Reviews

What a wonderful hotel.
We were excited coming to france knowing we were staying at the voco, As we’ve stayed in Melbourne voco before. We can’t speak highly enough of the staff, service and cleanliness of the hotel. A big shout out the management. Specifically Maëlle, Ragaa and Leila. Every moment in this hotel was fabulous. They even went out of there way to present us a treat while on our honeymoon. I’m definitely coming back and when I do I’ll stay here.
Stayed for 2 nights at the Voco and everything from check in to check out was great. The hotel is freshly renovated and have a nice design. Room was very comfortable and brand new, with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and insonorisation was good. We had dinner and the food and service was fantastic, also recommend the breakfast buffet that was great quality. Special thank you to the reception team that gave great information, and with this location, you are quickly in the center. Will come back!
Stayed there for a work trip. The receptionist was very professional, efficient and helpful. The rooms need updating but most importantly for me - they were clean and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The location is ok as it was quite difficult to get around in Uber due to immense traffic, however metro and the bus are at walkable distance, which can be used as alternatives.
Breakfast options are extremely limited especially for vegetarians. Room is ok. Some staff are ok, one girl at reception is very rude.
Be careful, the team is not at the level of IHG here.
- Second day, the water bottle was not refilled. The bottle mentioned “filtrated water from us” but the room service told me : “it’s actually simply tap water. You want to have filtrated water, you can boil your own water”.
- The body soap was empty. We had to ask the morning for refill. Not done when we came back the evening. We have to ask again. I am waiting still right now.
I must stay 2 more nights. Such details are very annoying. Holiday Inn didn’t use to be like this before. I am very surprised!
Reception is bad. They give you very small information regarding the facility that needs to be done. You have to ask almost everything, thinking that you are not new there. Rooms are not as clean as you expected. You have to pay for extra towels. You have to throw your own garbage.
Was not sure what to expect after reading reviews here. Stayed 4 nights with friends and family and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great service, clean, very good breakfast. Everyone was super friendly and our requests were handled very quickly. Location is not perfect, but it is very close to metro and there are eating/drinking options till late. Excellent value for money, we stayed at multiple worse 4-stars and very few better.
+ Clean rooms
+ Very comfortable bed
+ Good kitchen: With cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, cutlery, corkscrew, chopping board, fry pan, pot etc.
+ Good laundry facilities; 4.5 EUR for using the washing machine and 2 EUR for the dryer
+ Great location: Mairie de Clichy metro station and Clichy - Levallois train station within walking distance; Nearby restaurants and supermarkets are good

- Bad check-in process: Reached at 2 PM, but was asked to pay 30 EUR for early check-in (check-in at 3 PM), which is understandable, but we decided to wait; But then due to some "technical issue", we were given the keys at around 3:45 PM!
- Faulty keys: Didn't work the day after; Had to go back to the reception to get it fixed
- Couldn't connect to the reception using the phone in the room
Great people, perfect location. Next door to Metro and away but close to the madness of central Paris. Some parking but plenty next door. Great value and number one choice to stay if driving to Paris.
Service was overall good. Location is a bit out of the way from the main center of Paris but can still find lots to do. Room had a wet floor for the first 2 days of the stay.
We stayed for a week at this hotel in July, family of 4. Rooms were decent size for Paris, great breakfast, location is outside the Paris main “circle” but Metro line 13 is 1 minute away and you can go anywhere.
The best thing about this place was the great staff. Everyone was very nice, keeping things clean, keeping breakfast buffet food available and just in general making guests feeling comfortable. All speaking English making communication easy.
If I could have one suggestion for improvement is the internet speed. It was pretty slow and it could use an upgrade.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting Paris and we would return next time when in Paris.
The hotel was nice, but rooms on the small side. The location is right next to the metro which takes you further into Paris in less than fifteen minutes.
The hotel asp offers parking, but you need to request in advance as space in a limited.
The breakfast offered was the usual European things like cheese, bread, meats and yogurt, plus fruit and coffee.
The staff was friendly and Overall a good stay.
Undoubtedly the best stay of our Europe Trip. Everything was exceptional of Ibis Styles Paris Mairie de Clichy.

Positives:
1. The warm welcoming front office employees. They were super helpful, always had a smile on their face. In fact we were allowed to check-in 2hrs before standard time that too complimentary.
2. Location is exceptional, the "Mairie de Clichy" metro station is just 2-3 minutes walking distance (line 13), which basically connects you with all of Paris.
3. Rooms were great and airy. Breakfast spread was good too.
4. Paris CDG airport is just 40 minutes away.
5. Lot of restaurants nearby, including at least 3 Indian restaurants.

We had a great time here, if we ever visit Paris again, surely will stay here. Highly recommended!!
All is nice. Rooms, service, location. For recommendation. The metro station is very close. Just the line 13 is a bit crowded, especially in morning so this could be a problem. But regarding to hotel we have just recommendations. I hope to visit this hotel again if we decide to come again to Paris.
