First really good meal in Prescott. Forget the chains this place rules. I got the shredded pork chili colorado "enchilada style" burrito with rice and beans. With some fresh salsa and a side of chips. You can tell the meat was stewing all day in deliciousness. The rice and beans were good too with the beans having an almost mole like flavor. Food was kept at the proper temperature when I picked it up. Reasonably priced for the quality you are getting. Staff was nice. I'm thinking this is a family owned business.

We enjoyed our dinner here. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was friendly and efficient. The nachos were great. Chicken burrito was very good too.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and this is my favorite place to go. Me and my friends are regulars that are in at least every week. The foods great and servers feel more like friends. I love Barbudo’s and you should try the Cod tacos. Love the Barbudo’s server crew, Hollie, Chey, Baney, Bria, and Jazz are always on their game.

Absolutely one of the top 3 Mexican food restaurants in the quad city area. The staff was really friendly, food came out pretty quick, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend. On top of that, they have been in Prescott for decades, so you're supporting a local business.

I almost didn’t come here because I couldn’t find it. Turns out the sign says “Frank’s Restaurant” on the outside of the building. I was very impressed by the staff and the food. I told them about my gluten allergy and the waiter was very knowledgeable. He knew what was gluten free and the few things that weren’t. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free! There is a shared fryer so I did not eat the homemade chips. My aunt thought they were very good. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to bring in gluten free tortilla chips so I could enjoy chips and salsa, too. I had gluten free chicken enchiladas with the red sauce. It was amazing!! Frank (the owner) cooked my meal himself so it would not be messed up. He cooked everything in a separate place from the gluten. He even heated my tortillas in a separate pan to make sure no cross contact occurred. I could tell that everything was homemade from the corn tortillas (which were not grainy at all!) to the beans. Frank said that he will do this (the allergy protocol) for everyone at any time. I was very impressed and would recommend this place to everyone! In my opinion, it is Celiac safe as the staff was very knowledgeable and made sure I could eat everything safely.

I was referred to the establishment for Margaritas and the food and Barbudos Cantina did not disappoint! I was throughly satisfied with my experience, I invited a friend of mine and we both enjoyed watching highlights of the Hockey Game while enjoying Margaritas and the Mighty Bean Dip. The Service was amazing! Our server was attentive, inviting and quick which added to my overall experience of the establishment. Definitely give Barbudos Cantina a visit if you are feeling for a Margarita and some great food/vibes.

Food here is awesome, and authentic; not so much the employees. Restaurant was managing about 2 large tables and just a few other smaller parties, so I stood at takeout register for almost 10 minutes before I was approached and told that they were “really busy” and I would need to wait another 5 to 10 minutes to even place a takeout order. I decided to go somewhere else but then went back to ask for associate names. They tried to take my order at that time, which was strange given that they were so busy. My dog had been waiting in the car, ac running, so I had ended up just going through a drive through for dinner. I was excited for their food here but did not appreciate their circumstantial flexibility. My apologies Cheyanne and also Michael (manager I talked to), for not being more understanding.

I had lunch here yesterday with two girlfriends. We are all locals who have eaten here many times. Yesterday, there was just one server who was bartending, waiting on all the tables, and being the cashier. Not sure why they were so understaffed. It took over an hour to get our food and when it arrived it was cold and soggy. The server did not come back to us until it was time to give us checks and at that time I quietly told her the food was cold and soggy and disappointing. This server raised her voice at me and said that "couldn't I see that she was doing everything?" She asked if I had ever been a server and then she said I could get up and help if I didn't like it. Her raised voice attracted the attention of other customers. It was highly uncalled for and inappropriate. She was clearly stressed, but that is no reason to verbally attack a customer and put the fault of the service and food on the customer. This restaurant lost three long-time local customers yesterday thanks to the actions of the server. If could give "no stars" and still write the review, I would do so.

Food was authentic and excellent. Service was great as well

I've gone here twice. The first time, the restaurant was pretty busy. It was slow, but friendly and good service. Food was ok. The second time, tonight, was awful. First, none of the soft drinks are listed in the menu and the waitress didn't know everything they had, so I ordered water, no lemon. She brought it with lemon. The waitress then brought out the entrees before either the appetizer and soup, (so we ended up canceling both... who wants to eat a cold bowl of soup and appitizer AFTER a meal??) and then didn't bother to check up on us for the entirety of the meal. The garlic on the garlic fries was ice cold, which was highly unpleasant. The chili relleno was so overcooked and hard, I couldn't chew it. I have never seen a chili relleno prepared this way, and I can see why. It was so unbelievably crunchy and grisly. The presentation was sloppy. Everything was just kind of plopped on the plate in a very careless fashion.
I sat there waiting for the waitress to return, which didn't happen for at least 20 minutes. My companion had nearly finished his meal by the time she bothered to check on us. It was too late to order anything, so I sent back my inedible meal and left.
I would think it would be common sense to bring out the appitizer and soup BEFORE giving the cooks the main entrées to prep, but apparently, with this waitress, it was too complicated to do so.
So, doubly bad experience tonight. Service and food just sucked.

