Very content with my stay here. About 20 min walk to city centre, close to underground train, 35 Euro taxi from Airport. In house breakfast was very good and fresh - staff attentive. Sign in was great, sign out he was a bit short with me.

Hired a plug for a 25 euro refundable deposit.
I wanted to try it but they want 10 euros only for a 1 trail session. I was here on a Tuesday night
Very convenient location and comfortable stay!! Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the bar being opened until 0100 during the weekend. Many thanks to the two lovely ladies working the front desk this morning who noticed today was my husband’s birthday, and they gave him Donauwelle as we were getting in our taxi to head to the airport. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit!
The staff at this Radisson are outstanding and the location is fantastic!
We had just moved to Germany and so had to stay at this hotel for about 18 nights. I would rank it much higher overall if not for the terrible mattresses and pillows. The mattresses are completely rock hard and there is no option to get a pillow top. The pillows are very lumpy and floppy, but at least they were willing to give us extras.
We stayed in both standard rooms and the larger rooms with balcony. If you're there as a couple, paying for a larger room is recommended and the balcony was really great and worth the extra cost.
The gym is ok, it's super basic, but the terrace up there is nice.
The housekeeping is good. The cable tv selections are good.
The lobby is very good for doing work, meeting people, holding an informal meeting, etc.
Overall, if you don't mind a really hard mattress, I would recommend staying here based on the wonderful staff, the cleanliness, and the superb location.
This is a good enogh place to train, you can get the workout tools to train like in any mcfit. There is also an active workout session with live trainer.
Staff extremely friendly, Thomas at the check in was super nice with our dog and attentive.
The girl that took our reservation was super nice and friendly and helped us a lot. Mariel at the check out the sweetest very nice, smiling all the time and helpful. Room was super comfy but there was not fridge in our room and we needed it. Breakfast was super great but mosquitos on the cucumber maybe just to put a cover on the recipient. Everything was super great, thank you for the hospitality and welcoming service, I can tell that the staff has being well trained 🤍
Our week-long business trip was fantastic, thanks to this exceptional hotel. The rooms were fully equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The delicious food at the restaurant was a highlight, and we must mention Vahid, a remarkably polite waiter from Afghanistan, whose kindness enhanced our experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!
The gym has finally fixed the air quality. It is always full in the evenings but that’s the gym life. Kind staff and easy location
Liked
- breakfast in connected restaurant, on high level, large variety of food
- parking in underground garage just below the hotel, quite a lot of spaces where to park, however it is shared with grocery store, hence I would definitely not be leaving anything in the car
- rooms are nice and spacious, everything is clean, A/C was working for us just fine
- tram/metro/bus is just around the corner on a plaza, with shops and restaurants nearby
- Complimentary water in the room and little snack (I guess as part of Radisson membership)

Disliked
- parking fee could be lower
- self-service shop near the reception could have larger variety of sandwiches and be filled up more frequently, since Germany is one of the weird countries with closed shops on Sunday
- elevator always stops in ground 0, so if you are going from garage in -1 to your room in 3, it will always stop on 0
- no minibar (I don't understand why this is becoming a standard all across Europe)
The machines are okay, still missing a lot for a gym chain that big but that's not the real problem. The free weight area is completely messed up. You always have to "search" for the right dumbbells because they are never sorted by the staff. Also, the dumbbells you need are never free because there are always at least 20 people working out at the benches at the same time. No room is air-conditioned although they are permanently overcrowded. I have never had such a bad experience in a gym as in mcfit or should I say McShit. Even if this review is very offensive, I just don't want to advise anyone to train there and especially not in the summer. Better pay a little more and go to a good gym.
Apparently, "air conditioning" here means nothing. I booked this hotel because I needed a cool room to get a good night's rest. However, running the A/C for 12 hours resulted in 0°C of change. This was overnight with the temperature about 5°C cooler than the room. Opening a window was not a viable option because the street below was noisy.

Stayed 2 nights, ran the air conditioning for about 12 hours one day and 18 hours the next day. In that time, it cooled by 1°C (2°F) for a short time but then went back up.

Room was clean, quiet, and dark. Front desk was OK. Small gym with very light dumbbells and some cycle machines. Sauna (steam room). This would have been a good hotel if the room was cooler.
ONE Plus point: location

Negative points:
- Stinky, and dirty workout rooms. No Windows, no ventilation. It is like working out in a fog of other people's breath and sweat!
- dark weight rooms. One can hardly see the weights or numbers on the weights. What is the point of this? saving on electricity
- Unfriendly personal
Glad I don't workout there regularly. I would have cancelled my membership a long time ago.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the plus side it's modern, was very clean and is in a good location with secure (chargeable) parking. Only minutes from Marien Platz which is a lovely square for eating, drinking and entertainment, and also has a tram stop.

Our room was a decent size, we booked the standard category, and has funky lighting, bathroom toiletries and a reasonable shower. On the negative, the hand towel holder was broken and just lying on the side, the safe was broken and the complimentary water bottle was opened so hadn't been refreshed. For this reason I have only scored the room a 3.

Note to the tea drinking Brits, there was only one English breakfast teabag provided and 2 milk sachets, not enough for us but reception did give us more.

Service at reception was polite and they spoke good English.

Note exterior views are from the room rather than of the hotel.
Good place for working out when it’s not rush hour. I do power lifting and there are many different weights and machines. Dumbbells are mostly not in order for some reason. For the price it’s a good one.
Update to my original review: upping from 1 to 2 stars
This place is now back to being open 24 hours, so I joined up again. I come here early in the morning, so normally I don't have to deal with the crazy rush that most people do when going at 5pm. I don't like how they removed cleaning bottles from the weight area so now you can't clean off the equipment. I find that really unhygienic which can lead to transfer of diseases. They used to have it during COVID times, but since that's over with, they got rid of them and are now only in the cardio area. But it seems like they don't care about that because I've mentioned it a few times to the staff and they continue to ignore it. The equipment that is defected stays defected for a few months before they come and fix it. The weighted balls are such in bad shape that they must be throw out. There is stuff coming out of them but they refuse to replace it. The only reason I come here is for the convenience since it's right by my house. If it wasn't for the convenience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was a member for two years because it was a convenient location and it was open 24 hours. Then I had to cancel due to Mcfit changing their hours from 24 hours to limited time for this specific location. Their excuse for making it limited time was due to the energy crisis going on but they decided to keep a bunch of the fitness centers open 24 hours that are a lot bigger and use a lot more energy than this smaller location. So this excuse makes no sense. You would think a fitness center in Mitte would want to stay open 24 hours but they decided other locations outside of the city are okay to keep 24 hours.

I was one of many people who would come in around 0430 every morning. That is the only time I could come in and be able to get to work on time. If they decide to open this location back up 24 hours, I would join again. Opening at 6am does not work for me and my work schedule.
Gym is good, overcrowded after around 4 until 10.
No limit on people coming in, but the spaces and equipment is halved due to covid measures. Doesnt make sense..

Furthermore, and most importantly, there is no AC!!! AC is always off. Feels like a sauna and im not sure if that is even allowed in this current covid climate. definitely uncomfortable

EDIT: 5 45 in the morning and this is common to see as the images added here. no one takes care of stuff, its always a mess. cancelled my contract and will be happy to go somewhere else asap
