I was very satisfied with my stay. Above all, the personnel was very friendly and competent. The hotel is situated practically,.near Accademia, Salute and Zattere vaporetto stops. There are nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and also Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim museums. My single room was smallish and simple, but super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Especially the canal view (quiet canal without sidewalks) was fantastic, and also the sounds of the canal. The breakfast was clearly above average by Italian standards; a good choice of food and drinks, not just a cornetto and a cappuccino. It was promptly taken care of by a friendly person, grazie! All in all, would like to return, and recommend to others.

Please note that they don’t accept checkins after 10pm.
It is located on an inside lane.
Rooms are average.
Bathroom was clean and good.
Breakfast options are very limited.
Not worth more than 100euros.

我得說房子等各設施基本上正常看起來也很漂亮，
門鎖於第一晚發生故障雖有立即處理但隨之而來的是兩晚的低溫水，
熱水量不足以應付六人梳洗，
對於房子內所有的設備都是很有教養的愛惜使用，
怎料、於退房當天以椅子損毀、
馬桶蓋損毀（損毀痕跡甚至很舊有污漬）、
桌腳（拍給我們看的照片甚至是顛倒）損毀、
要求400歐元賠償（最後付300歐元），
問題是我們並沒有破壞或任意毀損任何物品，並且我個人還有拍照及錄影，
遺憾的是退房時沒有人陪同ㄧㄧ檢查，
僅依清潔人員說的損毀部分只能照單全收？
這真是不可思議！

希望大家在入住各民宿前後都應該兩方一起檢查。

但這並不會破壞我對威尼斯的好印象☺️

The word “catastrophic” doesn’t even begin to describe our experience with this host. If you’re thinking of booking this listing PLEASE read carefully before you do so. It was our first time in the beautiful city of Venice, and we made sure to book and take care of every detail before our visit. Upon our arrival to this listing, the host met us with incredible hostility and bad faith, and already started threatening to change the house code on us any time she feels like it (please note that we were not allowed to have a key to the house, only a code which she could change at any instant and made sure to keep reminding us of this matter). After first inspecting the house when we got there, the bed sheets were nasty and unwashed (please refer to the picture attached to the comment). She then did not even bother to solve this issue, and asked us to pay for the tourist tax while we were outside roaming the city, and even after communicating to her and asking her to wait just a couple of hours until we get home to her appartment and give her the money, she refused and held our luggage hostage and changed the code to the house, denying us access. Over a couple of hours of waiting, which we made sure to communicate to her beforehand. The cherry on top was the incredible amount of noise coming from the upstairs neighbors, which got so bad we couldn’t spend the last night there (even if we had already paid for it). Sad that such a great trip was ruined by a completely rude and unprofessional host. For anyone thinking of booking this place, i advise you to reconsider.

Outdated hotel, also extremely noisy. Room sounded like we were inside a machine, in the hallways it was even worse. Receptionist was pretending like she didn't hear anything and was unwilling to help or offer a different room. We left after 30 minutes. Avoid!

Edit: Think who you rather believe: me, who had to pay for another hotel, or the person replying to me to save her rating and protect her lying staff?

Great value for money, clean big rooms, bidet in the bathroom. Generally basic rooms but very comfortable, would stay again.

The room was warm and clean, I like firm mattresses, so that was perfect for me. Breakfast had enough options to make a sandwich, have a boiled egg, yoghurt and fruits. No hot food, though. Staff was lovely and welcoming. It's a perfect location a few minutes from a ferry stop and close to the centre.

Great deal for the price. Clean, great location, easy walk with luggage from the water taxi. Only downfall is an uncomfortable/firm mattress… but if you are not a picky sleeper then it’s perfectly fine. Clean, great breakfast, beautiful building, nice bathrooms.

Stayed there for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions.

Okay so this may be subjective since I have not slept in any other place in Venice but I was very happy with the room. It was in a standard apartment which I loved because it felt more authentic. The service was really great. The information was clear and the communication excellent. I would stay there again if I come back to Venice.

The rooms are nice and typical of apartments in that part of the city. Silvia and her staff were helpful and accommodating. We really liked the location, near to everything but not in the middle of the crowds.

We stayed 4 nights at the apartments and we were very satisfied. Self Check was uncomplicated. Quit location but still very central. It was 2 room apartment with a kitchen. You feel like you are at home. Fair price. Highly recommended!

Ottimo, tranquillo e centrale nel cuore della città

The apartment is well equipped, well designed, extremely comfortable in the heart of San Marco. Marta was very prompt about responding and helpful. The apartment is very easy to get to and very centrally located with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby and an excellent supermarket a short walk away. Unforgettable!

We booked their (the name of the host was Silvia) appointment on Airbnb, they tried to charge us extra money for the invoice stamp duty (which is supposed to be paid by the company "in general" but not by individuals.) which wasn't mentioned on the description. We talked to the customer service on Airbnb, and they proved that Silvia tried to charge us extra money 4€ per person each day.
She sent us the message that "You are very bad people". It is funny that it's the only message that professional company could leave us.
Avoid this company if you don't want to involve in trouble, and innocently be charged extra money.

The apartment is ok. Location good, but very dissapointing that you have to pay full amount for one year old infant. And taxes have to be pay in cash. First time hear that one year old child have to pay adults price. I was shocked. Not friendly for families with children. You can find other place for that price better.

