We went through the drive-through and bought a dozen doughnuts. My boys loved them. They had Easter themed ones that were cute. They were better than the Krispy Kreme doughnuts that are way too sugary.

I love Tim Hortons and have always been a loyal customer. I went to this location at 5:45 tonight. When I ordered a Chicken Panini, I was told it was almost closing time and they wouldn't prepare any food. Apparently they close at 6:00 pm. No one else was behind me in line. I have ordered this sandwich at other locations and it takes less than five minutes to prepare. Very disappointing that workers "shut down," before the business shut down. I am sure that the expectations at corporate are first and foremost to customer service.

So I've been told by many people not to get any of their breakfast items on the list as far as hot sandwiches go because they don't get their own food their food is delivered and so it's been previously frozen. So today I decided to check it out for myself. I ordered the steak egg and cheese croissant. Should not have done that... There's literally about two tablespoons of ripped up steakums that you would give from the store on this croissant sandwich and it's basically in a singular pile it's not even spreaded out to cover the whole inside of the croissant. The egg is literally half the size of a round egg that you would get at McDonald's, the only thing that looks good about this is the cheese and you can even tell the cheese is fake.
Usually I only come in and gets him Horton's French vanilla cappuccino a coffee for mother-in-law and some timbits and possibly an apple fritter. I'm not getting any more sandwiches because number one they're not high they microwave every damn thing. So don't do that, you'll be disappointed. As far as their donuts coffee and cappuccinos go I give that a 10 but today..... Not even close.

An update... Went and got my normal 10 bits donuts and cappuccino and everything was great until I opened up the cappuccinos to see which one was mine because I had already started drinking off of it. And so I open them both up and they literally looked like they're exactly the same level which means they were never full to begin with. There's about one quarter of the cup that's not full. I'm going to say something to the manager when I get there.

I payed 6 dollars for a breakfast bagel that made Burger King look like 5 star cuisine. Wow trash. Probably some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Tiny. Cold and terrible.

Always heard good thing about Tim hitting but I’d honestly rather just eat out of a vending machine next time.

When you go to this place, you fell you are having food in your own home. I can not describe how friendly they are. Not to mention the clean and very delicious food. Highly recommended.

It's my favorite place to go. The food is amazing and so is the staff.

Used to come here during shifts but moved to another city and have yet to find some of their menu items at other restaurants! I'm picky but food always was fresh and delicious!

The place has somewhat old decor but the food was good. It was a bit pricey. I had the basic breakfast, eggs, hash browns and toast. The service was great and the clientele was good. Mainly senior citizens. Make sure you are not under the vent because it can get cold. I met this very friendly guy named Guy. He raises money to purchase food for the Macomb food pantries. He is also a vet. Even though he is no longer in the service I see him as still serving our country by helping those in need. Thank you Guy.

Wasn't the best. Wasn't the worst. If you're hungry and in a bind it'll do. But I'm sure there's higher quality food close by somewhere.

Nice friendly diner. We were there 2 nights ago. I had the shrimp dinner and it was good. The person I was with had the fish dinner, and was not too happy, fish was not crispy(almost soggy from oil). We both received soup with our meals that was very good. Will be returning, just not ordering fish.

The place is clean and cozy it's not that big but there is room to sit
The staff is super friendly and nice
The food was delicious and good portions
I had the tuna melt with fries and chicken gravy over rice and both were so delicious

Dinner here was not good. The roast Turkey was dry, the fried chicken pita was was not crispy (and in a tortilla not a pita), and the fries were kinda gross. Haven't been here for breakfast but this wasn't great. Staff seemed tired or irritated to be there, but did their job quickly. Hopefully this was just an off day.

The two ladies that were working here on this day were amazing. Very polite and cheerful. I had called my order in and was there to pick it up. I had chicken tenders and cheese fries. He had a steak breakfast. He said the steak was tasty and tender. My classics were delicious as always.

