What one would expect from an airport. The traffic at pickup and drop off was a bit more intense than other airports I’ve been to. Sorta scared when I was getting picked up that I would get hit by a car. I would have walked a bit farther for a calmer pickup place.

Flew United. Clean, several food options. Easy TSA and bag check line. Friendly staff.
It’s an amazing airport! I love it! Makes my heart so happy after a long flight, I’ll be able to see my family and friends there and spend wonderful time. California weather is the best. Only traffic is crazy during peak hours but it’s normal. Airport itself is gorgeous 😊
It’s a huge airport with lots of terminals and connections. It has plenty of luxury brands shops in the airport itself. Lots of food options. Folks can hang out here and without getting bored. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Only problem is the traffic to and from the airport is crazy.
Its one of the busiest in the world. Better get there a couple hours ahead because you never know what might happen. We always go early to hang out in the delta VIP lounge and eat free food and drinks. It makes the fly very pleasant. Once I flee Delta, that all i fly now(first class). They give them a smooth air road to their destinations. The lounge had a super nice view of the planes flying off. So many people and I love to people watch so i see all types and its interesting. Im blessed to be able to fly and get around. Prices of flights are cheaper to fly out of LAX because its a big airport. Traffic is crazy and a lot of horrible impatient drivers so be careful picking someone up. We all have a destination, lets all get there safe.
Terminal 5 is quite outdated… It is not very well lit and just looks too old for being the main airport of the 2nd largest city in the US. I know some of the other terminals are more modern but I think they need to renovate all the old terminals to have a uniform modern look throughout the airport. Besides the dated terminal, I like how easy it was to get in and out of the airport and terminal, the clear signage, and the tile flooring in the terminal that makes it way faster to drag a suitcase along. Otherwise this airport is fairly decent and it serves its purpose.
Clean and nice looking airport (from the inside). Information was easily accessible and appeared to be available in multiple languages. The United Club was very nice and had a great selection of options for breakfast. The view from various points was nice but the United Club view from their terrace was really cool.
Comparing this airport to Nashville Tennessee Airport, I have to say LAX could use some improvements. There are very few seats and benches in the departure and arrival area. There are only a few choices for sit-down dining while waiting on a plane. The inside of the airport, restaurants, and bathrooms could use continuous cleaning. This was viewed while in Terminal 1, Southwest. The California Pizza Kitchen was excellent. Sergio, our waiter was the best!
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) stands out as an efficient and well-connected travel hub. Navigating through the airport is a breeze, thanks to clear signage and a well-thought-out layout. The facilities are consistently well-maintained, and the diverse range of dining and shopping options caters to various preferences.

Despite the occasional busyness at security lines, the staff efficiently manages the process, ensuring a swift and secure experience. LAX's connectivity for both domestic and international flights is a major plus, making it a reliable choice for travelers. Overall, a top-notch airport that combines convenience, cleanliness, and a variety of amenities.
Few weeks back I have traveled through Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and had a fantastic experience overall. During arrival at Mid night , there was a long long queue for immigration which was last up to 2 hours till my number came. During that time I have observed that the staff at LAX were helpful except couple who were just shouting in the lobby. They were ready to help and provide any information needed. Providing assistance wherever we needed. Their professionalism and positive attitudes were evident throughout, even during busy periods.

Due to some construction work going on , I recommend everyone to go little bit early to airport to avoid any traffic because of that.

The airport is really nice and have plenty of terminal for domestic and international flights.

So many food joint to satisfy your appetite and hunger at airport.

The staff at ticket counter and check in are so helpful and co-operative. Explaining you all the minutes details you required with out any frustration.

Overall, I highly recommend Los Angeles International Airport for its helping staff and brilliant travel experience. LAX is a top-notch choice for travellers.
bags took FOREVER. airport looks nice but the staff arent really nice. bathrooms were kept clean. would not suggest an overnight layover traveling from international terminals to domestic terminals.
My recent experience at LAX was generally positive. The airport is a bustling hub of activity, efficiently connecting travelers from around the world. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there was a good variety of shops and dining options to choose from.

Navigating the terminals was relatively easy, with clear signage and helpful staff available to provide assistance when needed. Security and customs procedures were reasonably streamlined, minimizing wait times.

However, I did find some areas for improvement. The airport can get quite crowded, especially during peak travel times, making it a bit challenging to find a quiet space to relax. Additionally, parking options were a bit pricey, and I wished for more affordable alternatives.

In summary, LAX is a solid choice for air travel, offering efficient service and a good range of amenities. With a few tweaks to enhance the passenger experience, it could easily earn a full 5 stars.
REALLY HUGE PLACE!! I usually like to fly out of LAX at night. Very clean airport and very nice staff. Prepare for heavy traffic, there is little to no stopping. Signs are self explanatory and there is more than enough workers around that are happy to help out.
I recently traveled through Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and had a fantastic experience overall. The staff at LAX were incredibly helpful and made my time at the airport stress-free. They were readily available, knowledgeable, and approachable, providing me with prompt assistance whenever I needed it. From navigating the terminal to answering my questions, their guidance was invaluable. Their professionalism and positive attitudes were evident throughout, even during busy periods.