Pros:
-Very nice place on a relaxing street (daytime)
-Nice and clean rooms
-Kind staff
Cons:
-It's almost impossible to sleep and relax at night, because people talk loud and smash the bags on the walls around 3:30am
Even if you tell them to be quiet they dont care. It was a bulky man, probably someone from the staff and the new guests.
-If you arrive too early, you also have to pay for store the bags as a paying guest 6euro/bag.
-The bathroom and the wc is common with the other room.

Even for the high season, the apartment was way overpriced. The shower was extremely small, and getting warm water took a few minutes. Which is uncomfortable, but also a waste of good drinking water. People at the reception and location were excellent though. And so was the airconditioning. Half the price would be fair for this quality.

Es war perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr heimelig wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Wohnung welche sich auf 3 Stöcke verteilt mit Balkon. Die Lage ist super mann kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Haltestelle für die Wasserbusse ist 5 Gehminuten und führt zu überall hin auch nach Lido ist es sehr nahe falls mann einen Strandtag im Städtetrip einplanen möchte. In der nähe zu Fuss hat es zahlreiche Bars und Restaurant und auch Supermärkte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr Freundlich und alles lief unkompliziert. Sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alles rundherum erklärt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice, off main street apartments. Modern amenities. Very close to St Marks square. Only thing it's missing is a view but for a place to collapse after a long days walk it was great.

My only mild complaint is that the mattresses were a tad too hard. Could do with some toppers.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft direkt an der Vaporetto Haltestelle. Ca. 15 Minuten bis Venedig. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, nett und immer erreichbar. Ganz lieben Dank!!

Excelent pentru familii, 1 cameră cu pat matrimonial și 1 cameră cu 2 paturi single. Centrală proprie... bucătărie complet mobilată, baie ok. La 30 metri de Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Channel etc. Recomand!

7 Tage unser zu Hause in Venedig. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden am Anleger abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht, sehr gut. Wertvolle Tipps gab es auch. 100% zu empfehlen.

Eine echt besondere Unterkunft direkt am Anleger in Murano Navagero. War bereits das zweite Mal dort und kann es nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und auch Tipps für gutes Essen und weitere Dinge gab es. Komme wieder.

L'appartamento è stupendo e molto accogliente grazie alle sue giuste dimensioni. Ha il vantaggio di avere tuto a portata di mano poiché si è vicini sia al centro della città che alla fermata deli autobus, cosa che in questi due mesi di soggiorno mi è risultato molto comodo. Mi sono trovata molto bene anche con la proprietaria di casa, che ringrazio tanto per essere stata sempre gentile e disponibile. Posto super consigliato!!

Esperienza divertente e molto bella. Una casa curatissima con due padroni speciali. Ottima per passare delle notti romantiche (tramonti da paura!) o per divertirsi con la famiglia (la camera con il soppalco è una vera avventura).

Una casa splendida dal design ricercato e uno stile unico. Location comodissima per scoprire la magnifica Murano e per essere a Venezia in pochissimi minuti di battello con fermata sotto casa. Le ampie stanze sono curate in ogni dettaglio e offrono la massima privacy. La vera perla è l’ospitalità dei proprietari, sempre disponibili, propositivi e super carini!! Spero di tornare presto a Murano che per me è meglio di Venezia!

Outstanding location in Mestre, next to the central square and a few steps from the direct tramway to Venice. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, with a wonderful view from the 7th floor. Great value for money!

Heated with radiant heat, therr is an elevator to the thirs floor... We were ataying on the fourth floor.... Um the entrance is old and got a traditional chandelier. Its a gorgeous place what else can you say.

Thr appartment is a boat style appartmwnt with a gallie, two lovely bathrooms. Full equip with all the cleaning needs. Um and a new shower in the one down the hall. But both are so nice.

They are close to St. Marks Square and worth the view through every window :) thank you gor having us! 🇺🇸 KIJIA

Just want to say that my staying here in Venice was overwhelming.

It's a great location because is very close to St. Mark square and the Biennale. I felt like a local when I was there for its unique style and presentation.
Lovely place to stay away from the crowds!

The rooms and bathroom seemed newly renovated and well furnished.They also give me an upgrade where I had the kitchen included!

Overall it was a great service, very accommodating, and I really appreciated deposit our bags at the early so we could explore the city and check in later!

I would highly recommend this place!
It made my trip to Venice perfect!

Ms. Marta is a caring and kind hostess and Mr. Nicolo is a very helpful assistant. The stay at Muneghe Apartments was very comfortable for us, they are neat and spacious and the location is excellent.

Servizio eccellente, località unica. L’atmosfera che si crea in quest’isola è veramente speciale e Casa Marisa ci ha offerto la possibilità di vivere una bellissima vacanza. L’ambiente è confortevole, la casa è situata in una zona comoda alla fermata del traghetto e al supermercato. Pulizia e qualità impeccabili.

Residenza Tiziana is perfectly situated off of a small courtyard. The location is perfect for seeing the sights, finding food, and wandering the streets of Venice. The apartment is tucked away on the 5th floor and has a wonderful view of the city including the San Marco domes and the Doge's Palace. The kitchen is well stocked and the Wi-Fi is fast. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next visit to Venice.
