A nice place for a visit to Düsseldorf. Close to the Media Harbour, which is Worte for a walk, public transportation at Franziusstrasse, friendly staff, calm at night. I recommend the place and the breakfast.
Comfortable large modern rooms. Probably just reaching time for a renovation . Large shower in good size bathroom,but open to room through glass. Very good breakfast.
Room service is a let down, often not coming until 5 pm or later which is not acceptable. Reception staff are helpful and great. If house keeping worked there would be 5 stars for service.

This hotel is in very good location.
Rooms are clean and nice and with a good views.
Breakfast buffet is great.
They also provide complimentary water and some coffee machine in the room.

Amazing location, right next to the river bank. Rooms are comfortable and large. I cannot say enough words on the staff, such warm and lovely people who were always at my service and mayed my stay rememberable. I enjoyed every second of my it.

Nice hotel, but decoration is peculiar. Needs refurbishment and the “wellness and gym” area is not worth a visit..only 3-4 cardio machines and a small sauna
Great location in the media area. Just a 20min walk to the center, nice route via the boulevard.
Room was good, with enough space and a good shower.
Great breakfast, with lots of options.
Certainly going back here for my next visit to Düsseldorf.

great location, app. 20 minutes walk to the down town. the service in the hotel was very nice and friendly!
Feels homy. Spacious rooms, nice shower and great delicious breakfast.
