I love a small airport so much. I’ve never had any trouble in Columbus. One time the tower lost all radio communication so our flight was delayed but we didn’t have a connecting flight or anything so it didn’t create a problem for us. The shuttle to the parking lots are easy to find and navigate. I’ve never rented a car from Columbus so I can’t speak on that.
Nice little airport! Not crowded at all! Checked bags curbside and went straight through TSA Pre-Check super fast! Was sitting at Chili's having a beer within 10 minutes of arrival!
A great airport with plenty of parking and easy to navigate drop-off area! Nicely laid out to find your airline counter, terminal and gate. TSA security is fast and efficient! Lots of seating available in the terminals near the gates. Restaurants, bars, shopping and restrooms are plentiful. Baggage claim is easy to find along with car rentals and shuttles. The airport is clean and even has a history section. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Nice airport for the 15th largest city in the U.S.!
Never rent a car from this airport if you value your time and money. They are quite possibly the worst run rental car facility that I’ve ever experienced. This kind of situation has happened to me 2 consecutive times now. Huge lines with 1 representative for the entire facility. Poor guy stuck checking in 50 people.
I love this airport. It is small, easy to find everything. You won't get lost. It is super clean and it has recycling bins everywhere! That is a plus to me. The only thing could be better is that there are not enough options for food (restaurants), but other than that, I love my Columbus airport, ♡.
Place was very confusing. Signs poites some of the way but stop before you get to the terminal. No one to speak to to tell you if you are at the right building and the inside was deserted other than other people wondering the same thing. The could have a sign on the front of the building that says terminal or passenger departing or something..
* Quick..
* Easy...
* Hassle Free...
We only wish that there were more flight options currently available.

Important to Note - parking is at a premium (even though an additional overflow lot was added).
Arrive Early or have somebody drop you off.
Friendly staff, on time arrival, bags were all there! Great additional option into Columbus. We will definitely use this again.
The 2023 Columbus Air Show was great, and the Blue Angels were awesome and amazing. The only negative thing I have to say is that they could've had a few food concessions a little closer to the spectators. Plus, the lemonade vendors weren't making very good lemonade.
Nice little airport with a couple of places to eat and shop. Restrooms were clean. I used the blue long term parking lot. The one baggage claim carousel is downstairs but I didn't have to use it. Not many hiccups in this small airport. Leaving the airport was easy and the signs were very easy to follow Again, this is a small airport so not easy to get lost. Even dealing with the TSA was easy and everyone was very nice and respectful.
Clean, quick and easy airport. You can get through the lines fairly quick. They do have plenty restaurants places to eat. Grab some coffee grab drinks a little knick knacks TSAs will let you know what you need to do and get you moving through pretty fast. You have various gates you can get to so it moves pretty fast to seeing areas or just like all the other airports you have leather seats really comfortable plug so you can charge and so on and so forth
Long day at the air show. Fewer planes in the open area. Exit traffic was a mess
Spectacular international airport! So easy to park and get out and into the terminal. They are always so friendly and super welcoming.

I would fly out of here every chance I could.

Clean and well mai twined.

Today is the air show, so maybe not as easy- but still a great friendly group supporting the air show as well.
Mostly well done for such a large event. Parking & traffic flow went well and exiting after went fine. The show itself was great, especially the Blue Angels & Raptor. We got into the Mustang tent about 10, very nicely done. First hour & a half it felt like they were killing time to maybe make up for scheduling difficulties. They had some type of plane drag race which was good for maybe 30 minutes but it went on forever and most people started losing interest. Talented pilots but not a 90 minute show. I was hoping for some helicopter displays like repelling of troops etc but no such luck. Dayton show use to do it at one time. Anyway, it was overall done well. A few glitches or issues based on programing, there were no paper flyers available giving approximate times of various planes which would have helped families plan the day better between exhibits and performances. Instead they advised everyone to go on line however the cell systems were unable to keep up with volume so people were getting irritated they couldn't access schedule. At the cost of tickets they could have come up with a reasonable drop sheet done the night before or early before gates opened. Also, first day planning logistics for some vendors created difficulties, even before peak times vendors were struggling. One family member waited 15-20 minutes for a hamburger and another waited over 45 minutes for pizza while not being able to see the show. All in all though we will attend again next year and buy the Mustang tent again. Maybe make some food (subs, etc) that doesn't require prep available in the Mustang tent? Overall, whole event gets a 4 Star rating. These things aren't easy to coordinate and execute so hats off to all the staff and volunteers.
Nice little airport with only 2 gates. Easy to get in and out.
Nice clean and efficient airport. American Airlines check-in staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of seats at the departure gates, and we left on time. There is a cellphone lot to wait for arriving flights, and drop off and pick up lanes are right outside the terminal doors.
