Monthly or quarterly events at this park. Music, stage. Fun for the kids etc.
The foam bubble party was fun. The live band lyte brute was fun too
I discovered Whitney recreation center in need of a cooling place to escape the crazy heatwave we are having. Chanel the director was extremely accommodating as I'm traveling with my 19 yr old Bengal and 14 year old Staffy. The staff are very friendly and extremely professional and I see it as a wonderful place for the youth in the area. God bless you Chanel and your staff for being there and helping an old dog like me.
Enrolled my son, he has a blast and we both get to stay out of the heat!
I absolutely LOVE the programs at LVIS! The staff especially, Manager-Christy R. are all very professional, kind, encouraging and understanding! My son has been taking Soccer and Basketball classes since we moved here from Seattle two years ago and this has been the most amazing experience!
Although the weather and Temps dropped, community park area is really nice. Just need another good location to re watch "Wonka" and no temp issues.
Love love it!!! My son has been doing soccer for 7 months now and absolutely loves going. He's about to start basketball the season.
We did the Asylum: Playtime room today and my party and I enjoyed ourselves so much! I swear I jumped so many times throughout the experience lol. Both Sosuke and Kallie were amazing hosts, made our experience that much better. Highly recommend doing this room at this location, we'll be back to do the rest of them for sure 👏 This room is also ADA friendly for anyone in a wheelchair. 😊
This place is awesome! Very unique with great actors. Kallie our game master was awesome. My 14-year old daughter and I did the 2-part experience and loved it! One of the best parts is the live narration and acting. It makes the experience much more fun since it blurs the line between asking for hints and a real dialogue within the adventure. We are definitely coming back for the other room. They even have their own brand of energy drink.
Huge warehouse with outside area and near a nice public park. Plenty of parking. Careful driving in from the main road, the road that leads to the back where everything is, is windy and narrow. Great place for organized sports.
Me and my family attended the Children’s Festival on Saturday. We had the pleasure of meeting “The Dream Team Dancers”. The youth were extremely inspiring and put on a stellar performance for the community. Spoke with Lead Dance Instructor Coach Z and I am excited to see what this team accomplishes this year.
We did the fortune teller and it was super super fun!! Ryan was the actor and he was great, gave us just enough hints for it to be fun yet still challenging. For reference I've only done 2 escape rooms before this. Highly recommended!
This was my first escape room with five of my friends, and it was so awesome!!! we did the playtime version with spooky dolls and stuff and it was really fun and creative. The staff member Taylor was so energetic and talented!! He gave us a great experience. 10/10 would come back to do the other three rooms.
My first time with my family and it was very enjoyable. The rooms are very professionally put together and immersive. The lore actors really set the mood and I would definitely return.
The senior center is wonderful. We met so many nice people.
Extremely poorly maintained and managed. The rules are not enforced and the bigger kids just run wild trampling over the smaller younger kids. This place is one bad kid collision away from a parents brawl. Screws and nails sticking out from broken/ripped off footsteps. If a kid were to miss a step and fall they would get seriously hurt. Not mention every nook and cranny is grimey. Plain dirty. Was good when it first opened. Not coming back and would not recommend.
This escape room was a unique experience compared to others I've tried. Instead of focusing solely on escaping the room, it presented a series of engaging puzzles to solve. The overall experience was enjoyable and quite challenging. The actors did a fantastic job and added to the realism. I would definitely revisit this escape room in the future.
Wow, this place is filthy. It's 9:45am, so they don't even have the excuse that it's been busy and full of kids. There's trash everywhere. The women's bathroom definitely has not been cleaned in days. On top of all that, several of the attractions are broken or in ill repair. We 'be been coming here for several years and have never seen it in this state. I'm generally pretty open-minded with kids' places, but I am disgusted by this Sky Zone.
My wife and I played the fortune teller, which was a very very fun experience. I loved the pacing and the flexibility of the room. Without spoilers, the game isn’t fully linear, and there are possibilities for different puzzles and outcomes within the game! The puzzles are the right level of challenging and are very fun to play. The room was highly enjoyable with 2 players but 3 might be the ideal number.

Callie (Calli?) was an incredible actress and game master. She kept things running and was a delight to see in action! Her pacing and timing was great too.

