Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Although the hotel is close to the street, the management is considerate enough to provide me ear plugs, which I think is a plus point for customer service. Staff is accomodating. Buffet breakfast is also good and has enough variety.

Excellent attention. I won't give a 5 Star rating due not all the rooms has the same facilities such as microwave, etc. (Don't know why though). Also I had a few situationS where the cleaning services wanted to access the room while I was there (it was during the week, while I was preparing myself to go to work -7:30 aprox).. I did not know that I had to use the do not disturb sign every single day..

Small hotel with necessary elements only. This is a hotel having small but comfortable rooms with no frills. The room door locks are the old fashioned ones. Once you enter, you may find difficulty in finding the room light switches. The bedrooms have only 2 lamps which have their individual switches. But the staffs are good and they help promptly. Bathroom has a bathtub but there is no disposable soaps, shampoo etc. There is a wall hung soap container which is sufficient. Breakfast menu is simple and is not elaborate. Overall, it's all right for a stopover but may not be preferred if you are for longer stays.

Basic hotel. I didn't like the bed, too soft. I was on second floor near the road and had noise during the night, car on the road and people sit below my window in the restuarant area and talked. I couldn't close the windows as it was too hot.

Although the breakfast wasnt up to the mark due to lesser variety and lots of unnamed meats , (a bone of contention for vegetarians and vegans) ,the rooms were neat , space was good,toilets neat and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful enough to lend their personal phone charger for a night.

The beds were comfortable and clean, the floor and bathroom was clean, staff were nice, and there were no major inconveniences in our stay. The room's atmosphere was nice, you can hear the road but it's not that loud, and you couldn't hear much from nextdoor rooms which is good. I am taking off one star because there was no main light in the room and a lamp was broken, so it was really hard to see in the dark with just one lamp. Also because the breakfast was really lacking, and had stale bread.

Street noise can be heard from pretty much every room if it's otherwise quiet. No ceiling light in the main part of the room. You have to either take two trams or walk a bit to get here from the main station. WiFi is pretty bad in some rooms, but pretty good in others. But other than that, the service is great, you can store something at the reception over the weekend, they can order you a taxi, a pizza or medicine, there is a kitchen in the room, the hotel is near a Rewe supermarket, ...

I spent only one night here. My room was clean and the bed was fine. Although the interior was a bit dated the room was adequate. The breakfast was nothing special but there was enough variety and the food tasted good. The biggest problem was the parking garage. I have never parked in one where the parking spaces where that tiny and there was that little room for maneuvering.
