Super close to the Mexican Consulate ( 6 min walk) and the clincs (3 min walk). For the price the hotel suffices. There are Taxis always in the front waiting. They have a restaurant and bar that opens at various hours. The rooms are small and some what clean. The AC works well so the room is cold.
A few things to be aware of. There are only two plug in receptacles on one side of the room. There are not anymore plugs in the room. Not a single one close to the bed. So bring a VERY long charging cable for your phones. If you have a lot to charge or needing to plug many items in, I would plan accordingly or bring a power strip.
There is no Iron in the room or ironing board. You will have to go to the reception area and ask for it. You will need to have your id handy to get the iron.
The Wifi is spotty and slow but it does work for lite emails but streaming can be a huge struggle. There is no ethernet plug in the rooms so you must relay on their wifi.
The bathroom is small as well. Very good water pressure for the shower and it stays hot. Only two large towels are given and one floor step towel.
The hotel has a restaurant at the lobby. In the monrning they have buffet style breakfast. It is about $12 a person. The food is just okay nothing exceptional.
The television has bad reception for most of the channels.
Overall decent hotel for two people to stay and do your required visits for your residency.

Breakfast is served at an additional charge, but has good variety and served until late. They also sell tacos in the afternoon. Rooms are always cold with AC. Walking distance to consulate, restaurants and shopping center.

The rooms are really quiet. The fan is quiet also and it'll get the room really cold. The lobby doesn't have a printer and they won't print anything for you. They serve great food in the mornings. If you are there for the consular, everything is walking distance. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is very close to the embassy and is pet friendly. I was able to stay with my large German Shepherd. The staff is welcoming and pleasant, the breakfast buffet was wonderful (try the chilaquiles), the rooms are clean and comfortable. I won’t stay anywhere else in the future when I visit Juárez. Thank y’all for you hospitality! As a Southern girl I must say that Southern hospitality has nothing on Mexican hospitality!

The temperature system didn't work, I called to front desk to inform about that and she told me I need to press the buttons, I tried multiple times but still not working, I was walking to front desk to ask about help, she went to the room to press the button and didn't work, she told me she's going to tell maintenance so maintenance never showed up. Thank God it was only one night cause the temperature was hot.
