The greeter Jaime G. was very kind and got us checked in very quickly. Our technician Leonardo C. did very well in taking great care of our car as well as getting things done in and efficient matter. Great service for a great price! Very much appreciated!

Very nice staff, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They had me in and out for a state inspection in under 15 min. I’m not sure of their names but I visited on 7/18/24 around 8am.

DONT GET YOUR TIRES ROTATED HERE. They over-tightened during a rotation, breaking a lug nut on one side and cracking one on the other....THEN made it seem like it wasn't a big deal... The repairs are costing me $1400. Worse still they're pretending that I came in with the damage instead of fielding a complaint and providing decent customer service. Please do not support this business.

I bring my truck here because they give a minor discount for BYO oil and filter, and it's hot and I don't have to crawl under the truck. It's still 50$, plus shop fees and tax, but it's better than crawling under it in the heat and bringing in the oil to recycle.

Last time, they pulled the filter before the plug and 5+ quarts of oil got all over the underside of the skid plates.

Today, they said they'd do the plug then the filter, then fill, as I asked.

Once they're drained the oil, they started to add oil, but hadn't swapped the filter yet. I asked them to stop and replace the filter first, and suddenly it's a big deal, and I'm telling these guys how to do their jobs. They refused to fill the engine with my oil, said I could get it towed away. Jerald offered to clock out, go outside, and fight me.

Upon his arrrival from lunch, his manager, Albert, de-escalated the situation, and they completed the service. When I got home, I re-torqued a couple skid plate bolts they had started to remove erroneously, and checked the filter and plug, both ok.

After discussion with Albert, If I ever go again, I'll pull the skid plates first - but at that point I'll just change the oil at home.

The team fit me in last minute for a few upgrades and everything was spot on. The communication. The service. The speed. The quality. Everyone at Eurofed has been spectacular to work with, especially Evan. Super clear communication, ease of payment on my phone for my service, and after hours pick up was a breeze. After a couple of modifications to my Jetta turbo diesel, I needed a new fuel tune and Eurofed made it happen quickly. Now it runs super smooth with zero issue. This is a great shop.
Terrible service, lazy/rude workers. Turned me away with over 2hrs left until they closed.

John answered the phone and was using a fake overly exaggerated Southern drawl and kept making it intentionally hard to understand him saying uhhwhaaatcanadoufor in a very sarcastic tone. I asked if they do inspections he said "All day every day from 8am until 5pm except Tuesday (again in a way that was really hard to understand and very sarcastic.) So I went directly there. When I arrived at 3:50pm the young Hispanic guy said they just stopped doing inspections. I said I just talked to the guy. He said nope. No one told you that. No one here will tell you we do inspections past 3pm. What a waste of time.
I've been calling the Norwood store for over half an hour trying to get information. I've called several different departments and the "operator" and no one will pick up the phone. Its past 9 am, they've been open for hours, does anyone work there?

I would go literally anywhere else for an oil change if possible. After an oil change here, while driving down the highway, my metal skid plate fell off because they did not properly put it back on. This caused damage to my vehicle which cost several hundreds to fix. Originally they ordered a new skid plate and then thought it would be appropriate and that I wouldn’t notice they had put it on WITH ZIP TIES. Yes, you read that correctly. They refused to pay for repairs so I was forced to pay for it myself. I live next door to this place, yet I wouldn’t dare suggest anyone go here ever if you care at all about your car or your wallet. GIANT SCAM. And if you cant properly repair the damages that YOU caused then you should cover the cost of said repairs, very unethical business model.

In from out of town, usually change my own oil. One guy was great. Funny looking kid had never seen an oil drain valve, told me to change it myself. Took it somewhere else and they knew what to do.

Came in for an upgraded intercooler and radiator job, and stretched to have a short shift kit thrown on as well. Evan and Jared did a standup job, were responsive and timely in answering questions. They also got me the most competitive quote out there.

I'm not convinced my technician Mikhail wasn't actually 3 techs in a trench coat, because he was done with all the work in no time flat! True surgeon, and even gracefully handled aftermarket parts fitment hiccups in stride, and with quickness. Quality communication and photos during the operation, and smooth sailing after pulling away, same day.

