Great Airport, not too busy during the winter months either. The wheelchair assistance was great too. Big thanks to Fabio for being so helpful and making me feel so at ease.

A reasonable city airport. Clean, quick, friendly and functional. Can be quite a long wait at security at busy times. Main issue is access, public transport links are only by bus, so just like driving (parking and drop off are extortionate btw), you are at the mercy of the M8. Needs a rail-based public transport link to be sustainable for the future. Good variety of destinations served with links to major international hubs.

Poor experience. Arrived early morning whilst it was dark. Signage was obscured. Had to pay £5 to go through car park 2 to keep looking for our car park. Telephoned company and staff were very unhelpful to say the least!
Once we found the place, there were no staff around to collect car keys.
Finally found someone and was stressed to the max before boarding for our flight.
On way home, the booth had moved and didn’t know where to collect keys.
Never ever again !!!!!

Check In and flights can be in different buildings. Crazy huge duty free walk through. Lots of stores for quick snacks but very few healthy choices. Charging & USB chairs. Clean washrooms. Friendly staff.
Avoid! Waited 25 mins for a bus (according to the website it’s meant to be every few minutes!) then when one did eventually arrive the driver left for a break!

It takes a long time to enter the country, and it is divided into three teams. Some countries have passports in one of them, others in the other, and some people have fast-track customs clearance. The taxi provided by the airport will not give a verbal quotation according to the meter when encountering a foreigner, which makes people feel bad.

My flight was at 5am. No one told me or any information at the airport, that the security check close bevor 12pm. So I had to wait until 3:30 am in the area in front of the check. The aircon was running the whole time, so I get ill. And it was really cold. There are 3 places to chill, they are very uncomfortable, no place to relax. Just many information about some thinks, they are not really interested. There are enough space for some seats or something else but no care about the passengers. Than the drink Maschine Swallowed my money. So my Hollidays endet really stressful. Thank you …

So please less self-love and more comfort for the passengers

We need a bit more time (more than 15 mins) to drop off our friends so we try to park at Car Park 2 for an hour. It is quite confusing to search for info on the Glasgow airport website as the booking system will show you £40+ for parking an hour there!!

After checking other reviews and photos, I found the hourly rate from the NPC website (today we pay £12 for 60 mins). Some parking lots are marked "1 HR" on the ground floor which are not very busy, perfect for us!

Very well maintained and circulated Airport. Even if it is a bit on the smaller side, all procedures go very smoothly.

Glasgow airport is obviously much smaller than the likes of Heathrow and Gatwick etc, however, it certainly has what you’d expect - Shops for convenience, Restaurants, Bars, Duty Free, fast food and a fairly chilled out type of Atmosphere. Certainly doesn’t feel as busy and as rushed as others which I feel is a bonus. It’s easy to navigate and if you’re into football, it has both Celtic and Rangers items for sale as well as your typical fridge magnets to prove you’ve been to Scotland (Or Glasgow in particular!)🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A straightforward airport to negotiate. Even with a 4am check in, I think everything was open for business as usual. Unusually for me, we departed from the middle pier this time, the old domestic one for people of a certain age 😁.

Handy for dropping off friends and relatives who are heading off on holiday. £5.00 seems high but compared to other tariffs no too bad.

The car park is convenient, has moderate sized spots and lanes, and several lifts to get to the floors. However it’s bloody expensive.
Very nice and easy airport, cool and relaxed atmosphere around the airport with nice and friendly members of staff. I arrived here on an early morning flight and pretty much waited for hours and hours until my 3pm check in at the hotel and I wasn't bothered by anyone or anything while I waited, it also helped that it's not a very busy airport. So! Very good experience of the airport.

dropping off here the last 3 weeks £6 for 20 mins and the toilet has been broken all that time, don't understand why such a large airport can't fix the toilets 🚻

Good for drop off and pick up for Glasgow Airport
The airport is quite small and it's very crowded. The security checks were not that great and they even poured my drinking water down the sink. I have never experienced something like that in other airports. Moreover, the duty-free shops are not classy as expected and many changes can be brought inside the airport. It will be great if there is proper management of the crowd inside and more security check gates should be opened as there are many flyers these days. Only go through this airport if you have an emergency, otherwise, definitely go for Heathrow.

It is very confusing if you have not been before they do charge you £5 for 20 minutes and did you charge £7 for one hour and if you go over 8 hours the charge is £38 the good thing is that you have 4 floors to popcorn

Complete rip off, why are they are allowed to charge the rip-off rates at Glasgow airport, it is scandalous, £36 min charge, £57 for 2 days, more than £1 an hour, shame on the directors of this company.

Expensive but never had any issues with it.
I do wish they gave indication of how many free spaces are on each level, the signs are there but whenever I've been they've not been working. My last visit ended up costing £7 because I was circling for so long looking for a space!

It’s crazy expensive but if you are helping someone to airport you can spend 20 minutes helping them check in, return across road to pay (you now have 15 mins more grace period) then go back across road for 10 mins to say good byes then have 5 more mins to exit. So around 35mins for £5 is a better value and much less stressful than the drop off which is £4 for 10 minutes and barely enough time to walk someone over to check in and back and exit. More than than 10 minutes and you get hit with an overlay fine so I’ll be avoiding the drop off area from now on.
