TSA check points nearly empty with plenty of parking spots open. Parking was expensive for the quality but definitely worth the price. Leaving the car for over a few days can be expensive. VIP lounge could be better. No refreshments.
Very cool well-manicured Airport. Thank you for keeping this open. The runway is so long you can't miss it
Does anyone that has used this airport know if you need some kind of access code or if it is gated or can anyone just use it?
KSAS - SAS. At the edge of salton sea... we stopped by pretty late, in rush, did not have time to check arround, no tower, unattended, no lights, more of a desert landing strip than an airport, gravel... nevertheless very well maintained, the strip was clean, sock wind, all good.
