The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids. The rooftop restaurant has breathtaking views of the pyramids. The room was decent size, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Our only issue was that we had booked a room with a window and the window basically opened into a disgusting skylight in the middle of the building so basically there was way of getting fresh air into the room.
I come from United States in Utah I was here for two weeks with an archeology group from my school and stayed in Deluxe King suite with pyramid view and I loved it! The room service is incredible, they are so sweet and the breakfast is amazing! There were 15 of us who came on the trip and it was just a wonderful experience! The staff was helpful and kind and spoke very good English. I would highly recommend Best View Pyramid Hotel. If you need a good restaurant or bar this is the place to go whether you're staying here or not because the view is amazing, the food is incredible and the service is so awesome, plus you have a great view of the pyramid light show from the roof at night! And great prices! Seriously a fantastic place to go! 10/10 :)
Wonderful view from the room, if you pay extra for a room with a view of course. If you take a basic room, you can also see this view from their rooftop restaurant. Very helpful staff in the restaurant and at the reception. Breakfast was ok but no big selection. We had much better breakfasts. Every evening you can watch the night show directly from their restaurant. I give five stars for the hotel view and the willingness of the staff. For a 3-star hotel, very good 👌❤️
I came from Los Angeles California and had an amazing experience with Best View Pyramids Hotel. The view was amazing and the accommodation was wonderful. We chose Deluxe King Suite with View Pyramids where you can see the pyramids very close. Came with free pickup form airport and delicious breakfast. They also have a good rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy the pyramids while you eat. Also book tour with Ahmed, he is amazing tour guide and he will take care all of your needs!

Cost and value really is matching here!
Pyramids view absolutely amazing, breakfast were changed according to our preferences, staff polite and not pushy.
The hotel is really amazing, with a cozy roof and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back again😍
The rooms were large and comfortable. The rooftop had a great view straight to the pyramids. The staff was very kind and always helpful. We are very satisfied from our accommodation. Thank you very much for all!
We loved Mohamed’s place so much. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The view from the rooftop was fantastic. The pyramids were so close and they were particularly beautiful during the sunrise and sunset. It was utterly magical.

Mohamed can organise tours around Cairo and further afield. The White Desert and Baharia oasis private tour was amazing. Camping in the desert is a must do.

It was our first visit to Egypt. We definitely want to go back to this beautiful country again to explore the Upper Nile and we now know someone who we can trust.

Wonderful location within walking distance of the Sphinx entry to the Giza plateau. Great views of the pyramids from the hotel rooftops. Service was 5-stars. Unfortunately our room had to be changed last minute before arrival for a room which was not as nice as originally expected - the sink faucet was broken but subsequently fixed. Good AC and mini fridge. Breakfast and coffee/tea are served complementary each day on the rooftop. I would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Cairo.

Unbeatable location a few minutes to the Pyramids ticket office. Rooms are decent and can’t beat the view if you book the pyramid view rooms or from the rooftop restaurant.
Booked via air b&b. The address was super off. Nice view, great AC and FREE breakfast. Wifi hardly ever worked which made working unrealistic and communication hard. The people are super nice. The free breakfast is basic and appreciated. The lunch menu however is out of date, its double than what is written, they tell you much later after eating that there is a 15% sales tax and 12% mandatory tip tax. A 70 pound lunch turned into 500 real quick! Felt scammy, i hope they update their prices and tell people beforehand about the uncharges. The hotel is located behind a super sketchy alley way. The "pool" for kids was always empty and never had water in it. The TV never worked the whole week we were there.

After searching hotels in front of the pyramids, I chose this hotel and I really love it. It is in front of and close to the pyramids. The view is the gem. Thank you for upgrading my room with balcony. The roof top bar is another amazing experience for the sunset behind the pyramids.

Excellent! Rooms with a view and the balcony are excellent. Phenomenal location. There might be 6 hotels that have similar views in the area.
I really appreciate the decor. Great quality furnishings. Very cold AC and hot showers
The roof top restaurant is Phenomenal. Best chicken fajitas I have had, seriously. Breakfast was very hearty. They kept bringing me food and extra coffee.