What else can I say? I thoroughly enjoyed this experience, I liked the atmosphere, the puzzles, and the story.

If I had one complaint it’s that some parts of the set need to be re-secured. Even without more than 2 fingers of force a few items came loose. This did not detract from the experience and I still highly recommend playing the fortune teller game and hope to play their others someday soon!
I pay soccer there. The wonders are all nice. The place is clean, however not much food options
This place looks great on the outside and on first impression, but the lack of attention to safety and cleanliness is mind-blowing. I went on the slide that sends you into the air with my 15-year-old niece. Both of us hit the air-filled landing and smacked the bottom/ground which is rock hard. Took our breath away and injured my wrist. There are multiple pits that have gaps that were very unsafe for my toddler. I addressed with employees and management and they looked at me like I was a crazy person and had absolutely no urgency. I received no apologies, no communication of concern, in fact the only response I got other than head nods was defensive employees saying “Well the kids should know where to jump.” I said “how does that make any sense for my toddler” and of course I was met with blank stares. Don't go here. It was $135 to put all my kids at risk. Also, I walked upstairs to have a snack with my kids and the floors were sticky like a dirty old bar. This place is gross.
Alana at the birthday check in desk is Amazing she has great customer service and works well under stress. She really went above and beyond for our party. Thanks Alana we truly appreciate hard work.
Something for all the kids 12,9 and 5. Great for two hours. Membership is the best option for locals. But be aware of how to cancel because it auto renews
This place is DANGEROUS and DIRTY and pretty much halfway closed. Parents do not spend your money here. It costs $60 for two including socks and nearly half of the attractions are unavailable. Everything is closed down with caution tape or the employees don’t care to watch the children. They just stand together talking near the exit. The employees weren’t watching the trapeze and the children were using the stick themselves! The children dropped the stick and could have got seriously hurt. The employee in the trick area was literally sitting in the corner on his phone. These attractions could have been available if the staff just was there to operate it. Felt like a waste of money.

This establishment is filthy. There was sticky residue all over the floor. In the cracks of the foam bags where the kids land, there was so much trash. Pencils, crumbs, trash, and food. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in days. In every single foam bags we jumped in.
We did both rooms in the Insane Asylum series: The Doctors Secret and Playtime. This was the most immersive escape room I've ever done with live actors interacting with us during the room.

The set design was so spooky, and the puzzles were well crafted. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a fun challenge!

Our host was Nick, and he was fantastic!
Worked there as an undergrad, taught a PEX class and now a patron. Started visiting in 2009, and still to this day have enjoyed being there. Great facility, and after coming back here for the first time since 2017 I noticed major upgrades in equipment. I highly recommend it.
This place seems ok but the floors are sticky and there are kids who really have no regard to anyone else running around knocking little kids down. The thing that bothered me the most was the fact the the jungle gym had several areas where the wood is exposed. My son was coming out the tunnel and scratched his stomach on the wood.
My visit to the Wellness center was great initially. Scheduling, registering, and visit were excellent. However, I was soon locked out of my ability to register for classes within 15 days of my visit. Unfortunately, I visited the wellness center and didn’t pay upfront. I thought it was covered by my tuition fee. It wasn’t. The problem was paying for the fee which can’t be done online. So when the office closed for three days for a holiday, I lost out of early registration and had one of my classes closed and the other on waitlist. Thousands of students no one to answer the phone or invest in an online payment system. It look a little more than a week after my registration day to miss out on opportunities. Its a warning to all students. It’s better to visit a quick care.
Friendly, hospitable staff with great well organized activities.

Have been taking my son here for about three to four months now every other week. It's always very clean, staff is always helpful and polite and my son loves it. We just celebrated his second birthday there yesterday- their party room is reasonably priced and they set everything up for you and even provide music and an ice chest! They are very welcoming and I recommend this place to anyone with Littles! Thanks to Lucas as well for helping my family and I have a great party here!
I love this gym, have been coming here since 2016 when I first moved to Las vegas. However it seems like the basketball courts have fluctuating availability even though a lot of the members come solely to get runs in on the 3rd floor courts. I've always felt like that's on fair because it's still $40 (used to be $25). Everyone's out to get more money from you without actually improving the product or service
Love this place many memories with my family and friends ❤️

