My husband and I stayed at Awasi Patagonia for four nights during our honeymoon in Patagonia. We cannot say enough about the lodge. Jose (our guide for the duration of our trip) was a delight and wealth of knowledge from the minute he picked us up from Punta Natales. Jose was also a delight to spend our days with and would definitely ask for him again when we return. The lodge is exquisite - every detail is perfect. The view from the main lodge and bedroom lodges could not be better. The food is delicious - even the packed breakfasts they prepared for us for our early morning excursions. The staff were phenomenal during our stay and were always eager to help us with our needs. As a wildlife enthusiast, I just had to step out of our room to see something. I will recommend this lodge to all who travel to Patagonia. My husband and I were very sad to leave today and will definitely be back.
despite its at least an hour drive each way to the park it might not be the choice for some people but you can guarantee to come back to amazing food and cozy room. It's best for couples for a romantic getaway.
They have very limited rooms all of the are scattered in the bush so it gives you privacy to be alone all rooms also have an outdoor hot tub with the view of the park and the valley, because it's outdoor so only can use when the weather is nice. There's also fireplace in the room they will light it for you at your request. The rooms are designed as gaucho's cabin so you will get very cozy feeling. Take a soak in the bathtub you can also enjoy the view through the large window.
Absolutely sensational service from their reservation team. Maria was my personal reservation executive for an Atacama trip and was phenomenal. Her efficiency, promptness, professionalism and ability to go above and beyond is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Awasi is very fortunate to have her on your team!
Awasi Patagonia will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Everything was magical. The land and view is stunning. The service is exceptional, the cabins are cozy, and the food and wine are always interesting. We had our breakfast in the lodge, went on an excursion with a picnic, and returned to a prepared fire and hot tub every day. Each evening was a unique treat beneath the stars. A special thanks to Tania for guiding us during our stay, and for her good humor and professionalism. Another special thanks to Ayelen for guiding us through the wine pairings every night with real attention and appreciation for the craft. And to Maciele for her cocktails. Honestly, everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming and we extend our gratitude to the whole Awasi team. We hope to return again.
Loved this place! Great food, great service, great drinks and amazing views! This place is expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth. We stayed in room #5 and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. We weren't a fan of the hot tubs as they take a long time to heat up, as they are heated with firewood. I would highly recommend you pay the $100 and see the glacier, but know it is a long walk to the boat. We were also very lucky to see a few pumas during our daily drives.
Incredible place with beautiful accommodation and wonderful staff who are constantly looking for ways to help. On our last morning, they opened breakfast half an hour early so we could eat before our transfer to the airport. Not requested or expected, but they offered. I really can’t imagine a better operation or better people.
It’s difficult for me to even begin to describe the absolutely incredible experience with had at Awasi. About a year ago, because of Covid, we decided to forgo a large wedding, and instead decided to elope. Patagonia has always been dream trip for us, so we saved up for stay at Awasi for our elopement. The trip was beyond our wildest dreams.

The staff did the most fantastic job pairing us with our guide, Gonzalo. He was not only fully of energy and charming, but he was also a walking enclyopedia of Torres del Paine. He developed the perfect itinerary for our trip which included multiple hikes, horseback riding, and animal spotting - by the end of the trip we had spotted 39 bird species, 2 pumas, condors, fossils millions of years old, and countless other animals. The experience we had exploring the park with Gonzalo was completely unforgettable and magical.

You’re also paired with a driver for every excursion. Tomás and José spent most of our time with us and they were both an absolute joy to hang out with. They were excellent at navigating the park and spotting wildlife and were so patient every time we wanted to stop, watch wildlife, and take photos.

Christian, Chris, and Fransisco helped us plan the elopement of our dreams. They watched the weather closely and decided on the perfect day for us to do our small ceremony. I went into this experience thinking we would just say our vows somewhere in the park and the day would be done with. But no, the team went above and beyond and developed an itinerary that made our day so special. They scouted a ceremony location for us, got us flowers (which is nearly impossible in such a remote location), and coordinated everything with our photographer, so I could have a stress free week.

Lastly, the dinning experience was so much fun. Every night we would do the tasting menu and wine pairings and we really enjoyed trying new food and wine. The entire team is so talented and made all the meals really special.

There isn’t enough gratitude we can express to the entire Awasi staff. They made our elopement and experience so special. It was 1000% worth saving up for and I’m hoping that we’ll be lucky enough to be able to stay again in the future.
The Awasi Patagonia Lodge is probably one of the most wonderful experiences one can have. Right next to the Torres del Paine it has an incredible view on the Torres. Its concept of having a dedicated guide for every villa is exceptional. Each day we could choose what we wanted to do...the most incredible hikes in the national park (including spotting pumas 5 meters away from us and many other animals), horseback riding with the most gorgeous views, fossil hunting in valleys created by sediments torn by surges of magma 5 million years ago. The food and the bar at the lodge is wonderful. But most importantly, the staff including the guides are highly competent and most friendly.