Glad to have found this team of professionals for my 23 VW Jetta GLI 6MT in South Austin.

This place has a really knowledgeable staff that communicates very effectively. They provide a fairly thorough check on the state of your car and explain it in non-mechanic terms someone with limited car knowledge like myself can actually understand. I’ve never felt pressured to purchase anything or get the sense someone is trying to sell me something I don’t need, usually I just get an oil change and an update on how the car is doing. Even when it is busy they are always really fast and someone constantly communicates what is going on and how long a delay is expected. Excellent place to go for an oil change.

My lady & I are looking to go on a roadtrip soon, and so we wanted to get some servicing done. I normally change the oil, but I had to leave town so I was unable to. She took it to this location because it's relatively close to her house. I would've stopped her if I had known, trust me. The reason for my review, is why I would've never recommended she go.
She brought in one of their coupons, and intended to get a $70 synthetic oil change. They said that they'd replace all of her air filters, which would bring the price back up to $100. Not being a car expert, she agreed. They went through a rigamarole of showing her the "filters" they'll replace, and talked her up to schmooze her into this "amazing" deal.

Well, she then takes it to her mechanic for some unrelated concerns before our said roadtrip. She informs them about her experience at JiffyLube. The mechanic disappears for a moment, and comes back with her both her cabin & engine air filters that are both really dirty. And says, "you unfortunately got scammed."

Look up a YouTube video, or take it to an automotive shop. Do not take your vehicle to one of these dumps. If they can't replace the air filters and charge you for it, who knows if they're giving you the correct oil. What a disgraceful business. You go to these places expecting 1. Experience 2. Efficiency. Instead, you get folks that'll take advantage of people who aren't in the know, to safe $10 on some air filters. Get real.

As soon as I dropped my vehicle off to have it state inspection done on it I ordered a Lyft to take me to Walmart so I can run my errands, since jiffy lube said they wouldn’t be able to get to me for an hour they had 2 other vehicles in front of me. I am out $21 because I have to tell my Lyft driver I have to go back before he was able to drop me off. Not the greatest customer experience by far. Because they said there inspection machines (again 2nd time that day) stopped working. I never been to this location or store to do a state inspection so I wasn’t at all happy I waisted money on my Lyft and no complementary offering was even given to me when I came back to get my car after they told me that their machine stopped working, and I needed to come back and get my vehicle. Like wow they just said o come back tomorrow, like seriously - No thanks. SMH

I went to two jiffy lubes and they didn't have state inspectors. But I went to this location and I loved that they had a state inspector. And they were so nice to me and my children. I would recommend this place to everyone

I've always had a positive experience at Eurofed. For my Mercedes this has been my go to mechanic for the past four years. The team is honest and the prices are fair for the foreign vehicles they service. Shout out to Jared for his great client service and follow up! I also like that the owner, Evan, always makes time to talk to customers and offer his expertise about the vehicle.
Getting my Mercedes C300 serviced here has always been a good experience! It’s not as intimidating as going to a Mercedes dealership(esp as a girl who knows nothing about cars), staff here doesn’t make you feel pressured into getting services done that you probably don’t need. Jared is always so welcoming and super informative with any question I have and always has the customers best interest at heart. One of the times I came in, one of the guys even changed my interior light setting to stay on a little longer when locking/unlocking for my safety (I’m in my 20s living in downtown area) this automatically made me feel safer and made me trust/appreciate them that much more!

I had a Jiffy Lube gift card that was supposed to be redeemed for almost my entire service. I’ve never had an issue with redeeming a gift card at Jiffy Lube and they told me that I was not able to use it because they didn’t have a scanner and could not type it into the computer. This has never been an issue at any other location and they basically insinuated that I shouldn’t have assumed they accepted Jiffy Lube gift cards (at Jiffy Lube??) and should’ve asked first. I read the directions for the gift card which said to just come in to redeem which I did. I basically paid for an oil change twice and apparently my gift card can’t be refunded. Also, the guy at the counter immediately let me know when I walked up to pay that he needed to get the transaction over with asap because he wanted to go home at 5pm and didn’t have time to waste. This was at 4:50 and they close at 6 and there were zero other cars waiting for service. I brushed it off but the comment was really unnecessary. The woman was at least nice, but it was still an overall super unhelpful experience. Did not even check my tires for air pressure or reset the mileage meter on my car which they’ve always done at other locations. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a poor experience at a Jiffy Lube or any oil changing service place in general. Will absolutely never return If I could give less than zero stars, I would.

