Cute place! It's really closed to Lake Louise and the visitor center! The view at the hotel is amazing and they have different activities during summer/winter seasons (they have mini golf during summer?! And live music?!). Swimming pool is at the main building but it's not a long walk from the other buildings. Plenty of food options at the hotel! Would recommend this Inn! They have free postcards that you can get and post office is nearby!
(Only 4 stars for service because we waited unusually long when we try to check out. There were two staff at the front desk and only one of them was helping a customer the other was there chatting with the customer about the weather/where to stop by when they drive to Jasper, not acknowledging that there's a line up forming (another customer was behind me at this point). I had to stepped forward and ask if I could check-out my room. She is on training though she might not be aware all of front desk procedures yet. And the checkout was easy she double checked my info and it was done. She was friendly and letting me know that I could grab a free postcard on my way out).

There are pluses and minuses to this accommodation.
The pluses first, were it's in a central location to the Lake Louise village. Great pool area (although having a restaurant overlooking it is a little bit different) and nice facilities for the whole complex.
The minuses, the rooms are a little dated and could be updated a little with not much effort or cost. The thing that left a sour taste the most though was the Inn retaining a credit card holding deposit for a month after we had checked out. After travelling all over Canada this was only accommodation that did such a thing. A nice little money earner for them holding onto everyone's deposits and getting interest off them.

We had a very good experience at Lake Louise inn, we had a lovely family time, The swimming pool was nice and clean, as was the hot tub. Inhouse restaurant serves good food. We loved the pizza , Buffet breakfast was my daughters fav.. she enjoyed the waffles here. Overall the service was good and i will surely come back. I always recommend this place to people. Thank you for the great hospitality. We will always cherish this holiday.

My family of three stayed here for five nights. We selected the junior suite with kitchen (full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and stove top. Full line of utensils, plates and cups. Coffee maker and kettle included. Bringing some food to prepare will make your budget go a long way. Restaurants here are very pricey.
The room itself is spacious with lots of shelves and storage. Beds are comfortable and clean. Room temp is easily controlled. Extra blankets and pillows included. Bathroom is average size, toilet is modern. Bathtub has wear and tear and water was a little tricky to control. Could not hear anyone above or under or beside us.
Overall good value for a longer stay.

During our annual spring break snowboarding trip to Lake Louise, we always choose to stay at this hotel, and it never disappoints. Its prime location just a 6-minute drive from the ski resort makes it incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts two excellent restaurants, perfect for refueling after a day on the slopes, and the swimming pool with a hot tub is a relaxing way to unwind. What's more, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. The hotel managers are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay every time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Louise for winter sports or just a peaceful mountain getaway

Stayed at Lake Louise Inn for 5 nights with friends and I can really recommend this place!
Very clean, nice spacy rooms and everything you need after a long day skiing to relax. A lot of nice little extras like always fresh towels at the pool or evening program at the restaurant.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had some problems with our flights and they helped us rearranging everything!

Great value for your money! Lake Louise Inn also boasts 3 on-site restaurants, a pool, hot tubs, several conference rooms, and one of the better gyms I've seen in a hotel. While Lake Louise as a town doesn't have the amenities of Banff, this hotel provides most of what visitors need.

This inn had a slightly older feel but still has a bit of alpine mountain village charm to it. The rooms and amenities are not modern but the facilities were clean and the staff were polite. The room we were in was quite warm, and there were no opening windows or air conditioning available. The pool was a nice size and the three hot tubs were a bonus. The restaurant options on site were both very slow and seemed understaffed. After waiting, in line at the Italian place, we went down to the lounge and waited there for a good 45 minutes for average quality food at above average prices. Even though it was fun to stay in Lake Louise, in the future I will likely stay in Golden as it has better options as far as value and variety.

Wow, what a great couple of days. Easy friendly check-in. Upgraded room with two queen beds. Very comfortable and warm. Even provided a boot tray for snow-covered boots. An added space heater if needed, but wasn't. Lovely grounds well kept. There are restaurant options on site. I loved the heated pool and hot tubs.
I hope to come back.

We planned a girl's weekend away for the first weekend in November. All around, the hotel lobby is very nice and clean. The pool was great as well as the hot tubs. Our room was incredibly outdated and hotter than the Sahara Desert. We had a fan going and the heat shut off and it was unbearable. Beds were not comfortable at all, and the pillows were small. Bathroom had no fan running so even hotter when attempting to change after a shower. Paint was cracking on the bottom of the door. They offer complimentary games and snowshoe rentals which were a highlight of the trip and awesome to have that option. The restaurants are overly priced, food menus for both are fairly similar with limited options. The Explorers Lounge had live music on Saturday, which was great, but you couldn't even hear the person next to you talking it was so loud. The also have s'mores & hot chocolate on Saturday in Gazebo which was another nice touch. Hotel was great but the room could use some serious TLC for the price as what we paid just doesn't justify it.

Stayed here for a few nights whilst travelling. The room was average at best, dated decor, tiny ‘double’ bed and a funky smell throughout. Beware of the photos as a few reviews have stated. Having paid a lot of money to stay here I was expecting more. Understandably accommodation in the area is limited but it was incredibly underwhelming. On the bright side the pizza restaurant is fantastic.

Beware the pictures are deceiving. Very outdated room and bathroom. Beds were small. NO ELEVATOR and we were put on a 3rd floor. No where on the site does it say no elevator! No AC in the room and no vent in the bathroom. No air circulation even with window open; the room always felt stuffy.
Standard room does NOT have a fridge or microwave. Description said room has iron/iron board and safe, it did not. For the amount of money they charge even for a Standard Room, they should be providing better rooms.
Recommend looking at other lodging. The only positive was daily housekeeping and the housekeeper was nice. They also charge a resort fee.

Lake Louise Village is the perfect place to base yourself for a short, or long stay in the Rockies.
Our room had a small, but usable kitchen, decent bathroom, lots of floor space in the lounge and free parking right out front.
While we self-catered from the supermarket in town, there’s also a restaurant and pizza place, and a morning coffee shop.
The Village is massive, with 5 separate blocks, but it’s easy to walk around, and close enough to town to walk there if you wish.
3 things to be aware of – for some reason the main beds in the apartments are “Murphy beds” – effectively permanent sofa beds. No idea why they didn’t just install a proper bed as the rooms already have a separate sofa bed should you need bedding for 4.
The kitchen could have done with a few more items, but had enough it make it work.
And the front desk seemed disinterested in helping people get to the lake.
In peak season the only way there is via shuttles from the Ski Village. We booked in advance on the Parks Canada Shuttle, and were told that was it. Turns out there were quite a few options – the ski village had its own shuttle, and a few other operators were there as well.
But we loved the village, the location, the great views, and would definitely stay here again if returning.