I eat there when I get a break in my daily schedule and the food is good .It's the only Coney island I trust. One of the ladies is a nice-looking lady .

Excellent Coney dogs and the French fries are spectacular, next time going to get chilli cheese fries because I think it would be great with these fries. Service was great but it wasn't very busy and the food came out quickly also. A really good Coney Island definitely recommend.

Never have I been treated so horribly as I just was at this location. Made the mistake of going there to pick up some donuts before I came home. Walked in the lobby was trash ordered 11 donut got 8 and when I brought it up I was ignored by the guy working the counter who did not know how to count and the same for the Manager. They will screw up your order and ignore you I walked out because having to explain the difference between 8 and 11 was too stressful.

This review based on minimum 5 visits, I work in the area (Road Construction). No issues with any of those visits. They offered me an extra hash brown free of charge because I waited 5 mins there while they were making them fresh. I love this place

The food was very fresh! I gave it a 5 star for overall service, and because I was just there a week before and for reason, the chili was too thick, and I never experienced that before here! So Koodles...it was perfect this go around!

I always enjoy going here! I got the ribs wirh a baked potato, salad and veggies (peas and carrots) Very good! Ribs were tender and our server was Kim who was very nice 👍🏼

Coffee is always right every time .I go there every day to get a coffee early before the birds are even up.and I forgot my wallet and my lunchbox for work and he gave me a coffee and I said I will see you tomorrow and the next day went back to pay for my coffee from the day before .and he didn't charge me for the coffee .there are great people working there .who can say that they didn't put enough cream and sugar in there coffee well you didn't go to this time Hortons. Spot on every day

Nice little family diner for a quick bite! Big portions with reasonable prices, great service and the food came out FAST and hot! I had the fish and chips which delicious, and the batter was crispy but not heavy- just the way I like it! Their soups are homemade, and the chicken noodle soup was very good! My friend had the corned beef sandwich with vegetable soup and enjoyed both!

We were surprised by the very limited menu. We had Greek salad and chicken lemon rice soup. The salad was fresh and good and the soup, although a bit salty, very tasty. The restaurant was clean and staff efficient and friendly.

They have signs posted about being short handed and they would appreciate our patients. We had a party of 19 in the back room, and our waitress was very attentive to everyone's food order. She was like a "Super Woman" very pleasant and did not get flustered with our large party! I would say that National Coney Island went over, above and beyond! Thank you for such good service!!!

So National is mine and my boyfriend's favorite Coney Island! We've tried others and always just come back. This particular location does NOT disappoint! It doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week, busy or not. The food is so good every single time! Hot and fresh!! No matter what it is!!! Friendly staff and just an all around fantastic location! Stop by and you won't be disappointed!!

One of my favorite neighborhood dine In breakfast spots. I usually get a sunrise omelette( All the meats ) with hash browns. Tasty and made quickly. Staff is also very friendly

First time here! This place is a gem. Chicken pita tasted excellent. Ranch wasn’t thick just the way I like it. Staff was super attentive & friendly. Lots of regulars which is always a good sign. Coming back for breakfast soon!

Received great customer service from Megan, and the breakfast combo was tasty; crunchy bacon, perfect hash browns and over-medium eggs.

Went with my friends great service. Had shrimp and chips even the bread was soft and fresh no ends and no hard butter pats..... Chicken noodle soup was divine. Will definitely be back. Waitress was wonderful and engaging too.

This was the first time since 2019 (due to the Pandemic) that this group of Retirees from a GM Staff got together. The food is great and the atmosphere is fantastic for this gathering.

The Coney dogs are good but the crispy chicken bacon salad is THE BEST. Ya gotta give it a try!

The service was a little slow, with only one server to wait on 29 people but she did an admirable job under the circumstances. Everyone loved their food.

This is my favorite National. The service is always fast and the staff is always very pleasant. This location is huge and has a separate bar attached you can get beer or mixed drinks from. The restaurant / bathrooms are very clean and the food is fresh. They have a sign as you walk in asking people to show patience with their current staffing issues, but we didn't have any problem with speed of service during our visit. Will definitely be back.

