For an old hotel, quite nice. Service top notch. Facilities unquestionable. Definitely be back. Try the spa, sauna steam jacuzzi. Love it.

This hotel has very good rooms, trust me they are! But that's where it ends, service was not good, food was really not good, at their signature restaurant on the 18th (I would hesitate to use the word restaurant, as many items in menu not available) location is good if you need a mall with an amusement park, and the fast food better in the mall then hotel, so book a nice room, don't ask the hotel staff for anything and eat in the mall!! 😁

Good place for stay,both for work or family.the room were quite big and they provide complete amenities,with good quality.they gives welcome cake when we check in,and it tastes superb!definitely will visit this hotel again soon.

The best experience so far when staying in Bandung. We stayed there for 3 nights and the experience was amazing.
Check in process was fast and we got the Premiere Room with Pool and city view. There is another type of room called Club Premiere which basically the same room as Premiere but there are additional access to the club on 18th floor for afternoon tea and mini dinner.
The staff were friendly and polite, from the entrance of the hotel until the staff at the resto will greet you and and do their best to assist you.
Room was spacious and modern with sufficient lighting. The curtain was automated which was cool and modern. Bathroom was clean and they replenished all the amenities every day. The amenities were also high quality and luxury, the blue slipper was amazing. One thing that maybe need improvement is the TV not yet Smart TV which could be better.
Breakfast was superb and lot of varieties, I think one day will not be enough to explore all the food. Staff at the resto also very kind, we were greeted every day by Ms. Shynta and checking if we need anything which was exemplification of great service and hospitality, thumbs up for that and thank you.
They also gave you cookies and drinks at minibar as complimentary which is wonderful.
Overall our stay at Trans Luxury was amazing and looking forward to stay again when in Bandung.

I stayed 2 times here, total 6 nights with my family. Kids love all about the hotel, especially kids corner (kids club, pool. etc) I tried the Gym, the equipment's are complete, I and husband likes it a lot. Definitely will comeback again

Not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again.

When I came inside my room for the first time after checked in, I saw a whole family there which gives me quite the surprised. Went back down to the lobby and complained hard but they gave me no real answers and no compensation whatsoever.

They don't give you water bottles instead a jug to refill the water.

The bathroom was leaking from the toilet but too tired to complain since staying for 1 night only

Breakfast can be improved, not many variation for a 5 ⭐ hotel.

Hotel group in Indonesia. Located near by down town of Bandung city. Located in one precious road in town, Jln. Gatot Subroto, side by side to Trans Studio Hotel & Mall. Their room is neat & clean, make you feel comfort during your stay.

The standard of the room is a bit low, but it is compensated by the kindness of the staff.
The internet situation definitely needs improvement.

Stayed in their deluxe twin room for two days, room and service were good. Parking lot in the basement was dark but it was safe with added security from the Pasar Baru Square. Location is a problem because it’s in the middle of traditional market area, and the entrance is at a small one way road. Noisy at night because street bike racers. Not recommended for travelers who look for quiet place to sleep. Hotel management needs to read again my comment because I’m not reviewing about their basement lane, but the small road near KFC where the hotel entrance is located.

One of good hotel in bandung area. Welcoming by ms Adelia from front office, she is very helpful. The room was good. And have a chance to have fantastic breakfast here, served by mr rifki 💯

Another fantastic IBIS stay in Bandung. I love these people, they are extremely polite and nice. You should expect a service at a whole new level. Prices are great too. Room I stayed was bit smaller, but super cosy and clean.

My mother told me that she want to see Bandung city light at night so we decided to take her to Ibis Trans Studio on her birthday and I feel grateful that Mr. Phillip gave us the best room with a nice view which comfort my mother the most. This is her first experience to stay in Ibis Trans Studio Bandung. See you again!

The room is quite clean and worth to the price. Although it was in a strategist place, the traffic was so busy.
I have stayed several times for my business needs. I can just take a walk to my office in front of the hotel.
The reception was very helpful to inform and direct us to the room.

First of all i like the service here everyone is kind and attentive to it.
They’re really polite and patient which i respect a lot.
But what made me a bit disappointed was room, the rooms need to be taken more care of.
I came here with my family and we’re divided into 3 rooms, my parents & brothers room were clean. The room i got was clean as well but what i’m not happy with is the dirty bed sheets and i found a few insects.
I hope this can be fixed so that no other customers will be dissatisfied or disappointed.
I believe this hotel can be better and be a 5 star hotel.

Strategic place if you want to shop. Also the staff were all very helpful and warm. The environment was very inviting.

came here around new year and the hotel were crowded like crazy, they took long time to get my room ready, and the first thing that i saw is lack of amenities, the dirty spots on the cover and the bed, one of the light is not functioning. But the staff is nice so it was alright. The dining are easily accessible, although some of the food are bland and dry but still edible! And the access to the mall is easy.

This hotel is nice, but I think the room cleanliness shall be improved. The main enterance was quite confusing at the first time, because it is also merged with shopping mall.

It's like a hidden gem hotel. It seems to be old but we like to call it classic. I like the lobby floor, looks fancy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is probably one thing that people consider as noisy and crowded. Yet, if you like to find things, this place could be the strategic one as this hotel is attached with the market even the surrounding. It depends on who is staying in here. If you are trying to find quietness you should find different hotel. If you are looking for a place to find cheep things you come to the right place. This hotel is also unique as once you are at the lobby the noisiness will be disappeared. Why don't you stay here to see if you like it or not. Thank you Pasar Baru Square Hotel!

Struggle to access the room, like a maze.
Nasty room, ashes of cigarettes is everywhere, the door handle of toilet was gone and it's a huge hole there. No security stand by at night. As cheap as you paid

Okay for the price, but lack cleanliness. There was old pups in the toilet that was not flushed.

A nice budget hotel around Cigadung area. I booked a single-bed room. The room was neat and clean, but the air was rather humid. They provide TV, air conditioner, dental-kit, bathroom amenities and a small cupboard inside the room. Both tap and shower were functioned properly. But the hot water was overheated so I couldn't use it to take a shower. The heat couldn't be reduced eventhough I turned the tap only a bit. I hope they can fix this in the future. Overall, the service was good and staffs were friendly. I suggest you to book the deluxe room for a better service and a good view.

Inexpensive, quiet, and clean. A budget hotel in Cigadung area. They provide towel, dental kit, and bathroom amenities. The view is also very nice.

The staff very Helpful & there is security which is standby 24 Hours.

The room very clean, an Electrical water very useful, AC is good, have a Hot & Cool water in bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience at Trans Luxury Hotel. We've been staying here many times till we lose count.. Every staff member I encountered, from the concierge to the check in to the cleaning staff, the restaurant team, the club lounge team were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!

I am never able to call this guest house. Unbelievable!!!! I've been trying to call their number for hours but NO ONE picks up the phone!!
