Suite was very well kept, clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfectly located to Toronto Western Hospital. Would highly recommend.

Excellently placed, close to Kensington Market with a lot of bars and restaurants to go for meals. Close to the metro for ease of getting around the city. Clean, large rooms with a separate living area for a bit of downtime. Absolutely perfect for someone staying in Toronto for a couple of days to a week for a conference or workshop.

When we arrived at the property, we were warmly welcomed by Nick and his wife. We were impressed by the quality of the rooms, as well as the spacious kitchen and living room. Although Nick advertises on his website that he offers assistance with parking, he criticized us for not taking care of it beforehand. However, he did offer to print out the parking pass and have it ready for us the following morning at 9 A.M. I woke up at 8:30 A.M. to be ready to receive the pass, only to be kept waiting until 12:30 P.M., which prevented us from exploring the city.
The subsequent two days were relatively pleasant until around 11:30 P.M., when 2 members of my party and I were outside. Nick abruptly came around the corner and began yelling at us, making various accusations. He claimed we were smoking weed—which is legal in Canada—said that my brother wasn't allowed to be there (despite being the fourth person in a four-person rental), and criticized us for not responding to his texts and emails. I've attached the email he referenced below for your judgment. I calmly told Nick that if we were being too loud, a text would have sufficed, and we would have gone back inside. He seemed to realize his mistake but never issued an apology. Concerned about his escalating behavior (we were worried about physical voilence), I started recording the interaction. At one point, when my brother asked a question, Nick shouted, "Shut your mouth and sit down; if you speak again, I'm kicking you out." This was shocking to me, especially since I had been nothing but respectful, keeping him updated about our plans, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating our check-in time.
To add insult to injury, I discovered this morning that the front part of my parked car had been damaged, likely costing me $500 to repair. Although I'll upload a photo later, it's safe to say that the area has disappointed me. To give him credit, Nick did warn us upon arrival that the neighborhood could be sketchy, mentioning potential risks like broken windows or chalked tires.
While Nick may defend his actions, as he has done with other one-star reviews, I strongly recommend that anyone seeking safety and quality service in Toronto should stay away from this property.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to spend a week in Toronto and Kensington Suites provided just that. The proprietor was responsive to my need to increase our party size on short notice. The people that run the place and super friendly and accomdating.

The location was convenient to catch the street cars to touristy attractions. Place was clean and the owner, Nick, was a gem! Thanks so much for your assistance with the check in!

We have chosen this ground floor two bedroom apartment for our family of 4. Rooms are very spacious with a living room, kitchen and dining room with high ceilings. A washing and drying machine is located in the bathroom and very helpful for us staying 4 nights.
All things are perfect condition, clean and provided. Location is perfect for us, easy walk to nearby Asian supermarket T&T as recommended by the manager and Kensington Market.
An excellent stay for group of 3-4 persons visiting Toronto. I’m glad to have found and chosen this place for our trip.

Our family enjoyed our Toronto vacation and our stay at Kensington Suites. We had a two bedroom, living room, full kitchen and bathroom (with w/d). Communication with the owner was efficient and then we were welcomed upon arrival. The unit was clean and very pleasant to live in for our almost full week stay. The location next to Kensington Market meant we were very close to city life, but the unit was very quiet. It is also close to many public transportation lines, so you can walk/ride anywhere in the city.
As someone who has stayed at a number of AirBnB options, I appreciated the value we got with this stay, without the list of cleaning instructions.