Love love love this location! Always gets my drink right and I kinda ask for a pain In the but drink, but that being said I never have to Wait long at all they are super swift!
So because this is on my way to work I’m usually running a bit behind so it’s important to have an in route location for morning needs that’s reliable fast efficient and precise. Most of the time there is about 6 or 7 vehicles in line and from the moment I get In line until I leave is about 5 or 6 minutes! It makes it seem like I didn’t even stop! Another Plus they are super friendly as well. All of this keeps me coming back! I really love it since they reopened a few years ago!

I usually pay for the car behind me too because… well why not? I think we should pay it forward. Even if it is just a coffee My goal is make that persons morning just a wee bit better than it was or maybe turn a bad start to the day for someone into a good restart!

Super nice service. Sat for a bit before being offered coffee or water, but overall the food was great. Nothing like a meat-lovers omelet to save a hangover.

The food was excellent! You can tell it is made from scratch. The lentil soup was delicious. Had the meatloaf and the portion was huge. It was also so good and we will definitely be back.

Service was ok. Wait staff all looked less than thrilled to be there and weren't the most chipper. I don't blame them because food service industry is soul-crushing. Not going to fault them. Thank you for your hard work!

Decor is pretty outdated. Looks like a 90's style restaurant but it was clean.

1st time going there, very friendly staff, bacon burger and healthy portion of fries were delicious and filling, Greek salad was actually pretty good and freshly made, chicken tenders was better than surrounding area restaurants. Haven't tasted the gyro yet but disappointed that it's not authentic gyro from the skewers this is packaged stuff but I'll still go there for other foods. Good place for full family to go eat.

I thought I'd try this place out for salads, paid almost 15 bucks for a grilled chicken salad and could only eat the chicken and the cheese stuck to it because the rest was a watery mess. Pretty upset that they don't drain the water out of their lettuce when making a salad. I used to work in this industry and this is just laziness. The chicken and ranch was tasty just not the rest of it. The water in it even looks gross but I only get 30 min for lunch and was starving.

The food here is amazingly delicious taste really good my favorite place in michigan so far the people are great respectful and polite great service

After being on the road for weeks; this is the first place that made me feel like home:) The food was delicious😋 The service was great, and the place was very clean:) Next time I'm in the area, I will be stopping here for more!!!

I was looking for a nice place to have a quick breakfast for my family. I stopped here The food was ok I had breakfast my children had bacon cheese burgers One problem was you’re only allowed 1 free refill on fountain drinks. And yes the waitress was on that refill hard. It was ok for today but I won’t be back. Breakfast was reasonable for the 💰 My breakfast was 5.50

Sunday morning resets start at Sunrise. Updated dining area and amazing staff. Breakfast specials do still exist! Nice size portions and enough to take home to enjoy later. One of my favorite local breakfast/brunch spots.

Been coming here for years, great food, selections, prices, friendly staff, Owners work the restaurant which earns a lot of respect as they are hands on, great service..in the busy times, Ask for Anna during the morning shift. Prices have gone up a tad but not to much out of the ballpark. Be patient as with every other business out there they are running a little short on staff sometimes and food times could take a little longer. They all are trying to get to every guest as quickly as possible with that same great service one has come to expect from them.

Some added menu items have come on to the menu which always great to see.

This place truly proves the old adage “don’t judge a book by its cover.” The exterior of the building is a bit rough, but once you get in you’ll find a bright, clean, well lit diner. The food is fresh and excellent and the waitstaff is awesome - I was waited on by Jenny and I swear she’s the nicest person in the world. This was a great choice for lunch as the food was made super fast. I highly recommend this diamond in the rough.

They have the best Western Omlette I've ever eaten. I've had western omelettes from many places and no one compares to them. They are the best, hands down! Same great taste, everytime. Always good service.