Amazing customer experience from E2E I went there with my first car thinking it would take atleast an hour for oil change but I was able to do 2 cars in exactly 45 mins where my first car was done I went home - got second one in and oil change done boom back under 45 mins. I will never go to any dealership especially VW dealership on burnet

Awesome service today despite a busy day, the manager Michael was amazing at handling all the inquiries and helped me get repairs that were completed efficiently and for a reasonable price. Grateful to find a reliable shop in the neighborhood!
just not sure if i needed new tires? Oil change took a while and i didnt want synthetic but was told i needed it? Did help me find a deal on tires. But still was just expensive.

I had a great experience with Eurofed. My KW adjustable shocks had settled a bit in the 6 months I had them on, and Eurofed got my stance right where I wanted it. Good guys, knowledgeable and professional. Will do business with again.

I had an issue at another location, so I reached out to customer service. The district manager quickly responded, and gave me a free oil change. I came to this location to redeem, and they treated me nicely, and took care of me. I'm never that guy to complain, so I was very nervous, but was treated respectfully, and provided a good service. I will be returning to this location again.

The service was great and they got my car done pretty fast. I needed my brakes and oil changed in my car before they closed and they were able to help me out. The manager was very professional.
First of all, they came highly recommended and completely justified the referral. They communicated with me openly and factually, and provided timely competent service. I have a lot of basis for comparison at my age and already have no doubt that I am exactly where I need and want to be for car care.

I am retracting my former 5 star review. Me and my girl have spent $5,000 in 2 trips. First one was great. But our harmonic stabilizer fell off less than 100 miles after we spent $2500 on power steering and struts. So we take it back and are informed by Mike again it will be like $2700 more. Well we leave the car to get the harmonic stabilizer fixed. And they replaced a brand new timing belt without asking or notifying us. Charged us $800 for that. Unbelievable. Will never return and hope the owner reaches out as we just spent our entire savings. And to have them take out almost brand new timing belt and replace it without asking and charge us $800 for a part we don't need. I am beyond upset and if we don't get any sort of refund we will further escalate to ownership/corporate as thatis half of our rent gone for no reason. So shady. Avoid this place.
Incredibly dishonest and shady. Actively mislead and lie to customers. Left my car in with a flat and was lied to over the phone for two days about a tire being in stock. Told me it would be done within 24 hours. After 72 hours of contacting them with zero answers I decided to come get my car. The /moment/ I came to get my keys and take my car to another shop the manager comes out and says the tire JUST arrived and it’ll be done in 30min…during my wait I witnessed the clerk and the manager high five each other over convincing another customer over the phone to leave her car there for longer than needed so they either didn’t have to immediately attend to work, or to ensure her car was left there and not go to another shop. Ultimate shady. There’s 1000 other shops in town don’t make the mistake I did and avoid this place at all costs.

I came here after work with a screw in my tire, from construction at work! Glad they were still open before 6 cause they were the closest could drive to safely. Got my tire patched in no time flat. Highly recommend and will return to if needed!
Excellent customer service. My car issue turned out to be more complex than expected (had to take it to the dealership in the end), but the crew kept me in the loop on everything they did to diagnose/fix it. At every turn, they were kind, patient, and helpful. I will most definitely come back to this location for any future service needs.

