I'm not afraid to say that this is the best hotel we've ever been in! Every year we try to visit this place and every time we have an unforgettable experience. Gorgeous views, delicious food and fun activities. A huge thank you to the hotel entertainment team! These are the best guys, who are constantly trying to make the rest - much more interesting and fun. Separately, I want to highlight the sports animator Rodion, he entertained us every day on the beach and it was cool! Overall, I recommend everyone to visit this place and you will immediately fall in love!

Loved the kids club, there are the variety of activities. Kids are always entertained by lovely staff members. Kids can choose between crafts, Lego, painting, gaming, group activities and many more. In the evening there is mini disco, show of the evening and then free play time. Definitely the best kids club we ever visited

The Italian restaurant was amazing! The service was second to none, Ayden and the team were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.

Aiman at the bar was also fabulous and happy to help every night.

The swim up rooms are great, and the pools are so clean and welcoming.

Accommodation was very good, service amazing, food and restaurant (all inclusive) had everything you wish. From local butter and honey and local fresh fruits. Watermelon was amazing and fresh. Not least the entertainment was really good. Every night from 9:30pm and also during the day on pool side. You can get food all day and almost all night. Good specially for families with kids. Definitely can recommend it to any family.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect - from the immaculate rooms to the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff. The amenities were top-notch, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable and relaxing my experience was here. If you're looking for a place that consistently delivers a 5-star experience, this hotel is the place to be! I can't wait to return for another incredible stay. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUINED MY FAMILY HOLIDAY.
Walked in and there were 3 people arguing and crying at the front desk.
The manager MUSTAFA was RUDE, ARROGANT and completely SELFISH. Disregarded our whole request on our bookings.
Our 1 request was to have rooms near to each other for health reasons and he completely disregarded everything. He told us if we weren’t happy we should leave and go find another hotel.
My mum and I were in tears and he did NOTHING and walked off into the back and left us there.
We paid thousands to have a nice family holiday and it was completely ruined.
On top of that, there was no air conditioning in the hotel and it was so dirty.
Please think twice before spending your hard earned money on this hotel.
AVOID.

We really enjoyed our holiday here. Everything is nice, the rooms are clean, the food is good but not extraordinary, the beverages are tasty, everyone tries to be helpful. There are so many pools and water slides. What we liked best is the Puppies kids club, the girls are amazing and the entertainment team does everything to make the kids happy.
