Casa Cook Hotel in El Gouna offers exceptional service, delectable cuisine, and a captivating atmosphere. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Best experience in El Gouna, so beautiful and the food is amazing!
It was a pleasure to stay in Casa Cook. We stayed during Christmas, and they did their best to give us a nice evening. I would have preferred a more Egyptian-traditional menu though, luckily there was a Bedouin night when we could taste local specialties. It was the best food we had in these five days!
During breakfast, it was a delight to eat Fatma’s delicious eggs! Chef Omar and his team do a really good job in bringing a well-prepared breakfast buffet. It’s clean, tasty, it looks so lovely that you want to stay eating. And it tastes very good!
We had a lot of troubles with our flight, in the end it got delayed with over 24 hours. The staff of Casa Cook didn’t even talk about taking in count this lost night. We simply weren’t charged for this night, without even asking them. That was a very nice gesture, I can imagine that a lot of other hotels wouldn’t do this.
One thing that could be better though: a lot of the pool covers stay at the pool, also of the private rooms. This gives a very messy appearance when you walk around. I also don’t understand why you’d take a room with a private pool in this hotel, because a lot of pools are very out in the open, and not even covered with a tree or a bush. If I’d book a private pool, it would have to be more private than what I’ve seen now.

The pure definition of luxury and comfort. Incredible staff with great attention to details we’ll definitely be back very soon and very much looking forward to it. A special thank you to Islam the best waiter he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable.
Extremely disappointing experience. Overpriced, and dull. The once magnificent hotel where my wife and i got married lost touch and soul.

We were only able to visit the pool as it was full the day we went, but still, we enjoyed every minute there. From the high quality, professional and friendly service to the amazing food and architecture. The details and effort put into the building itself are so nice. You cannot go to gouna and not visit honestly. Hopefully next time we’ll be able to sleep there.
I stayed here for 2 days I had a wedding in ElGouna. The location interiors are insane and the rooms are from a movie scene :D ! The location is a little bit far from the attractions but if you're looking to disconnect from the crowd and have a quiet time it's a great pick.
Very nice and quiet
Take every dream you could wish for in a hotel and times it by ten and you may arrive to the place of your dreams. Everyone and everything is flawless, from the suites, lavish surroundings of the garden, pool, spa and decor! People working there are effortless in their ability to look after you without being overweening or invading your privacy. I had stayed here now more than once as a single female traveler, whatever I needed from laundry To a pedicure they took care of it. I have no hesitation in recommitted this corner of paradise.

There are 2 storey buildings and the big main one. Very dirty small beach. There are a lot different building stuff in the water near the beach.
The service staff was loud and shouted at me. They charge 5$ from me and 5$ from my husband because we standed on their dirty sand. They shouted at us and especially at me. Then when we paid they started to smoke us. Very strange and poor place. I don't recommend it.

If I own a zero rating I wrote Unfortunately we can not say that this hotel is worse than imagined A mind very poor service Food not fit for animals Rooms are full of insects and rodents All equipment is rickety and bedspreads Furnishing dirty Work team without training Very dirty swimming pool as well as chairs Relax on The beache are shabby and the beach is very dirty. The cups and dishes are broken and filled with bacteria. My son has been poisoned by food. I advise you not to approach this place.
Stayed there for one night only as my previous hotel couldn't prolong my stay. Choose this hotel if you are fine with cockroaches and mosquitos in your room as this is the main issue here. Hot water in the shower isn't available. Apart from it, nobody cleans the swimming pool, the water there is dirty. The price is one of the good sides here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend you holiday in this place.
Good hotel not so luxury but also you have many advantages to be there. Good security ,nice atmosphere after dinner,nice beach,marina inside the the hotel,easy going for diving and snorkeling trip ,many restaurant and supermarket around the hotel,easy going to downtown , cheep transportation to all hurghada,

If you're up to a place calm and peaceful, with an authentic coziness and if you don't mind about luxury, I recommend this place. Staff is polite and friendly, trying their best. Food is simple. Beach is small. Corals are at another beach in proximity. From hotel location you can easily reach both old town and modern district.
Cheap and hotel with OK service. Try to bargain prices as will get good discounts on room rent and buffet services. Rooms beside beaches are good options. Only one lift out of two were functional during my stay. Overall I suggest to take this hotel as other good options are too costly in Hurghada.
Cheap and small 3 stars hotel, located in a quiet area beside the public beach. There are nearby long good reefs, and a small marina with a diving center. The staff are very hospitable and services are good.