Only negative is the wifi is weak. They have 3 which tells they are trying to provide good wifi

Nice location. View is beautiful around sunrise/sunset. Breakfast is lovely and rooms were nice and big. Downside is the beds and pillows were hard and stained. There's not many convenient shops for tourists either

Amazing view of the pyramids and you can see the light show from the hotel and the roof top. It is very convenient to go to the pyramids at any time and the sunset is very beautiful. The food is not great…. There was also no water when we entered the hotel after the flight which was inconvenient. The hotel is very loud as there are lots of cars, people, and dogs at night.
very good view, we stayed in classic quadruple room (got room 201) with family 4 members. this room has balcony with excellent panorama view of pyramid at middle of sphinx. You can walk 10-15 steps to the ticket counter and entrance of giza pyramid. so so good😍 the owner and staffs was support as well, very kind and supportive. recommend!👍🏼👍🏼
Location near KFC and Pizza hut and convenience store to buy drink and snack

I can not say enough good things about this place. We had a room with a private balcony (highly recommended). Views of the pyramids and the bustling streets below were fantastic! Stayed there for six nights. The staff is terrific! They are so welcoming, helpful, and just awesome! When you leave to walk across the street to the little market for a coke or snack or to go to one of the several shops in the area for souvenirs and trinkets, a staff member will escort you to keep the street peddlers away. It felt like having your own personal body guards! They were great and helped make us feel safe. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. It is the same every day but it's tasty and free so I'm not complaining. The restaurant also has great menu items for lunch/dinner, the lamb chops were excellent! Every day we would just watch the hustle and bustle of the street below or stare off at the pyramids and wonder in enchantment. The staff was really the best, they always asked how our day was, if we needed anything, what are plans were, etc. You could just tell they really cared about our experience. The last night before we left, some of the staff came and knocked on our door just to personally say goodbye because they wouldn't be there when we left (super early flight). I've never felt this level of hospitality from anywhere else I've ever stayed. Great view, great location, but most of all, great people❤️ Thank you, Egypt Pyramids Inn, for an unforgettable adventure!

The experience was as expected for the price. There is no lift in the hotel which we were okay with. There was a lovely view of the pyramids and we stayed here to be close to the pyramids. The room wasn't very clean, there was a stain on my sheets and breakfast took a long time to arrive and we were in a rush. However the room was a good size and the bathroom was very clean and big.
excellent location. rooms 204 203 202 201 have uninterrupted views of Sphinx and pyramids. From terrace you can have sunset views and pyramid. Great photo opportunities. watch the light show from the terrace. wifi connection is not great.

Incredible place, if you decide to stay there stay in a room with the pyramids view, you won't be disappointed. The view is incredible, I had family room 203. Mohamed received me with a warm welcome, the staff was friendly and very attentive. They took really good pictures too haha! The breakfast was delicious and the food too.
Don't hesitate and book!
The hotel is very nice, very pleasantly decorated, and well-located. There was a complimentary drinking water dispenser in the hallway, which was a nice and welcome surprise.

The staff was nice and helpful - it felt like they do care about their guests. They create a pleasant and homely atmosphere.

They have a hotel restaurant, but there are practically no vegetarian dishes on the menu (except for margarita pizza) and no vegan ones, so we did not try it. Breakfast is a standard hotel stuff - nothing special but nothing bad either.

Our room was pleasant, bright and clean. The bed was enormous and quite comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well for both heating and cooling.

Some stuff in a room could use some more care. Our balcony door didn't work all that well and needed a lot of force to slide open (by the way, balcony meant just a balcony-type window, not a balcony protruding from the building). And the bathroom ceiling could use a refresh, as the paint is cracked and peeling.
Pros
The rooms and bathrooms were clean.
We got a good view of pyramids from the terrace (the room window views are blocked by walls)
The room boys helped us to carry our luggage while check in and check out
They allowed us to stay till 4pm but we were charged only half the rent(maybe a con)

Cons
The bed sheet had some stains.
The fittings provided in the bathroom were either old or damaged (The cloth handle in the bathroom was falling off multiple times)
No dustbin (Requested at the reception but they didn't provide the same)

We were shuttled here by our original hotel who simply didn’t have the room we reserved weeks ago. This hotel did what they could to accommodate us, but all they had was a room with no windows, no functioning wifi, and no shower curtain so the entire bathroom floor floods when you shower. The only thing that worked the way it should in this hotel was the AC, which we were quite grateful for. Don’t book here or the Magic Pyramids Inn. You get what you pay for, but there are other hotels that are not much more expensive and are much better. We only stayed here one night and then we made other arrangements and were much more comfortable for essentially the same price.
If I could have put 0/5 it would have been ideal. Our stay at the Pyramids Stars Inn was more than disappointing.

