We visited Dublin for the first time and stayed in the hotel nearby. After a day of sightseeing, we went in to order some Mexican food. I had a chicken burrito bowl and my husband had chicken wrap. The spicy rice had some rock hard clumps, obviously been left out for too long. The chicken cubes were nothing like the description on the menu. They were dried out hence hard to chew with no flavour at all.
Very expensive for a tasteless meal.

We ordered Tolteca via Deliveroo for lunch. I got a burrito bowl and specifically checked what was included before adding extras. Like the burrito it said that for the burrito bowl it would include sour cream and cheese so I didn’t opt to add extras of these but when it arrived there was no cheese or sour cream so all included was rice (which was not spicy rice like I asked for) chicken and salsa and it was a really tiny portion at that. I went back to check if I misunderstood the menu but it seems that it definitely should have been included. The chicken was also really poor quality too and I nearly cracked a tooth on a small chicken bone. I paid €16.60 for this which is ridiculous. I won’t order again unfortunately

Cold meat, asked to reheat it and they put it on their tortilla warmer for about 20sec which made no difference. they wouldnt heat the burrito for me as they had "no other way" to do it. putting 3 stars as Ive been many times and the burritos are very good

Been a long fan of Boojum and just picked up a burrito bowl from Tolteca.
1) Quantity: at face value, Boojum's bowl is much bigger. However, Boojum fills the plate with rice. So removing the rice, the difference is much less
2) Price-wise they're comparable.
3) Variety: Tolteca has brown rice and steak.

To me it's a matter of how hungry I'll be. But definitely going back to try other flavors.

Went here for the first time today. Have been to chipotle in the US and boojum here also to compare the different ones.

Tolteca was pretty good. 3 different types of rice plenty of toppings and extras off you wanted them. I got the burrito bowl as usual chicken. I enjoyed it although it is definitely less than boojum gives you but it was still nice. Felt it was closer to chipotle than boojum. The price was reasonable and it was only an extra 50c for a bottle of water with the food

Really good taco!! I always go with the beef one with chipotle sauce. There are 3 tacos and I can never eat the third one I do be so full. The que can look really big at lunchtime but it moves quickly. I work round the corner so never sit so not sure how easy or difficult it is to get a seat. Staff are always pretty pleasant.