We've been having all our oil changes and inspections done here for a few years, and I can't say enough good things about the customer service! They're always friendly and efficient, no matter how busy they are, and they never try to up-sell on things you don't need. I'll continue to recommend them to all my friends in the area!
I went to this fire stone to get a new tire and an alignment the new tires fine but my alignment is still off. I tried calling the store multiple times. Nobody answered. I finally got in touch with someone from customer service and I explained the situation that it cost me more than $300 for an alignment and tire change. I explained that I was still leaning to the left. They told me that they can redo the alignment but it will still cost me hundreds of dollars. So in conclusion I would never use fire stone again. They do not take responsibility for their work. They do not answer their phones. This is what I call bad Business. But at the same time, this is partly my fault I should’ve looked at the reviews clearly they don’t know how to do alignment

These guys are great mechanics. Every time they work on my car, they do a wonderful job. I will recommend anybody to this mechanic shop.
Took my car here for an oil change and inspiration. They had a long wait even with an appointment. So they let me know when it would be slow and i brought my car back and it was quick. Plenty to do around here to eat out so so you can be busy will they are working on the car.

Excellent customer service from Michael. Timely work. I came in this morning after a bad experience at another independent auto shop, Michael explained everything to me and although expensive in repairs, he walked me through an itemized work up of each service and shared information on financing. I later compared the price online and it was a fair charge for the work I had done. I am very grateful I came to Midas and will be returning.

My car had 0 problems until I brought it here for a simple oil change. Now there are a host of issues and the manager is trying to gaslight me and say they didn’t do anything to my car. Like I said, my car was perfectly fine before they touched it. 0/10 don’t come here especially if you’re a single young woman. They just want your money and to take advantage of you.
Brought my car in because it stopped running and jump starting it wouldnt work. With a pretty general knowledge, we ruled out that the battery was the issue and wanted to see if it might be a fuel issue. The car was there for a whole day and it wasn’t until they were about to close for the day that they ran a battery diagnostic that concluded the battery was good. The second day, we called every hour for an update and and every time they told us they we’re just now pulling the car in and were going to going to check out what might be the problem. They’d say that they would call us in 30 minutes after talking to the technician. 2 hours would pass and nothing. All we wanted was an update so we could figure out what the problem was, we were pretty understanding that it wouldnt get fixed that day. At the end of the second day all they told us was that the battery was working just fine and it might be a fuel problem. It took them 2 days to tell us what we already assumed. Worst service in my life.

These guys are not competent. They represent the lowest standard of customer service. Couldn't get my alignment done because they don't have the aptitude to understand that tie rods can have heat applied to in order to adjust the components that fix the alignment in a BMW. They kept my car for 6 hours and waited till I went back to get it tand tell me they didn't get it done.

Please, please listen to the negative reviews. Don't get stuck in the same cycle I was stuck in. This shop is predatory. I've had a hellish year dealing with this Midas location. Came in around April because my car kept dying. They replaced my alternator and battery and also convinced me to repair some apparently critical leaks for a total of $3300. My car is worth $5k at best, so I was devastated but didn't feel like I had another choice. When I went to pick up the car, the check engine light was on (wasn't on before). They claimed it was on when I turned it in, but I insisted it wasnt. They then claimed it was the O2 sensor but I reminded them that THEY replaced my O2 sensor last year. Finally, they gave in and fixed the check engine light (which they caused) for free. Never explained what was wrong.

5 months later, my car started dying again and wouldn't start. I called AAA for a tow, and when they checked everything, they said the alternator and battery are fine, it's just the connection between the alternator and the battery that is not good. Got towed to Midas again, and they claimed that the new alternator THEY had installed 5 months ago was faulty. I asked them to check the cables/connections and they claimed that it was all fine. Paid them another $400 to install a new alternator (we asked them to do it for free given the incredible amount of money we spent there just 5 months prior and the fact that they gave us a faulty alternator but they refused). Without fail, THREE months later, my car started dying again while driving. This time, it died while on a major road and it was extremely scary. By this point, I was sick of Midas and went to an independent shop. This shop confirmed what AAA said--the battery terminal was corroded and the connection between the alternator and the battery wasn't good. This independent shop charged us nothing for the fix and returned the car good as new. I can assure you we are never going to Midas again. It is a predatory shop that does not do good, lasting work.
Great mechanics, and oil changes are in and out. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else; Oh, and you won't overpay!

