Maine oyo app se hotel book kiya tha . But mujhse jane ke baad hotel wale bolte hain ki itnai kaam paise main yah log room nahi de sakte agar room booking karnai hain toh extra 500 lagega yahi total 1300 maag rahe the jab ki oyo pe 800 diya tha

Please Read the Review fully in case you are planning to Book this sub standard hotel. We Booked via Oyo. Denied checkin even after fully paid. Absolutely unprofessional staff and unethical practice. They do not care about customers, all they do is harass customers to get more cash.

It is a very good , very clean guest house. Service is also good. Location is also good, 3rd water tunky, 16th Street, near kallol guest house. It's also cheap to compare to others.

It is good place for expanding time in Kolkata ,the room service and catering facility are awesome,the staff and managing facility well supportive and always there for Ur need to fulfill !!

Very clean rooms with functional amenities, the bathrooms are spacious enough as well. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, I can't really say I could've asked for more from such a budget-friendly accommodation.

Great experience with every aspect of it on point. Great hospitality, room was clean and everything seemed okay. Hotel's staff were great too. For people looking for a spacious stay, this is perfect as rooms are spacious with balconies. It is located just near the Newtown bus stand so that's a plus too. And yeah amenities were proper too. Overall, a great experience.
I personally found the place not worth it. It was a company accommodation for me. The bathroom that I was given was public washroom not attached to the room due to unavailability of room. Towels and toiletries were not upto the mark.

However stay is not as good as anyone would want. It was more of a hostel if u want to experience that then definitely book this place

Rooms are not bad.But the location is little inside from the business place.I think they are not officially registered to avoid tax, because I didnot see any name with board
The room we were given was neat and clean. Well maintained furniture. Lighting is also good. Clean bathrooms. Best thing was a beautiful balcony.
Location is close to bus stand so their will not be any problem of traveling. Room service is good along with staffs are friendly.
I want to book the guest house because my rltv will be admited at Ohio Hospital..I am ftom Birbhum district but I didnt get any co operation from hotel management..they gave me the ph no..but no one received it..first time I told him to send me the ifs code branch name and acc no..he send me but so heasy that I cant understand..again I called him..and send a messege in whatsapp but no reply..
One of the worst guest house in new town kolkatta. We spend A horrible night with cockroaches, ants, and dirty beds, i am requesting all don't opt this guest house for family purpose.......
Rooms are good but furnitures including doors and and windows are at the point of breaking but all in all its a great place to spend your days .
Small Bengali Hotel. All type Bengali dishes and fast food are available here.
Best available option near by. But limited food options. No laundry services. Lift not working. Tons of paper works for bringing a Guest. CCTV installed in mall halls. Need to be bit concerned on the privacy.