These deep fried eggs come on the Chicken Cobb salad.
They’re so good I order extras on the side like an appetizer 🥰 should be added to the menu as a real appetizer with some ranch!

Service was top notch at the bar. We arrived fairly late. The var tender made sure we had a drink and offered an extra one uf we wanted one. Didn't have any food. Atmosphere was good. Had a great seat at the bar to look outside.

The picture doesn't do it justice. This place has the best burritos. The green burrito has incredible bold flavor with the perfect amount of spice. This place is definitely a hidden treasure.

We had a good time taking in the food and drink with multiple NFL games playing on the many monitors

Cozy atmosphere and delicious mexican food. My favorite was that they offer a lot of gluten free options and they don't cook with lard. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The one small complaint I had was the ceviche was a bit bland as I'm used to it having a bit of a kick/spice to it. It was fish, pico de gallo and lemon. Needed more pico and perhaps some tabasco or jalapeños. I'd definitely go back again.

Great little family run restaurant. Super friendly with tasty food and reasonable prices. Stopped in for dinner on a Friday. Most of the tables were taken, including the outdoor seating, so I placed the order to go. They were very accommodating and changed my order to dine in without batting an eye to my last-minute request. Had carnitas tacos and chicken chimichanga. Both were delicious. Food tasted fresh, especially the guacamole! I will return if I'm in the area again.

UPDATE: The restaurant has moved to 410 W Goodwin St and changed its name to Frank's Restaurant.

I love this. Hands down one of the best Mexican food ever. Yummy 🤤😋 I got a build your burrito which it has shredded beef, rice, and refried beans on top was pico de gallo red sauce and lettuce. On the side was sour cream and guacamole. The chips are just as good. I love the fact that chips have a slight lemony taste to it.🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋😋😋😋🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯

Our family includes vegans and vegetarians so finding a Mexican food restaurant can be tough. Maya not only has menu options for everyone, but the service is friendly and the food is outstanding! My favorite so far is the potato and eggplant burrito, but the cactus was also good. This place is a gem!

Move over Gary, Sarah (with an H!) is far and away the best server at the Office Cantina. She handled our group of 8 with ease, providing friendly and quick service, always ensuring we weren’t running low on drinks and accoutrements.
Our corner booth was a bit tight for 7 1/2 full grown adults, but the experience was excellent thanks to Sarah (with an H!). Our food came out much quicker than expected, so hats off to the back of house for making that happen.
I enjoyed my Arizona Burrito, prepared “chimichanga style,” even though it didn’t come with the traditional sour cream and guacamole. The roasted red peppers were a pleasant addition, but I cannot say this is anything close to a traditional chimichanga. As such, it does not qualify for the universal 13 point scale of chimichanga deliciousness. We’ll have to settle for a paltry 10 point scale, where the Office’s chimi ranks a decent 6. I love seeing twists on an established classic, but that twist needs to bring something new and exciting to the table to make up for the deviation, and sadly, the Office couldn’t quite bridge that gap.
Still, the night unfolded in a very pleasant manner. Laughs were had, drinks were drunk, food was masticated, and Sarah (with an H!) made the evening remarkably pleasant. Move over, Gary. Sarah is the big dog now.

The food, service and atmosphere are great. They have a fantastic happy hour menu which includes wings and a green chile cheese crisp for $5.99. Well drinks are $3.75.

Never been here before but found a cool place with good food. My bowl looks like a salad from this picture but under this is shredded chicken, beans, rice then the lettuce, cheese, etc. you see. It was good! My hubby liked his burrito too.
The chips were OK and the guacamole was weird...they said they usually make their own but not many reasonable avocado options right now so they took this back.
Ended the meal with this sweet cheesecake. The place was clean, set up for social distancing and the staff were helpful.

My parents came into Prescott to visit my fiance' and I. We stopped in here for a small bite to eat and some cocktails. This was the first time that we had tried the place and were pleasantly surprised! Our waiter, Andrew, was an absolute delight! We will definitely be coming back here in the future and my father just told me that he would like to come back here before he goes back to Indiana. We split an order of nachos and the jalapeno cheese curds. Plus we all had our own separate drinks. I love it here!

I was surprised! I've had a late night beer here and walk past this place several times but never had their food until now. It was so good, I have the burrito with chicken and subbed out the beans and rice for the veggies which was a yellow squash. The squash had such good flavors and the burrito was delicious!! We were there for Happy Hour too, nice big draft beers! The service was wonderful as well. We we're in a rush and they happily accommodated us with that :) my daughter got the chicken taco off the kids menu and it was good quality shredded chicken. We will be back!