This is a family business with an outstanding reputation. I have been going there for years( about 7 years). You can pretty much get all the care that a car needs. They deserve beyond 5 stars
I visited this location on a Wednesday and arrived at 4pm to ask if they had time for a battery replacement. I spoke to Fernando and received really friendly service. I was surprised given the low ratings here, but I understand many people only write reviews to give low ratings.

So I was told there were two people ahead of me and it would be a 2 hour wait. The check in process was seamless and they sent me a text saying my vehicle was checked in. They sent me another text 10 minutes later to notify me the service has been started. I did my grocery shopping and the service was finished within 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised how quick it was (mostly because of coming in with low expectations) and I checked out quickly as well. Really appreciate the friendly and seamless service provided by Fernando.

I did try calling the auto care center multiple times to try and get an appointment but never got through. This was the case for multiple Walmart auto care centers around Austin as well. So this was the only frustrating part. I ended up just showing up, I think it is first come-first serve for battery replacements anyway.

Also there is a small waiting room you can sit in while you wait.
Making an appointment online is a breeze, and my truck was serviced in a timely manner. I had a small issue with the brakes after servicing, so I made another appointment and they resolved it in a couple of hours, at no charge. I've been going to the Northcross location with several cars for years; friendly folks, thorough and efficient.
I made an appointment weeks in advance to get wheels/tires I ordered from Tire Rack installed. It should take 15-30 minutes to swap tires, but it took almost 8 hours with several problems along the way. Very disappointing.

They had me start my motor after it was “done”, and forgot to put the oil filter housing on. The guy who was supposed to do it left to either smoke or go to the store (they couldn’t figure it out). They topped off the oil manually after getting a brand new housing due to not finding it, checking the oil level little by little. After they supposedly “fixed it” and applying discounts to my total, I left and went home only to come out and find a leak under my car and drips from me backing in the next morning. Checked underneath and the oil filter housing is missing a short bolt cap with a rubber o ring. Now after they didn’t calculate the amount of oil right and my car leaking on the whole drive and in the parking spot, I’m not sure how much oil my car has been running on and lost.

Cold weather caused my tire pressure to drop overnight. Had a doctors appointment and a crazy day ahead, but stopped by Jiffy Lube to see if I could get some air added in the 5 minutes I had to spare. They hadn't even opened yet but I popped my head in and Ryan the general manager was super nice and got me taken care of right away! Didn't make me pay or anything. First time coming to Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection. It was sort of busy and ask mechanic I need a state inspection. All he said take a seat. It’ll be about 40 minutes. I reply if I should hand over my keys and his response was I have 30 things I’m doing right now. Just take a seat. I just walked right out of there. That was the absolute worst customer service. Buddy I know you are busy today, but don’t let your emotions get to you, never stepping in a Jiffy Lube ever again.
I will not be back to this location. I brought my car in for oil change/maintenance and a nail in my tire. I never received a call that my car was ready, so the next day I called and asked and sure enough it was. They said they didn’t have a number for me- I had actually given it twice and the next time I dropped it off they were able to search me by my number so I knew they had it. When I went to pick it up, I asked if they had replaced/patched the tire. He said they didn’t do anything other than rotate them. I reminded him that’s why I brought it in so he said he had to keep it longer. I came back a second time to pick it up and he let me know there is no nail so they didn’t do anything again other than add air. I asked didn’t you rotate them, so wouldn’t it be in a different spot? He said they checked them all (I could tell he was lying) whatever- I leave because I was already fed up. A few days later my air pressure light comes on so I bring it back. I let him know the nail is STILL there please fix it. The employee acted baffled and tried to tell me “well last time you told us it was the front tire” I reminded him yes, you rotated them!!!!! Sure enough I get a call “well yep looks like there was a nail in there” I said I KNOW THATS WHY I BROUGHT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. That was never up for debate. I get in the car and the low pressure light is on. They hadn’t aired them after the patch. They gave me an attitude the entire time and refused to believe that I had a nail in my tire for whatever reason which caused me to go back THREE times. Elezar Paradise is the employee who “helped” me. If you choose to receive service here, I would advise you to ask for a different employee to help with your car. Terrible, terrible service. Waste of time and Uber $ getting to and from this place.