Don’t go there they don’t let little kids and baby to eat there they will tell you if the kid want to eat leave the place the person that work there with the Mustache is so Rude and not nice and understanding not the best place for little kids we wanted to book my friend daughter birthday there but after we see the way they act with kids it will never happened there is amazing other place to kids around go ther listen to me it was bad experience
Problems:
1. No free parking
2. Limited hours and sometimes altogether closed
3. 1 story spread out gym > 4 story cramped gym
4. Not enough machines
5. Not enough variety of machines
6. Expensive (now $40 a month, not worth it when it was $25)
7. Not enough weights. Giant multimillion dollar gym has maybe 2-4 pairs of the most commonly used weights (10-35) and are generally always in use.
8. Not enough benches. Can't tell you how much time I wasted waiting like a plebe for a bench.
Positives:
1. They have a nice pool you'll never use because who uses that.
2. They have nice racquetball courts you'll maybe use once or twice because again who uses that.
3. They have a cool mountain climbing wall but again who uses that.
4. They have a lot of basketball courts that again you'll never use.
5. They have a lot of cool stuff that you'll never use because I assume most people just want cardio/weight/classes.

The main problem with this gym is architectural. After going to EOS and seeing that they have a giant first floor facility for less than half the price I can never go back to UNLV gym. I may be mistaken but I think students have to pay for this overpriced over architectured gym to attend UNLV or built into the cost of it.
I was fortunate enough to attend this Amputee Agility Clinic by N.O.P. Thank you Kyle, Michelle, Petra, Priscilla and all there! Very uplifting experience for everyone! Sportspark is a Great facility!! Looking forward to the next one.
My son is in basketball NBN 10. I get that the coaches are high-school kids but they need to be given some kind of guidance on how to coach. They have no clue how to schedule an effective practice. They generally start 15 minutes late. They don't explain much and they generally seem uninterested in coaching the kids. I would suggest putting only one coach out there because with 2 high-school kids you get two hormonal teenagers trying to impress each other with how much they don't care about this. Coaches need to be giving the kids instructional drills. Show them how to shoot properly. Show them how to do a lay up. Teach them something about the game. It seems as if the coaches are just finding different ways on how to pass the time until the class ends. The season started with about 8 different kids. Now only 3 show up each week. I wonder why. You're paying 2 coaches for doing a horrible job. Soccer only has 1 coach and it was way better. And it's not their fault. The coaches are kids themselves. So teach them how to coach. Give them guidance.
Good variety of machines, not many of each, but everyone's pretty polite if you ask how long they have left.

Great place for your kids, a lot of fun and the staff is really friendly and care for the kids
Definitely would come back again
We lice the gymnastics program here and the soccer program.. but seriously.. the food served at this cafe is 5 star. Buffalo mozzarella caprese salad... Cheese shell tacos. Many low carb options to keep you in keto. All healthy... Seriously healthy. My props to the owner and the girls he hires and the menu options and preparations. Seriously good food. It is pricey but it tastes gourmet.
Great to be indoors but myself and other parents have noticed the refs only call fouls when it's beneficial to the club teams. The kids become super discouraged and it impacts their morale. I have really noticed during the summer league and this may be our last season here because the preferential treatment is very noticeable.

It was a good experience for my nephew who is 5, he had a blast and that's what is most important.

If it was a little bit more cleanly then I would have given 4 out of 5. Sorry :/ but thinking about all of the germs everywhere was giving me anxiety 😬

Very popular place on a Saturday night, so the germs must not be that bad 🤣
My son has been playing soccer there for the last 2 years! The coaches are very happy and great at their job!!! Especially coach Mike ❤

Fun place for little ones to run, slide, swing, or jump. There's also games to play, for which you need to buy tokens. My kids really like it here. Place looks really clean too.

This is an amazing kids indoor playground. Very clean. Nice staff. And good couches for the adults to chill.
Took our family for a needed break in the pool and got more than expected. It's newly opened so the whole facility is in top shape. Large changing rooms and the water park is awesome. Two slides for 4 ft+ riders, a lazy river little kid area with slide and interactive water features!! Great time!

Great for soccer players and teams that just want to play. Indoor for the summer so your not burning every part of your body.
A very beautiful and peaceful park! Has a beautiful community pool, basketball court, enough grass to play soccer, baseball court, and a place to walk around with your dog. What I was surprise to see was a security driving around for safety. My kids and I enjoyed the time we spend there. 👍

Stay away and for a number of reasons.

