The hotel is built in a neo-classical style with spacious rooms with basic amenities. They could certainly improve the quality of toiletries. There were a couple of nice restaurants in the property. We stayed here for a few days for a congress and was disappointed that there was no fitness center in the hotel. The other issue was that the plug points are not sensibly organized and there is no way to charge one’s phone next to the bed.
Overpriced for the quality of the room. The place feels outdated with garish 70s decor. The soaps suck and there aren't as many amenities as you think you'd get for the price. Would not stay here again. The service also sucks. They made me wait 30 minutes to check out because they didn't know how to process a credit card somehow and the price they gave me was wrong so they ran the card twice.
If I can only put NO star. We booked mentioning we have 1 & 6 years old kids with us. But put us in Smoking Room! Checking in they said there’s no available Non-Smoking Room. Because we don’t want to transfer to other hotel, we decided to take it. They said they already spray the whole room & we even ask humidifier. But we can’t take the smoke smell & decided to cancel anyway. They told us they have same room which in Non Smoking (suddenly after we decided to cancel), but we have to pay double price of the booking price. Decided to rebook other hotel instead, and we are in shocked to see in their website that the room they are mentioning is available, & we should have only to pay around ¥6,000.

We had a nice view of the park from our room. The room was very large and I liked the dining room area. The staff was amazing. Great service and we enjoyed having dinner in the room.
Top 10 in Tokyo.
I have tried many hotels in Tokyo and personally this is one of the best.

Excellent stay! Love the staff, they were super helpful throughout our stay. They even provided aspirin to my wife after hours! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The tub in the bathroom is deep enough to eat a good soak! The views are great from any room and the overall stay was just enjoyable. Side note: Between our broken Japanese and the staffs ability using English we were able to get everything done with minimal fuss. Sometimes life in Japan is frustrating, did not experience that at all here.
Absolutely love this hotel, I have stayed here more nights than I care to remember when on business. It's comfortable, spotlessly clean, furnishings maybe a little dated but the staff are incredible and can't do enough for you. The best showers ever if you like high-pressure! I have another 21 nights booked in July and really looking forward to returning to my 'home' in Japan.
Truly exceptional. I've stayed in many hotels worldwide from one star to five, but never had better service. It's an immaculately kept place, white marble floors on the main floor, Japanese and Western restaurants, and a bar on the 21st floor overlooking Tokyo Bay. The staff are attentive to a fault and go out of their way to help without being obtrusive. I came here for a conference--clearly it's not at the hub of the Tokyo area--but if the opportunity arose to revisit, this is the place I would always choose. Outstanding.