While my experience was highly positive, there is always room for improvement. Some areas, such as signage and directions, could be enhanced to make navigation even easier. However, the helpfulness of the staff made up for any minor shortcomings. Overall, I highly recommend Los Angeles International Airport for its fantastic staff and excellent travel experience.
A nice airport! Very busy, but we had a flight early in the morning with United to Hawaii. I'd definitely recommend getting TSA PRECHECK, otherwise you're in for a long wait to pass security. Otherwise the rest is pretty quick and easy!

Nice airport, short waits for terminal b at immigration, and security. Check in was avg, only problems are that during peak times lots of traffic on the horseshoe entry and exit (stupid design) and that baggage took 40 min to arrive from my flight from Istanbul with Turkish airlines

I recently traveled through Los Angeles LAX Airport and had a pretty positive experience. One standout feature was that each terminal has parking right in the front, which was very convenient. The parking rates were reasonable too, with $9 for the first hour and $7 for every additional 30 minutes. However, I did notice a downside: there seemed to be a shortage of chairs for sitting, which was a bit disappointing. If you require a wheelchair, you'll need to head to the registration in the mobility assistance area. Overall, the airport's accessibility and parking options were impressive, but the seating situation could use some improvement.
Ugh, worst international airport when it comes to departure tsa. THEY PATTED MY MINOR CHILD ON HIS PRIVATE PARTS!
We have Global Entry/TSA Precheck. My son broke his zippers so everytime he get on the scan, it beeps, he went through it 3x. Took shoes, socks, no belts, empty pockets, nothing left on him but pants, t-shirt and underwear. Then, this tsa went to pat him and touch his privates! The other tsa told him, he can't do that. We made a complaint and have a to wait from someone higher ups. Hope he gets fired.

As for arrival, customs officers and employees have better manners and friendlier.
It's one of the largest and most busiest airports you'll ever see. This airport is just as busy as it gets, lots of foot traffic inside the airport and lots of traffic outside the airport as well, lots of cabs and Uber which is very costly due to all the traffic. Despite all that, this airport is very easy to navigate, I didn't have any problems getting to where I needed to go, so that's a plus for me.
I recently took a flight out of LAX airport, and it was one of the best airport experiences I’ve ever had. There were not many people where you check your bags in. The security was about a 5 minute wait, and the walk was very short to my gate. Overall I had a great experience at this airport.

Very spacious terminal ,lots of seating area, good choice of restaurants
the area at the counter is a bit crowded and somewhat inadequate for international flight given the fact that international planes carry 3x more passengers that domestic planes.
Starbucks should have a coffee shop every50 feet since it take 30 min to get a sandwich.
The toilets are clean smell good
What can I say? Getting in and out of this airport by car is an absolute nightmare. Waited nearly 90 minutes to get picked up from Terminal B today. On the plus side, baggage services were reasonably quick, immigration wasn't bad at all (thank you GlobalEntry), and our plane only sat on the runway for 30 minutes before deplaning. Terminal B is also very nice with plenty of amenities. Unfortunately, just doesn't make up for the huge inconvenience of getting picked up from here. But if you're coming into LA, your kind of stuck with this.
Beautiful and clean airport. Amazing supportive staff. Very easy checkin facility. Best of the duty free shops and small outlets to satisfy taste buds.
The airport is quite busy (at least international terminal), but it is managed quite well (e.g. security inspection). Decent shopping and some eating shopping inside. Seems enough space to sit down which is becoming an issue due to allocation of space for retail.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LAX airport exceeded my expectations! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable travel experience. The signage was clear, making navigation a breeze. Security procedures were efficient, ensuring a smooth process. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing any inquiries promptly. Although a busy airport, I experienced minimal delays. LAX is a top-notch choice for travelers. ✈️🌟👍

Quick check-in and security were friendly today. Be sure to arrive early to avoid any possible conflicting events. Kick back at the gate with a coffee and find a plug for your electronics while you wait.

Was clean and not too busy. For some reason my domestic flight left from this international terminal. Not sure if I should thank LAX or American Airlines for adding to the hassle of getting to my gate. Make sure you get here the recommended 2 hours before your flight.

A huge terminal for International Departures. All airlines check in counters on first floor. Inquiry desk. Displays of flight timings and gates. Toilets 🚻. Check in here and you have to go through security at second floor. Then you enter food court. Here you have lots of options for food and drinks. Many shops here to buy something

Terminal B is enormous and frequently crowded. There are many restaurants there, including Panda Express, PF Chang's, Pret a manger, etc. Both duty-free shops and premium brands like Hugo, Tumi, Coach, etc. are plentiful there. It is a fantastic spot to shop while you wait. There is a machine at the airport event that teaches you how to perform CPR.
Had a good time in my travel through this massive airport, when you come from a small town airport to this gigantic international airport you tend to get confused which way is the way out. You have to get there on time because during travel season gets packed. I had a good time and no problems related to the actual facility that come from management. Airport is clean, feels safe, and organized.
