highly recommend, whenever Im in Milan, Princi is my first stop.
Proper, quality coffee. I enjoyed my barrista made cappuccino and my partner's brewed Ethiopian coffee was flavoursome; perfectly brewed to a good strength, deep chocolate, velvety flavours with a hint of citrus.

friendly server with plentiful selections !

ordered the bread with tuna , croissants & coffee , not the best but certainly not the worst !

eat & go, enjoy !
Very big disappointment: we asked earlier if they have gluten-free offer as stated in their menu.
While ordering, they "changed their mind" and told us, that no.
We were there twice, second time in the morning and came both times hungry.
One star only to leave comment.
Not offering if you have gluten intolerance, not worth for trying.

Date of service, 13 January. For a last minute pick, we had a good meal along with the service. Even though the reviews are negative, Memo, manager, was very accommodating to our needs. It was a very cold and windy day. The Guatemalan waitress was excellent. If you like bachata, the restaurant music is for you.

First I was a bit upset, cuz I was totally ignored by everyone standing over 5 minutes right at the counter. Then finally I could order and it took like 8min to order for two persons (they didn't take the order, but let us wait till each separate thing was done). But when we finally had everything on the table, it was really great and tasty. They definitely have to improve their reaction time and response to customers. Food is yummy!

Came here twice for brunch. The panini's were fresh and delicious. Coffee was reasonable priced and service was good.
The cheesecakes were 'okay' not the best that i have tried. But overall great cafe

Good food and good drink, only the place is too narrow to stay and eat there,if u order bread is fine to eat in the narrow place but when u order salad is not so comfort, anyway their salad is so delicious and fresh
