It is one of the best hotels near Shah's square. Usually the service is great there. Unfortunately our group asked to change beddings in 3 rooms as we found used beddings with hair. Unfortunately it is a common problem even in 3☆ Iranian hotels. It is very difficult to find a hotel what would change beddings after every guest.
So it is better to kindly ask to change it to new beddings and enjoy your stay.
Laundry service and breakfast was nice.

The location is good; it’s located at only 20 minutes-walk from Jolfa district and 10 minutes away from Naqsh-e Jahan by taxi. Also the hotel room was clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and kind.
Hotel is very modern just like other high end hotels in our country. Service is really excellent .
I recently had a short stay at the Parsian Kowsar Hotel in Isfahan, and I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.
I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, and he gave me a quick overview of the hotel's amenities.
My room was spacious and clean, and it had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The room also had a nice view of the city. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, which was large and well-appointed.
The hotel is located in a great location, just a short walk from many of Isfahan's most popular attractions. I was able to walk to Naqsh-e Jahan Square, the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, and the Ali Qapu Palace in just a few minutes.
The hotel also has a great restaurant on site, which serves delicious Persian food. I had breakfast at the restaurant every morning, and it was always excellent.

Great location, with only 5 minutes walking to Naqsh-e Jahan Square. Really convenient! Near the hotel you'll also find lots of shops for your daily needs.
The staff are super friendly and always smiling. Though not all of them speak English, anyone you encounter will be very willing to assist.
Although this hotel is located ar Charbagh e Abbasi but since the main street is closed to cars then it is problem to handle your luggage to the front of hotel. The nearest street with car traffic is Kualalampur str. At north of hotel.
Very beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is perfect

The best hotel in Isfahan with amazing view, great location, beautiful cafeteria and not very nice personnel. Booking a room and dealing with the staff is always a problem which is a huge weakness for a hotel having international guests.
I loved staying here. The aesthetics of the hotel is traditional and beautiful. I highly recommend this place.
What a Beautiful Hotel.Preserving its old persian Culture with Best Staff Near the Naqsh e jahan a Best Hotel to stay.I ill give a 5 star!!

The best thinh in this hotel is the nice Location.. I can giv 10 stars for it.
Rooms are clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Totally I recommend this hotel, and I consider it as the best hotel in Esfahan
This hotel is by far the best in Isfahan. Staying in the new building was a great experience. My family and I stayed in the royal suite which is the largest the hotel offers and it was a great experience. Staff were VERY nice and accommodating and everything was nice, contemporary, and service was excellent. There’s a good variety of restaurants in the property with good food.

We stayed in the Ali Qapu Hotel in Esphahan from 18 to 20 October 2023. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel's lobby looks good and the restaurant's food is average. However, the rooms are small, the furniture and chairs are dirty, the bedding is of inferior quality, and the mattresses are old, stiff, very uncomfortable, and bent in the middle. We got only two hours of sleep the first night and four hours the second night, waking up every hour. Additionally, we were woken up each day around 0400 am by an overwhelming earthquake-like noise from the street that turned out to be some extremely loud street cleaning vehicle. Considering these above-listed deficiencies, the hotel is very highly overpriced. It is misleadingly advertised as a four-star hotel but does not deserve three stars.
Everything is good and the whole place is well and elegantly decorated to every corner. The location is superb in the heart of the bazaar area. That’s why it costs above average than the traditional hotel/guesthouse in Isfahan. We spent just one night without booking in advance, as the hotel has been fully booked the next day. And it actually has 6 people room which is rare for a typical hotel.
The workers were repairing some parts of the hotel and the loud noise along with the dirt caused us trouble.
The view from the room was awful.
The food quality of the hotel restaurants was good but very expensive.
The location of the hotel was very good.
The cleanliness of the rooms was only on the surface and on the first day the bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed.
Unfortunately, however, this hotel is the best hotel in Isfahan.
great location and staff, rooms specially phase 2 rooms are so noisy, walls are thin and you can easily hear people outside, breakfast is so basic, and they even don't charge it.

I was here in 2013 and 2023 and they did very solid job about renovation.
Rooms r very nice and food was for dinner very delicious,i had 4 dinners. Juje kebab was awesome.Stuff was very kind.
Only think i would put one star down was man hairs inside the bed sheets, they probably didnt change the bed sheet..

