Apartamento grande , cómodo para dormir ,y silencioso ,el baño con una ducha buena ,agua fría o caliente ,habitaciones amplias ,la cocina amplia ,no la usé ,solo para un café buenísimo y nos recibieron con unos pasteles+tostadas+mermelada que es de agradecer todo limpio,el el Check on es a las 9 h ,por si querréis pernoctar más ,tenerlo en cuenta .hay una pizzería al lado muy buena ,,en un convento al lado de la Magdalena un bar restaurante muy moderno y por detrás en Formentera pasando un puente están lis vaporettos y varios restaurantes muy buenos ,tenéis también los vaporettos q os llevan a las islas Murano Burano ,yo cojo un tour en las oficinas plaza Roma por 25€ de 5 h para conocer las tres islas ,tener en cuenta las huelgas de tren ,nosotros felizmente llegamos en Flixbus ,y la huelga en Venecia es un día el tren y el segundo día vaporettos de 10 am a 18 h ,por eso no cogimos el bono de 24 h o 48h por la huelga de vaporettos .
Lo que no me gustó ,normal que haiga mosquitos ,como en otros hoteles hay mosquiteras en las ventanas o antimosquitos en los enchufes que es de agradecer.No.me gustaron las sábanas ,nada frescas ,y se salían del colchón de la habitación grande el sofá cama ,el colchón incómodo ,comentarios de reseñas que he leído ,

Very nice studio on the ground floor. The location was perfect for us, it is quite far from the center (25 minute walk), but a very quiet area, near a park with a nice playground for kids. The host Simonetta was very very friendly and accommodating. She even put up a baby bed for us. Definitely recommend staying here!

We have had a very nice time there. Small holiday home with a sense to detail in a very quiet area near the Biennale! We ve really enjoyed our stay!

Voor dit verblijf kan ik alleen een positieve reactie geven. Wij waren in Venetië voor de Biënnale. Casa Teresa bevindt zich in een rustige wijk, in de luwte van het erg drukke centrum, naast de Giardini en op zeer korte loopafstand van de Arsenale. Perfect dus als je kort in de stad bent om de expositie te bezoeken! De ontvangst was erg gastvrij, alle noodzakelijke elementen waren in de kamer (airco, koffie, keukentje, mineraalwater etc.) en alles was erg schoon. Naast high brow vermaak heeft een mens natuurlijk ook wat oppervlakkiger amusement nodig, en zelfs daarin voorziet Casa Teresa: er is een televisie met Netflix. Perfect om tussen de kunstwandelingen even mee uit te rusten. Ik ga hier graag nogmaals naartoe, bij de volgende editie van de Biënnale.

Location and size and amenities are good. I had fleas in my bed. No easy way to deposit luggage when arriving early or late. In fact owner wanted to charge me €15 for the service!

Addendum: the owner responded (see below) in a pretty arrogant way. I did actually meet the owner just before leaving this appartment. I did stay at the appartment, which was booked by my friend Sara P. , the owner and the admin know me as Peter J. B.

A very nice apartament and helpful host. Doors open with code so late arrival wasn’t a problem. All furniture and clean exactly like on their pictures. Place is a bit away from “center” but for this is quiet and doesn’t “smell” like the Venice canals ;-) Good restaurants are around - especially on Giuseppe Garibaldi street (there is a morning boat-market to). Anyway “welcome breakfast” was already in the apartment 👍 :-)
The only problem - the shower cabin a bit to narrow.
What you don’t see on pictures - the apartment is 2 levels (1st floor is bedroom + toilet, 2nd floor is living room with big sofa).