Edit- I emailed the Firestone in the comment below and never heard back! Useless!

Amazing group of guys! Had to come in from out of town last minute right before closing and they took care of my broken blinker light & checked my tires for me! Best service I have ever had at any location! Thank you guys for all of your help!

Once again great teamwork and friendly attitudes at the Anderson Ln store in Austin, TX. I received an oil change, state inspection, terminal cleaning, fluid top off, tire pressure check, etc all within about 30min despite them being busy! Also have to say it was super cool to see multiple women working there- hell yeah!!

I had such a good experience at this Jiffy Lube. I had like half the crew working on my car. I went in for a standard oil change and asked trey to take a look at my trunk which had a broken latch. He agreed and ended up taking apart the whole trunk and latch and spent at least half an hour trying to fix it. this kinda stuff isn’t even listed on their services. They really went above and beyond with customer service to try to help me. I still owe him a 12 pack. just kidding. I will definitely be coming back to the same Jiffy Lube in the future.

Great service! Came here for a synthetic oil change and Jiffy Lube had the best pricing. Also had my inspection done all in one setting. Reliable and great customer service. Will be getting work done at Jiffy Lube again.
Was convenient but eventually they stripped my oil drain bolt and that led to them damaging my car. I bought the car new, and they were the only shop ever to do oil changes on it. When they couldn't remove the drain bolt, they told me they would change the oil pan, but they didn't say that it required the removal of an exhaust manifold. They are not competent even to do that simple level of mechanical work, and should not have done it. The car ended up with a bad exhaust leak, which after multiple times bringing the car back they somehow improved a bit, but it still sounds bad and smells of exhaust when idling cold (definitely more than what would be normal). Not sure how I will fix this but not planning to let them work on it again because they will probably make it worse.

Came here to get my Jeep's state inspected. Everywhere else in Austin inspectors drag their feet or make excuses to not do their job. You can see the work ethic in this place is still strong and I will not go anywhere else again to get this pain of an inspection done!

I don’t always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube but I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is honest and efficient. They tell you how long the wait is going to be and it’s almost always faster than they say. They don’t talk down to you or try to up sell. Nisha, Jay, Nem, Linia, Angie, and Trae deserve raises.
Giving 2 stars because the staff here is kind, however my vehicle was damaged at this location. I brought my car in for a tire repair and the team conducted a "complimentary engine check" that I did not ask for nor consent to. Immediately after getting my vehicle back it began to shake when in turned on. Two days later the check engine light came on, and four days later the car stopped driving. I had to spend over $200 for a repair at another shop just to find there was nothing wrong with it, the guys at Firestone just don't know how to look in the engine without triggering system malfunctions. When I asked for them to look at the vehicle, they said they don't have a mechanic on staff.
Had a great experience there yesterday. Made an appointment for oil change. Went in sat for maybe an hour but Moy the manager there turned on NFL football while I waited. Seemed like I waited 15 minutes. Great service..I will be back.

I put my car's data into their on-line application then I arrived at 7:45 - 15 minutes prior to opening...the manager came out immediately and greeted me, apologized that they weren't open yet but directed me to the first bay...he explained additional services in a very knowledgeable way...a bit before 8 the door opened and the staff signaled me in...I was out the door and back on the road by 8:20...you can get a coupon on their website...I got a $15.00 coupon...very reasonably priced and efficient...highly recommended
I like these guys. I feel like I can trust them. Took our son’s car in for some work on the front suspension, and they explained what was going on, even showing us an example of the parts that were failing. When I explained that we couldn’t afford to take care of all of the issues at that time, Moy gave us a list in order of priority. Recently, we took our van in for some new tires, assuming we would get a set of four. When I asked if we could get some more mileage out of our back tires, Moy was honest and said we could instead of trying to upsell us on all four tires.
The gentleman that helped me was awesome, I didn't get his name. I was waiting in line and the guys who were initially in the bay just kept looking at me but didn't come and help so I went inside and the two black males that were at the register advised me that they should come to the car and I explained they just kept looking at me and did not help so they took it upon their selves to help me. I never been there before so first time and didn't know what to do. Glad I went in to try and check in because I would not have known what to do. Thanks to the two guys.

