Bought a certified used Rav4. Paid 3300$ for extended warranty. First week of ownership had noise in transfer case. They fixed it. Now the roof leaks when it rains. Called to get an appointment. Want me to leave the car but wont offer a loaner. How am i suppose to get to work? How do they certify it with problems? Spend your money at somewhere else.
I like Toyota cars, but my experience with this dealership was interesting. I had just visited the Mazda dealership across the street which despite the fact the dealership was closing in 10 minutes, they helped me as if it was 9 am in the morning and they had just opened. I came to Toyota, didn't know they were closing soon when I entered. The "second" I walked through the doors, the receptionist screams across the dealership... Sorry we are closed... Come back another day. She wasn't wrong. I had no choice then to come that late, and really needed a car sooner than later. After that, I left the dealership, went back home and the next day, went back to Mazda to look at their cars.

It was an excellent experience! I felt as an important customer and the Toyota team provided me with a knowledgeable advice and was determined to serve to my needs, rather than trying to upsell. Jeremy Latreille was an excellent advisor and gave a honest and clear information, also regarding the delays. Lastly, the delays to receive a new car were not too much and respected, which was crucial for me.
Overall, proud to be now affiliated with Toyota and use their vehicle!

Started the search for a new car 2 years ago, visited many dealerships but they all speak the same language, i ask them for something simple and they take me down the rabbit hole. Until one day i was nearby Chomedey Toyota, and i dropped by to have a quick look. I didn’t know anyone there, had no appointment and no expectations. I entered and was welcomed by a nice and elegant gentleman named Paul Barcha, and in less than half hour, he earned my trust. Paul is not a sales person, he’s a genuine person, a gentleman and a magician, he turned me from a disoriented, hesitant potential customer into a customer, a happy one. Thanks Paul and to all the team at Toyota Chomedey, the ride for buying our new Toyota was as smooth and enjoyable as riding the car itself. If you want a car then definitely a Toyota, and if you don’t know where to get it, then Toyota Chomedey, just give it a try.

Never again. DON’T go here! They can’t be trusted! I had a leaking sunroof so I got it looked at and was quoted an extremely high price. I basically had one plastic tube that was disconnected which was causing the leak. I was told that I should replace all 4 “tubes” because they would break soon. (Quoted $650 for the parts and 4 hours of work - an hour for each tube). After telling my boyfriend what they quoted me, he was flabbergasted and told me to immediately say no & that they were clearly ripping me off. So he then went on YouTube and found out how to fix the issue. He opened it up and saw that it was simply disconnected and put it back in its place. The other 3 tubes were fine not even blocked nor broken. It took him a total of 20 minutes to reconnect the tube in place and inspect the other sides. I’m still in shock?! Not only could they have just reconnected it for me when seeing what the issue was, but they could have also been honest and not want to charge me for stuff that isn’t broken and that takes 20 minutes and not 4 hours?! Is it because I’m a woman and they think they can get away with it?! I’m utterly disgusted & insulted and will never ever go back here ever again! On top of that I waited an hour for the shuttle service.. Unacceptable. Worst experience ever! Do me a favor and don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.
My first ever experience with this dealership was with the amazing Mathieu in the parts section for my son's VW. He was so nice and honest, it really inspired confidence to go back.

Then I had the pleasure of having a chance meeting with Adam who works in mechanics at this dealership, and who took the time to answer a complete stranger's questions and once again, made me have confidence in the garage. Seeing his beautiful car and hearing his comments on how well the car ran influenced my decision into changing cars early. When a VW mechanic says the car's a charm, I listen!

And then I met Fritz to buy my car...he was just so incredible from Day 1, really trustworthy, genuinely cares about his clients, not just the sale, and his priority is customer satisfaction. I've bought over a dozen cars in my life and this was, by far, the best car buying experience ever!

I also have to mention Dominik and Lynda, who helped finalize the transaction and the delivery, they made everything easy and smooth!

I highly recommend going to this dealership for a purchase or for servicing or if you need advice on VW parts, you will not be disappointed!

Christopher was a great sales person, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got us into the vehicle we wanted.
I recently purchased a Jetta GLI from Fritz at this dealership, and the whole experience was amazing. The staff is polite, welcoming, and professional. My salesman, Fritz, was excellent. He was transparent, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Unlike other places, not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. It genuinely felt like my satisfaction was the priority.

It’s clear that Complexe Volkswagen 440 cares about their customers, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, fast and enjoyable experience!
Their customer service went from great to mediocre at best. I used to even make a detour to bring my car there for maintenance, but definitely not anymore, sad.
I recently visited Complexe 440 for scheduled 60k maintenance on my car, hoping for a smooth uneventful experience. That's what I expect, considering the cost of the service vs the work that's actually done.

However, I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. After picking up my car, I noticed a new "airbag error" message on the console--which I've never seen before--and a non-functional horn, both of which were perfectly functional prior to the visit. The inspection report even stipulates that the horn was functional!!!

Shockingly, the service department refused to take responsibility, claiming they were not accountable for issues that arise while the car is in their care. I even made them repeat that part to ensure that it wasn't a misinterpretation: if something breaks while your car is in the garage, they will not take responsibility for it. They even wanted to charge me 150$ to plug the car in the computer to see the cause of the new code!

This lack of accountability, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem, highlights their poor customer service and professionalism. I advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Complexe 440, as their negligence and refusal to address their mistakes reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I won't mention the name of the guy who was behind the counter, but he his mentioned in other reviews. One thing for sure, I won't be going there anymore.

TL;DR: Took my car in for regular servicing, new problems arise while car is in their care (they are not denying this) and they flat out refused to fix it.

I have bought 2022 New Tiguan and it was wonderful experience!! For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!