Firstly, before arriving at the hotel, we noticed an upgrade on the Booking app that we did not request (the upgrade was only monetary since no details of the booking had changed).
We were then greeted by a young woman who did not speak English and did not seem to be aware that reservations had been made at this establishment. After waiting for someone who could speak English, we paid the amount in cash (our cards not working abroad and payment not being allowed on Booking). The manager invited us to wait "5 minutes" until our room was ready on the terrace which has a view on the pyramids. This terrace is located on the 5th floor without a lift and there was no offer to keep our luggage.
The room preparation which was supposed to last 5 minutes actually lasted 1 hour, even though we arrived in the evening. The disappointment of waiting was even bigger when we arrived in a dirty and noisy room. I wish we had more pictures to show than the bathroom but at the time we didn't think of it.

The two nights we stayed both had problems: the first was that the curtain rod fell down so we were woken up by a beautiful sunrise at 4am. The second was due to the air conditioning not working for more than 5 minutes. We had to keep getting up to the circuit breaker in the hallway to turn it back on.

In addition to constantly trying to sell us extra services, not being very pleasant and putting pressure on us when we left to put 5/5 on Booking, our biggest surprise was when we reported the price increase to Booking and when the platform contacted the hotel, they said that we had never been there (which we would have preferred honestly). It was therefore impossible for us to rate them on the platform or to expect a refund.

In conclusion: do not go to this hotel. I don't like to give bad feedback on establishments but this experience was so awful (and from what I can read not exceptional). You will lose your money. Also, the area is really not nice. Prefer a hotel further away, but more comfortable.

And since I know that the manager will assure that my opinion is a fake (that's why I put pictures : to prove WE CAME), I would like to pass on a message: working myself in tourism and studying it for almost 5 years, you are a disgrace for our wonderful profession and I hope from the bottom of my heart that your establishment will go bankrupt to leave the place to honest people. And be sure that the travellers' forums, our entourage and all the people who will ask me how our stay was will hear about your hotel and will never go.
We didn’t get what we paid for. So much money went into this accommodation and the return was below par.

When we booked this on the website, we thought first impressions it looked really good. I firmly believe we were deceived and that the hotel was not anything like we expected when we arrived except for the roof of the hotel. The pyramids is a nice view from there.

However there were several issues we faced due to poor service from the hotel staff that no one should experience.

We stayed for four nights in total.

When we arrived at the reception to check in our hotel, they gave us the wrong number of rooms and beds. There was 8 of us in total and we were only provided with 5 beds in 2 rooms. This was NOT what we booked.

*It took a while for them to try to sort things but even after an hour or so, they still unbelievably did not give us what we paid for.*

Other notes I could mention are:
- There were no toilet rolls provided to us in the first night.
- The room we were in the bathroom was in a messy state, unclean.
- Constant sewage smell upon entering the rooms
-No elevator we had to take a long flight of stairs to get to our room
- No wifi
-Had to carry our own bags on the stairs which was very difficult and dangerous
-Some of the building was still under construction

These experiences left us stressed, loss of trust with the staff there and made us all feel uncomfortable and it impacted our experience in a negative way.
Where should we start? We arrived at 4 am and they took us to a different building. This building didn’t look like a hotel and the room was very dirty, no towels, no toilet paper and even hair on the sheets. The following day we had to have breakfast at the actual hotel building and we talked to them about the situation. It wasn’t easy but they finally changed us to a room in the actual hotel. This new room was similar to what we were expecting except it didn’t have a balcony as the reservation said. I don’t even think they have any room with balcony.

Also, after spending the first night (we stayed for 2 nights) they cancelled our reservation on booking as if we had never showed up. That’s why we can’t write any review on booking.

Last but not least the day before getting there mysteriously the price rose 10€. Coincidentally reservation could be canceled only until the day before booking. We are not sure whether hotel owners or Booking were responsible for this.
