Great location, very nicely fitted, well managed and quiet. Check in and out was painless and the host was very flexible and communicative when I got stuck (my fault - plans changed!).

Short walk to trains + lots of great local entertainment.

You should definitely make the short stroll up to Mile End Deli for a pastrami sandwich :)

I’m surprised this place has so many good reviews.
The lady managing the place is really great.
They do attend to most needs.
And it is very clean, with weekly cleaner.

The downsides:
It’s right across from government housing. During our 1 month stay, an automatic rifle was shot across the road, a neighbour was punched in the face, and just down the road were some very unsavoury characters at night.
We really didn’t enjoy the area (although it does some have delicious restaurants around!)

Also the interior design is so life less. It was like they had taken an old bruised house, and done it up with an ikea look.
There was no personality or warmth.
It felt like a doll house.

We did try and leave early, but had some difficulties with the owner. We found the actual owner (not the manager) to be manipulative. Telling us Airbnb has told him we had to move out first before he could refund us (which isn’t correct). We were quiet emotional, which I am sure was unhelpful 😂 we felt unsafe and tense in the area. It was a complete relief when we left this Airbnb and this area.
One of my least favourite stays (and we travel all the time).

We loved our stay in the beautiful penthouse. The design, the cozy bedrooms and all the features of the kitchen as well as the beautiful garden. Several subway stations are within walking distance, so Manhattan is really easy to reach - if you ever want to leave the colorful surrounding of Boerum Hill with lots of unique shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back… Thank you!
Bond Townhouse is excellent! Super nice neighbourhood, great elegant design, all needed is provided. I have just lived my dream there, often spending time at home for that’s not a place just to stay for a night but a place you want to live in

The hosts are always there for you so you feel welcome and taken care of

The Bond Townhouse team are an absolute delight. Responsive, professional and friendly. We resided in three different apartments over three months. And no guest request was too much for the Bond team. The apartments are very clean with regular housekeeping service to a very high standard. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms generous and the kitchen was very much appreciated as we prepared many of our own snacks and meals. The location is the real winner with a choice of subways within a 5 to 10 minute walk to anywhere in Manhattan and 5 minutes walk from the delights of Smith Street and Court Street.

I decided to spend 3 months of the summer in Brooklyn and needed a fully furnished place to stay in. When I found Bond Townhouse, I was extremely excited - it had everything I needed and was in the perfect location. Close to Smith St (which is full of restaurants and small boutique stores), close to multiple different subway lines, and truly just on a beautiful block.

I stayed in the top floor unit which looked exactly like the photos online. Each week, someone comes to remove the trash and change the bed sheets which gives you a hotel feeling that makes your trip even more wonderful.

Kristina (concierge) was very responsive to any and all needs during my stay! I will certainly be coming back to stay at Bond Townhouse!

What a great experience we had staying at the Bond Townhouse this spring. Kristina and Edo were amazing and any questions or needs were answered promptly . We stayed in the elegant Penthouse suite. The apartment was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our two week stay. From groceries, to upscale boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Brooklyn, it’s all within walking distance from the Bond. I particularly enjoyed the ambiance and history of the Brooklyn Inn and had coffee daily from the Blue Bottle Cafe. The Bond will certainly be our first choice when we return to Brooklyn.