I have been to many Jiffy Lubes and just as always the service is quick, reliable, and well-priced. This Jiffy Lube in particular is right in my neighborhood and the team members working are always willing to check out my car. Even in moments where Jiffy Lube doesn't offer the needed service, I've always gotten great recommendations. Recently, Isaiah, Justin, and Cooper really went above and beyond to bring my car back to tip-top shape. Not only did the team fit me in last minute, they all stayed until the job had been done. Most importantly, all three were welcoming, genuine, and still able to make the usually boring task of car macitence enjoyable. Thanks Again!!

I was impressed by the tech who made a point to ask if I was due for an oil change because the oil still looked great. He understood when I said I was about to take a 6000 mile road trip. They all did a great job and I felt safe there. What struck me was the genuine honesty. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he was looking out for my best interest. As a woman, that matters a lot. I have been to a different Jiffy Lube earlier in the morning and had waited over an hour for an oil change while the person was working on my car. Seriously lack of communication and general idea they didn’t know or have support to do their job. Area manager was there. Did not speak to me. I left and went to the second location and received excellent service.

Unprofessional staff, including store manager. Terrible customer experience, and zero attention to mechanical detail.

Upon changing oil, the oil filter was not completely tightened and came loose on the highway causing a huge oil loss.

Upon a second visit, my vehicle was returned with scratches and dents on body and tire, and staff and “claims specialist” denied the damages.

I was told I would have to escalate this with a lawyer in small claims. I will.
Staff were extremely helpful; caring, informative, friendly, and did an amazing job. The staff went above and beyond while performing a routine oil change. They noticed things going on with the vehicle and informed me what was going on with the vehicle. They even offered to fix the skid plate which was beyond their required job duties. Because of the staff I am able to now make the repairs needed to the vehicle before they get worse or cause a roadside emergency. I highly recommend visiting this jiffy lube location. If upper management see this review, Give your staff a pay raise and make the staff feel as appreciative of them as I am.

Ryan was so nice. I feel like he could tell I was nervous about being there without a parent (If you know, you know) and was super patient with me. Came here three times to try and get my car inspected.
First time, it was late in the day and they recommended coming in first thing when they opened at 8am.
Second time, we arrived at 8am and no inspectors came to work on time so they told us to come back in an hour.
Third time, we came back an hour later as recommended and they said they were short staffed and it would be two hours before they could get to us.
Not reliable, the office staff has poor and unprofessional communication, they don’t treat you as a customer.

The staff was efficient and made sure we understood each package they were offering along with our oil change. I originally left a 5 star review here based on my customer service experience. The team was friendly, provided good communication, and ‘finished’ the job on time. Little did I know at the time...

I’m updating my rating now based on the quality of actual vehicle maintenance provided. I took two different cars here for state inspections and oil changes, perhaps the most basic of maintenance services. One vehicle I needed for a long road trip not long after my visit.

Upon arrival at my destination after 8 hrs on the road, I discovered oil dripping from under the vehicle. I then spent an afternoon investigating the source and cleaning up the mess. Ultimately washed about half a quart of oil out of the engine compartment where it was spilled by the tech near the oil filter housing. Rechecked oil fill level several times before my return trip, and appears to be stable. We’ll see what my regular mechanic finds.

On the second vehicle, I returned home to find another oil slick in my garage, pics included. This time it appears to be a loose drain pan plug, which was barely finger tight in the pan (I was easily able to turn it with oily fingers). I tightened it with proper torque and will continue to check the level. The only silver lining here is the car with the loose drain plug wasn’t the one I drove 1,000 mi round trip. Would’ve left me stranded in East TX at a minimum and easily could’ve ruined an old car we love.

Called and got the run around, so here I am...

If anyone at Firestone wants to try to make this right, I’d be happy to reconsider my review. Meanwhile, buyer beware.

It you enjoy preventative maintenance, then there is nothing more satisfying than a tire rotation and an oil change.

This location is my peripheral Jiffy Lube location, but still excellent.

The staff know their product and will work with you to find the right fit and the right service based on your car’s age and mileage.
