A massive thanks for the amazing organization and the stress-free party to my daughter as we celebrated yesterday.
Really impressed with the facilities and the service received from you Chris and the team.
I will pass on to my friends and family to consider Henlenvale Acuatic Centre for the next birthdays parties , honestly the best experience we have had so far . I will do it again without doubt 10 out 10 in every way 😊 .

LOVE this pool!! This is the 3rd year in a row my daughter has had her birthday party here, the staff are always amazing and the kids have an absolute blast! Their pools cater to all ages and the inflatable adds that something extra special, it’s slightly more tucked away from the bigger aquatic centres which I think makes it quieter and more relaxing, we would rather drive further just to come here. Thanks so much guys, See you again next year! ❤️
Have been coming here for 4 years with my kids and for my own swimming and love it. Fantastic learn to swim program in the indoor pool and great 25 m pool outside with a lagoon/beach area for kids to play.
Our sons 5th birthday was held at the aquatic centre and it was awesome! The kids all had a blast on the inflatables! A huge thank you to Sarah, Chris & Tia who all went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and to the lifeguards Dan & Mitch for looking out for the kids! Would 100% recommend Rackleys Helensvale to host your next party!! Thanks guys!!
My son had his 8th birthday party on the weekend and had a great time. The staff were amazing with the kids and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would recommend!
What a great place to spend your kid’s birthday party! Their pool is designed to cater all ages, from young infants to big kids to adults. We opted for a non-catered party with inflatable pool but still they checked on us at least twice if we ever need any thing. The lifeguards were on point with regards to safety. We were quite late in packing up, and they had to wait 10mins over closing time and their shift has finished but they were never annoyed or disappointed instead they showed us kindness and understanding. And that’s what make this team and management shine. I highly recommend Helensvale Aquatic Centre. Hope to celebrate again in July.

Every parent did not expect the pool inflatable to be so big and had a blast watching their children go through it

Can get a little busy at times as there's only one outside pool, but it's a lovely spot to go for a swim and the facilities are always spotless and staff friendly.
Chris and the team could not be faulted.
We had the best party. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Food was perfect and everything was very clean and tidy.
Will definitely be returning for future parties.

We had a fantastic birthday party at Rackley Helensvale Swimming centre last Saturday. At the beginning I was a bit worried as the weather wasn’t good for a outdoor pool party, cloudy and windy, not like normal November hot day. But our little boy and all his little guests enjoyed their water time as the pool was heated. Staffs were so helpful and nice. Food was nice too. Very positive experience.
What a lovely facility! So family friendly in a beautiful setting. Birthday parties with the huge inflatable are so fun and the beach and island areas great for lazing about. Perfect heated 25 m lap and free swimming lanes and splash pad to cool off under. Indoor heated pool perfect for therapy or Learn to Swim. Plenty of amenities. Kiosk, merchandise and very friendly, helpful staff and lifeguards patrolling. A great day out!

Amazing staffs, helpful and great with kids. Kids enjoyed the inflatable.Suprisingly quiet day for aquatic center , kids had a ball. Even went for indoor pool.
Lollies bag could be improved.
Parking can be congested when busy.
Overall highly recommended for kids birthday parties/pool parties.

We had my daughters birthday today. The staff is amazing. They are very
friendly and obliging. Unfortunately however the experience was not great. The pool was freezing as the heater was not replaced. The kids did not want to stay in the water and came out early. We did not have exclusive use of the inflatable as promised as part of the party package as there was another party booked at the same time. When I asked my daughter how she enjoyed her party she said she didn’t. Firstly because the water was too cold and secondly the line up for the inflatable was too long. Overall was quite disappointed. I don’t think I will book a birthday party here again.

Bit sad they changed the kid area. Lovely staff, they all helped up. Booked a party which went very well. Food purchased there was also good for a children's party (sausage rolls, party pies ect) coffee was small for a large so I wouldn't bother with the price.

8 Lane swimming pool for training, shallow end for toddlers. 3x lifesavers present at anytime. Indoor heated pool for toddler and rehab swimming. Wheelchair friendly. Canteen with limited hot food. There is about 7x picnic covered areas around the pool. First come vasis no bookings. Party catering can be arranged with the canteen. Water is clean and facilities well kept. It gets busy so parking is a little congested. There are power plugs.
It was their open day so we could enter for free. There was an inflatable for kids and free face painting, which were special attraction for the day. Our little ones played in the shallow end of the pool. The water is heated. There are tables and chairs under roof.
