My son has been learning swimming for 1.5 years. He did not improve his swimming skills a lot until he joins Freestyle Swim. Coaches are step by step to teach my son how to swim. We will continue learning swimming in Freestyle. Freestyle Swim is definitely a great place for kids to learn swimming with reasonable prices. ;)

Free parking!!! The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Heated pool is warmed sufficiently throughout the year. Parents can observe the classes via surveillance TV or the second floor windows. School also provides spare equipment if you forget to bring something. Swimming teachers are patient and have great attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!

Once you joined Freestyle swimming school, you can tell the difference. The progress is very obvious and they keep the kids moving in the water. There is no time waiting. Love it.

There are nice teachers and there are very good teaching skills, my son learned how to do backstroke and breaststroke swimming. I love this place, he learned so many swimming skills! I even saw my son swimming on television! I truly recommend this place.

My two daughter is learning swimming in this school. They are very satisfied with it. The water is clean and warm. The also allow you to make up two class if you are sick, not like other swimming schools that have no make-up class. The staff is very nice and professional Highly recommend!!

Excellent teachers and curriculum. My child enjoyed her classes and excelled in valuable swimming skills. Only issue is site based-water was at times too cold in fall/winter months for a baby to use

We have been here for a few years now. My boys love it and they are skilled for swimming. This swimming place teaches kids four different swimming styles and starts with freestyle. Usually every ten classes they will have a test, and this swimming school gives students reports which indicate student’s level of swimming. If you are looking for swimming classes for children, you should definitely check this place!

Garci is one of the best instructors. I noticed so many improvements from my daughter’s performance while he was covering for other instructors . He knows how to work with kids so well. Wish he can be her permanent instructor

My daughter loves swimming lessons. I love the late hours and they’re accommodating and work with me and my schedule. The pool area sometimes gets crowded with parents waiting with limited seating availability. Only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because The gym needs to do better with the pool maintenance specifically in the summer time.

Love British Swim School for my son. Everyone is so friendly down to earth. He has been going since May and is learning so much with his swim coaches. This place is the best.

Wow 👌 best swimming school in queens ! Staff, coach , equipment are all A+ . This location has the cleanest pool and no mugginess in pool area. The best thing is the ease of scheduling and making up missed classes without any penalties thus the reason many parents bring their kids here. It's perfect....monthly automatic payments. don't forget to download their app...it's so sophisticated and easy and I love it.

My 2 kids have been taking swim classes here since 10/2022. Overall I like the instructors and my kids enjoy swim classes. They are also progressing well with their aquatic skills. My 6 years old went from a child scared of the deep end and putting his face in water to a confident swimmer and adventurer at the beach diving through waves. The reason for my 4 star and not a 5 star review has to do with the facility at LA fitness. Kids have to change in tents, there is limited seating for parents and few places to hang jackets in winter time. The pool area is very hot--great for the swimmers but the parents are sweating on the sidelines. You are not allowed in the locker rooms to help your child change or use the bathroom. You have to go upstairs and use the single stall bathroom, which is often occupied. Also, most of the times, the soap, toilet paper and/or hand towel is empty. The location is very convenient and the instructors are good so I therefore tolerate the facilities at LA fitness.

My experience at the school was great. There were, however, a few minor areas that I was disappointed with. Firstly, there needs to be more classes available for Shark 1. It is hard to get a class when you move up to this level and the wait list is very long. Added to this is, once in this level you are required to swim the 25 yards and to my recollection my kid only got to do that once because the other lanes are always occupied with the LA Fitness customers. My suggestion is to get more classes available for this level and to have talks with the LA Fitness personnel to get access to another lane for when you have the Shark 1 and 2 classes and maybe to put those classes later so that the probability of getting access to the full length of the pool is greater.„

We’ve been coming here to swim classes for my, at the time 17 month old, since November,2020. Owner is very hands on. Staff is friendly. My daughter loves it. They’re very understanding with rescheduling as well. Both locations we’ve taken class at has been clean and safe. I definitely recommend this swim school.