Fortunately i was without wife,so i took it easy, otherwise we would be forced to change the room :))
Location is great, near to the Naqshe jahan square. So i definitely recommend this great hotel
One of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in, you will be really surprised when you step through the main door and reception, a very beautiful space appears with a courtyard in the middle, lots of trees and flowers. There are 2 large beds in the yard so friends can lie down to enjoy coffee and read a book, very interesting.
The kitchen area is also very nice (entrance is a bit difficult to find and must be careful with head). Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The bedroom is a bit small but comfortable enough, can be upgrade further.
Very convenient location, walking distance to Grand Bazaar of Isfahan. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Next time if going to Isfahan, I will come back here.
Absolutely recommended!! When you come to Iran as a foreigner, you need lots of help from locals and they provide anything you need. They even bought our bus tickets. Also the place is quite beautiful and the rooms are well prepared. 5/5✨
Thanks for all the comments, here are some points we have to clarify:
1. The Hotel is about 55 years old not 100 years old, anyway it has gone through multiple reconstructions during these years. Two floors have been fully renovated a month ago and another floor is currently under complete reconstruction. Our new rooms will definitely be to your liking as everything is updated.
2. Breakfast time is reasonable enough (from 6:30 AM to 10 AM)
Beyond that time, breakfast will be delivered to your room when requested.
3. There are three free parking lots for our guests within a distance of around 70 to 200 meters from the hotel, which are accessible by an electronic car shuttling to/from the hotel. Your luggage will also be carried by this car.
4. One of the strengths of our hotel, is excellent service delivered by our friendly personnel who are committed to provide the guests with warm hospitality, we may have had inadequacies in terms of old furniture and the like, but in terms of service, we have always tried to be the best.
5. Four rooms (out of 106 rooms) are a little smaller in size (compared to standard hotel room size); however, other rooms are either standard in size or even larger.
6. Free bottles of water, hair shampoo, body shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, liquid hand wash, clean towels and clean bed linen, are delivered to rooms everyday during your stay. In case you ask for extra items, we will happily accept your request whenever possible.
The most horrible so called hotel I've ever been too
Old noisy room with old noisy beds
The Food is terrible
If I slept in the streets it would have been more comfortable
t is an old beautiful Iranian mansion with eye-catching architecture, but the only room which is worth to pay is the Qajar suite and the other rooms seem expensive.

However the staff is so kind and friendly, you should not expect the service like hotels. There is almost no housekeeping and there was a lack of hygienic goods. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, and not enough towels.

Breakfast is lower than expected and it is better to be the first person in line at high seasons.

My room was horrible, low ceiling , no window , staircase with dangerous steps, scary bathroom as in a cave , noisy from next door, nothing like in the photos. Breakfast was abysmal. The location is good and the staff were nice and helpful , but if you want comfort and reasonable food go somewhere else. Worst hotel I stayed in my last 10 years of travel .

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Awesome continental breakfast included in the price. Super courteous front desk staff. Great location near beautiful parks, grocery stores, banks, and especially the Julfa shopping district. There is a taxi service which will take you to other historic and fun districts.
Me and my daughter came from London and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel grounds were so beautiful and traditional. Very homely rooms with a lovely feature wall. Towels and bed sheets were very clean, but rooms just need a bit of updating. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us, ordering us taxis everywhere and answering any questions we had. Really recommend this hotel as a traditional taste of Iran.

So far the best hotel we have stayed at in Iran. The location is perfect - very close to all the main attraction sites. The hotel itself is beautiful and the garden inside is adorable. Large and traditional rooms were great for immersing into Isfahan architecture. Not to mention a great breakfast with a selection of different fresh foods. The highlight of our stay was, however, the staff - incredibly helpful, organized, proactive and friendly. They organized a great day trip for us and had a wide range of other trips available. We also had a great time with hotel staff when they took us to Ashura events. Definitely a great place to stay in Isfahan!

very bad experience . the room was diffrent with the claiam of hotel on sites . there was not tv , soap , shampoo . the owner had a bad treatment and he was claiming about rubbering the tv with the passengers . there is not parking and the hotel is very old .
I DO NOT SUJJEST AT ALL
We stayed here 4 nights in March 2022. The hotel is 100 yrs old with no renovation. Rooms are small and dirty. The room smelled like sewage, the drain was clogged, stains everywhere, parking so small and inaccessible, refused to provide even a bottle of water for the room, etc. ... and when we complained to the front desk they could not care any less. They believe just because it is historic hotel and located at great location the guests are obliged to shut up and enjoy!! Never ever stay there. Avoid at any cost.
we have stayed there for 3 days. We were on honeymoon and it was amazing! They have design our room with flowers and candles. It was so romantic. They also got a cake for us. We never forget our stay in that hotel with fantastic services.
We stayed one night at this hotel during January 2020. We booked three rooms. All rooms were old painted with old furniture and beds. They smelled bad. The bathrooms were equipped with broken stuffs and the bath water outlet could not drain the water. The people at reception were careless and not helpful. When I asked them to change the room because of these issues, they told that all rooms are fully booked; however, I could see many vacant rooms only in my floor. The breakfast was OK. DO NOT recommend this hotel to other people.
Deserve 1 star for the good location but room is very bad. The toilet couldn't flush properly, carpet wasn't clean, the whole room is still from the 80s - need renovation. AC was very loud and the pillow was very hard - couldn't sleep. If we didn't arrive just around midnight we would walk out to somewhere else. Please Do yourself a favour don't go there. Not worth money!!!

Central, clean and good value for money although at the moment they are renovating the whole street and taxis cant approach the hotel. Nice lobby but rooms feel a bit old, specially the bathrooms. The staff at reception are not friendly, i think this was the most unfriendly experience of the whole trip. They hardly give you any information unless you ask. Only somebody called Khaledi smiled and offered a friendly approached.
