Wow!!! Don’t get me started on this place. Best barburrito I’ve ever been to!!! Food, service, atmosphere was peak to my hungry stomach. Oh boy oh boy did I enjoy this fantastic bowl prepared by Dhaval

Food and atmosphere great. Restrooms are nasty. But worst was watching a server mix a Caesar, fish around barehanded (2x!) in a jar for a pickle, then when a garnish fell off the drink on to a barstool seat (you know, the spot people rest their butt), glance around, pick it up, put it back on the drink and serve it. Unbelievable. Hope this isn’t the practice in the kitchen.

We go every Thursday for our bowls. They are so friendly, they know our order and make an amazing bowl. I like my sauce around the edge and then across the middle. I would recommend going to this location over any other and we have been to several.

Walked in. Went to the bathroom. Came to the counter was acknowledged by somebody behind the counter who was busy talking with one of the food delivery drivers and after standing there for a few minutes realizing that this conversation could go on for awhile I walked out. Will never return to this location.

Love this place for great Mexican food at a reasonable price.Ice cold Dos Equis draft too.

Great restaurant with amazing customer service. Dhaval has been exceptionally well when it comes to greeting the customer and making sure they get the best deal out of the restaurant. Keep up the great work

It’s been awhile since I we ate at Bella Jacks. It’s unlikely we will return until the place gets a good refresh. Front bar is filthy and all the filth is visible to customers. Restrooms were also very tired and not maintained. Albeit they seemed clean.

Food seemed like it was cooked from frozen. Not terrible, but certainly not great.

I truly hope ownership sees this and cleans the place up. It was a great place when it first opened.

To my dismay we were left completely hanging upon arrival. We had reservations but told to wait whilst man in blue shirt was on his phone. We didn't know if we were to wait outside,or in our our vehicle. Every barstool was unoccupied and we're ignored. Not offered a drink or a seat. If it wasn't for reservations for a birthday party we would've left.
After this cold greeting however the waitress was able to turn our experience around and food was delicious.

Man in blue shirt obviously needs etiquette lessons. I didn't know why were brushed off while he was on his cellphone.

My husband and I try and shop local or eat out locally. So tonight we took the kids for dinner. They were doing a shift change, so we waiting and we understand that's okay. When it came to ordering we had to repeat our sleeves lots, they asked if it was for dine in or take out. We answered dine in. We went to sit down at a table and their were NO clean tables. My husband and I were talking about it out loud, and they didn't like that, so they commented WoW. They called our order name and when they handed it to us it was all in take out bags. The people working tonight in there have new changed our mind about going back. We will now be going elsewhere from now on! The wheelchair accessible door button doesn't work either! There was also no one else in there but drive thru was steady

I really liked the place. Not a fancy restaurant where you feel uncomfortable, but a restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere and delicious food. We highly recommend that guests of the city visit and eat delicious Mexican food.

Over an hour to have my order delivered. Food was ice cold and 3 tacos were missing. Put in a refund request and was actually denied.

Way to lose someone’s business. Like F will I ever pay $30 for cold food missing half my order ever again.

Anyone reading this I highly recommend taking your business to bar burrito - their food is way better and better priced than this fockin horsy schitt

Usually don’t mind going here but will probably not be back after today experience,

Ordered a meal with 3 tacos first taco was fine, second had little to no meat so went back up to the counter and the girl said no problem and added more.

Then my 3rd taco same thing there was basically no meat and all topping . This time a man came to the counter and refused to put more on it, and did well there’s no meat on her and he said and to the string thin amount of meat at the bottom of the taco and I said if your not going to put more on just give me a refund, he then refused and walked away. Asked to talk to the manager and the other staff pointed to the guy who walked away. I asked your not gunna do anything about this. He refused,

This was absolutely the worst s customer service . Not sure how that guy has been the manager there for 2 years? With serivice like this won’t be surprised if the Taco Bell is closed again soon!

Terrible just terrible

Dude, what the hell? Why us everyone here so bad at filling simple orders? I just got home and I'm missing 2 chili cheese burritos and cinnamon twists. You sure took my money, though. Should I go back and complain? Good luck, you didn't give me my receipt, either.

Tempted to add on an extra taco? You won't need it, but do it anyway. The food is so good and the servings are generous so you'll be excited to be able to take some home for later.

The setting is adorable and the music is quaint. It was also the best Margarita I've had all year!

We have never been here before and when we arrived to Bella Jack's they were lined out the door. But don't you worry as they were fast, staff are attentive, friendly and ask if we need things before I even think of it. As for the food there are so many options, everything we ordered was flavourful, hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!

When it comes to Taco Bell this has to be the best I’ve been to. The staff were amazing and super efficient. Everything was made right in front of us and although fast, we didn’t feel rushed. They really took the time to ensure we had a great experience.

We had a fantastic lunch today. The food was absolutely delicious; I can’t say enough about the depth of flavour of the mole on the chicken enchiladas. We started with the chips and salsa and the rollitos and ended our meals with the apple crumble with caramel on a skillet and the deep fried banana with ice cream. This was one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. The service was warm and super friendly. What a gem St. Thomas has!!

It's amazing and unbelievable that a simple 'fast food' place like Taco Bell in St. Thomas ON can be so consistently bad. I can't express how ridiculous it is that a customer needs to pull everything out of the bag to double check that the order received is correct. After 8 out of 10 orders being wrong or missing items, I will NEVER go back there!