The guy in charge is still engaged in all kinds of coronavirus theatrics, for one.

He also gives me the creeps. Being in his presence is unpleasant. You get a sense of...wrongness from him.

That's separate and apart from the fact that he's still wearing a mask in 2023.

Hand sanitizer is mandatory at this place. They're going to squirt some of that poison on your kids' hands whether you like it or not.

I found out before they tried. Before I even paid, actually.

That's good. If I'd paid and had to leave, I wouldn't have liked that result. If they'd tried to pump that poison onto my kids' hands, they wouldn't have liked the result.
Great facility that has everything you need from weights to cardio to sports. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. Love the layout and highly recommend this gym.
A beautiful and clean area. I come in around 6- 8 to workout, and I find hardly any people taking up the gym. Come in at that time because It gets extremely crowded during the during to the point where you will wait for workout equipment. It has a swimming pool (1st floor), indoor track(last floor), full size basketball courts (1st and 3rd floor). As well as, free workout classes if you enrolled in 4 credits or more. Overall this place makes it fun to workout because you have lots of options.
Very cool park, water attractions, playground, neat workout things, pavilions, tennis, dog area, a cute little oasis in that area
This place is amazing for kids!!! We are very pleased with our experience so far!
I traveled time to see the champion of the future of the country. 🤩🕺
He was my grandson Lincoln. I loved the place and the atmosphere there.
A well maintained and organized gym that has lots offer. From basketball courts to free weights and even swimming pools that are always kept in optimum condition, there is truly something for everybody here. Being a University gym open to the public means it has a different feel from commercial and private gyms, a feel that lets me run on all fours on the treadmill without fear of being judged. I recommend this gym to anybody just looking for something to do.

We always have tons of fun at Kids Planet! They are clean and never too busy. For frequent visitors like our kids from Tiny Hikes and Adventures play group, we purchase the ten visits card to share, making entry $7 each!

We loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of options to play for my kids who are both under 3. No toys we're broken and we were able to play on every item in the time we were there. We went in the morning so it wasn't busy at all. Had plenty of space for my kids to run around. Highly recommend this place.
It is extremely nice to have a place like this in the LV heat. They have two large indoor fields.
Good family friendly place with nice people.
The Summerlin Pools are for Residents who are in the Summerlin North, West and South Hoa. You have to have a Summerlin Resident ID Card and then you can go online to purchase a day or season pass. They are not accepting NON Residents at this time. They are open 11-8pm everyday until september 6th. Pools will re open in May!

We had such a blast today. Happy birthday my son and myself. This experience is exactly what we needed. They explain everything to make sure we pay attention and enjoy ourselves. This is the new birthday tradition for us.
Love the community! The area makes you feel like you're really not in Vegas, almost like you're in a small town😁. One thing I will say is be careful if you're parking near the baseball field, somebody's car was hit with a fly ball while I was walking by😳
Beautiful large park, with a public pool, & clean restrooms. Across the street from an Albertsons grocery store, which makes grabbing drinks or snacks super easy. Also great for playing Pokemon Go, 2 gyms & 5 poke' stops for all you trainers out there. We went there for a free concert in the park, great family fun for all ages. In a very safe neighborhood
What a beautiful place the employees are very nice, the park restroom was locked up cuz previous heroin addicts were using it for thier herion cave the atmosphere was Nasty!!! They let me use thier bathroom nice & clean
I always have a great workout but wish the gym wasn't available to people who fly their remote control airplanes Monday and Thursday.

Just moved here, beautiful park. No hammocks allowed though, pretty disappointed.
Fantastic complex. They have a something for everyone. Pool, basketball court and baseball fields.
I've never actually been to the community center, so this review is for the trail the starts there. It's a lovely paved trail with a few picnic tables and a couple small playgrounds. There are also a few grassy areas and a sprinkling of park benches. Quite a few trees, too, so there's at least some shade from the hot Vegas sun. The trail is in a wash, but the parts that intersect a street go underneath the street, so you don't have to cross the street or wait for traffic. There are several access points to the trail/park from the community around it. I'm sure there is plenty of parking at the community center, but I parked across the street from it (behind the Albertsons).
