Experiența mea la Vulcanizarea Marinalina a fost remarcabilă. Serviciile lor de vulcanizare sunt rapide și eficiente, iar personalul este profesionist și prietenos. Am apreciat atenția acordată detaliilor și calitatea muncii lor. Recomand cu încredere Vulcanizarea Marinalina pentru oricine caută servicii de înaltă calitate în domeniul vulcanizării.

Am fost multumita chiar inainte sa se faca reparatia. Am dorit o diagnoza completa pentru o masina veche cu mai multe probleme, care mi s-a oferit cu profesionalism si mi s-a explicat in detaliu ce probleme sunt si ce inseamna, fara nici macar sa platesc diagnoza separat de restul reparatiilor. Recomand!

Called in asking for assistance suspecting an alternator issue. They've assessed the situation and noticed the alternator was working well and it wasn't causing the issues. The issue was caused by faulty ground wiring which they have fixed on the spot. Thank you for the fast service. Will definitely return.

Out of all the service stations and indy mechanics I’ve been to Motorzone was at the top, every time.
The communication is levels ahead of the game. It’s important to fix the underlying cause of an issue but also to understand it as a customer and have a good idea on what you’re paying for.
They always suggest fixing the issue and not necessarily the cause, which is something I appreciate.
The prices are definitely not as high as I would have expected based on how the workshop looks like, or the website might suggest. Actually , they’re not higher than what my previous Indy charged me.
I truly believe I got the best value for my money considering the entire experience, resolution and execution - compared against the typical local workshop.

De fiecare data când am o problema ce tine de vulcanizare auto merg la Marin. Pentru că este profesionist și orice problema ii prezinți găsește rezolvarea repede și este foarte eficient.
De asemenea va sugerez să stați și de vorbă cu el, pe lângă faptul că este un profesionist și are în dotare toate sculele necesare, este si un om fain cu care poți schimba multe idei.
Chiar daca uneori este mai aglomerat, merita sa așteptați pentru servicii de calitate!

The best experience in Cluj-Napoca. The most professional car service. I was impressed by the passion they share for cars and how nicely they spoke to me as a customer.
Great place to fix and maintain your car. First auto service where i felt that trust and transparency is on top of their values. The employees are very professional and for every issue i had with my car, i got the right solution. I believe is the most complex auto service i have ever been with my car.
Been through this service twice and they managed to find a fair solution to a much greater trouble. This and the fact that they offer warranty underlines one key aspect - they are professionals! Keep it up!
Nu schimba nimic numa iau banii excroci
Am schimbat anvelopele aici. Baieti profesionisti. In 15 minute au schimbat si echilibrat toate 4 si mi-au dat anvelopele vechi in folie. Nu am stat deloc la rand sambata la 8 si 20 dimineata. Nu se fac programari. Foarte multumit pana acum. (Inca nu am iesit in afara orasului sa vad daca sunt echilibrate bine.)

This place is trustworthy, I always got an honest opinion(with videos/images) about my car, but the most unic thing about this car service is that they care for their customers. They have a really great customer service that none of the other car services have in Cluj. I went there a couple of times with my car, but I never had any issues with the things that got repaired/replaced here.

I went there to change my motorcycle tyres, he tried to do the best he can't but was unable to help me, he told me that i need to wait four days to receive my tyres when there was a place close by who did it in some hours. For the foreigners also he doesn't speak English.

Very impressed and satysfied with the services provided. Every step was explained and documented, pictures and videos were sent before and after the repair was done. Communication was as is should be with a service that maintains your property. At pick-up the car was freshly washed and at the front desk I recieved a present along with a new service book where everything that was done was stated clearly. I would certainly go back to them if necessary.

In the last few years I’ve mostly been taking my car to the official dealer and was always in defense mode because they wanted to rip me off a few times.
The guys from Autotech seemed honest and the pictures of the broken parts, new parts installed on the car as well as pictures of the error codes all made me trust them. This extra effort in offering transparency goes a long way and I really appreciated it.

Reception : 5* . Everybody there is very kind and professional. They even offered coffee, tea, water, whatever you need. This is something you rarely see in this country.
Service : 5*. I have a Q3 with no working lights in the rear. They fixed it in a few hours. They runned a check of all major components of the car . I don't know if there's a law that requires the service to run these kind of checks, but they did it very professionally and thoroughly and they didn't charge for it.

Don't recommend at all. I went for a routine service before my ITP inspection and they didn't do the most basic of checks, like for the breaking system. Even the basic oil change they didn't fill it properly.
The cherry on top was to recommend me steering fixes for something that wasn't wrong at all and was confirmed later in working condition by two other services.
I suggest you avoid this garage entirely.

Just one visit until now. I hope I won't be needing them soon but when I do, I will be contacting them again. They solved a problem my dealership couldn't even identify. Nice and helpful people. And the dog is the cherry on top :).

BEST AUTO SERVICE IN TOWN
Great and prompt personnel, but unfortunately after I had my car validated for ITP by Vadauto, I couldn't receive my ITP as there were two more basic problems left (brake lights and backlight lights). They say they had everything checked, but there were two different problem sources (which appeared over night?) Anyhow, the car is quite old...it could have been just double bad luck.
Always happy to help especially in case of emargency. Fair price and good quality of service.

Some time ago I took my car there, because the engine was cranking but not starting. And on the ocassion of having my car there I've asked for fixing my heating system. They replaced glow plugs, so my car is starting now (but it won't start if the temperatures are negative...). Regarding the heating system, they have replaced thermostat and that's it. So the heating was not working - still. But I have to say I was warned, that they didn't have much time to look closer where is the problem.
After some time I went with my car to some other mechanic (Mechanic X) and he asked me to replace the thermostat again because the previous one (so that one replaced by Vadauto) in his opinion was not working correctly, and he also rinsined the heater. Now the heating is working (thanks to Mechanic X, not Vadauto). Another issue was with the glow plugs - Mechanic X told me that one of the glow plugs wasn't properly installed (Mechanic X opinion, not mine). Now my car and heating is working ok.
Approximately 2-3 days after I took my car back from Vadauto I discovered that the air intake pipe wasn't connected.
Conclusion: I would go there once again, but only if this would be really urgent and the issue is quite easy to fix. Their shop is small, so there is really no place to leave the car - it must stay outside on a public street. Contact could be better, but prices are acceptable.

There's only room for working on one car at a time, so scheduling a visit is pretty much your only choice. The service was more expensive than I would have expected, and they didn't put some of the things back together properly. Nothing major, but enough to be called sloppy work. I'm not going to use them again.

I had an appointment on Friday at 3 pm. I paid a guy cu take my broken car an deliver it in front of the service garage. Next day, they told me it was a mistake with order of some components for other cars and they don't know if they can start to work on my car. I said it's not a problem. On monday morning i went to my car and i saw the doors were opened (they forgot to close the doors during the weekend - when they don't work !!!). Afternoon i went again to check if they started to work on my car, they didn't started so i asked for the keys and i went to another service.
