PATHETIC ROOMS , WORST BATHROOM, NO CLEANLINESS, WORST ROOM EXPERIENCED EVER , NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUE STAY AT PATNITOP GEETANJALI GROUP SHOULD TAKE ACTIONS , MANY CUSTOMER'S WERE COMPLAINING TO RECEPTION AREA , WE ASKED FOR ROOM CHANGE BUT NO RESPONSE FROM HOTEL STAFF , KINDLY DO NOT CHECK IN THIS HOTEL EVER JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY HOTEL FOREST VIEW PATNITOP. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER .

Staff is Very arrogant & Unfriendly. They have a bossy attitude, once you have paid for the rooms they treat you really bad, complementary breakfast is pathetic, No Variety at all & Service is extremely bad, Not recommended they will spoil your trip to Patnitop

During my visit in patnitop with family,we had the pleasure of staying at hotel forest view.
The management and staff,s warm hospitality stood out , ensuring our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable

A nice budget hotel to stay for family and friends.

If you are planning to pay at the hotel then please ensure that your phone is working or you have cash to make the payment. They don't have a card machine or internet to make the payment.

They don't know how to talk to people. They quote a rate first of all, then they will deny to it. And on top of that they have the audacity to say, Kahi aur kar le booking nahi chahiye, tu ehsaan nahi kar raha.
Bhai hotel band kar de, listing daal hi kyu rakhi hai jab ye badtamizi hi karni hai. Idiots in wrong business.
Glad I saved my money before reaching this place.

We stayed for 1 night with a small child. Rooms and Bathroom were very Clean. Very Comfortable Stay with Scenic Beauty. Hotel is located on the Top. Thanks to Praveen ji and Mukhtiyar ji for the Hospitality. It will be my first Choice in Patnitop.

Booked 3 rooms this January 2024 ,Would surely recommend my friends. No complaints at all..rooms were clean.. Room service was prompt and fast. Location was Perfect....What else you want. Mandeep ji ( manager) was Helpfull

We were 10 people. Stayed for 2 nights. None had Any complaints. Our Room service Guy was Very prompt and helpfull. He delivered food with smile. Rooms were Neat, balconies had great view. Kids Enjoyed the Garden area in Morning Sun. Location is Peacefull. You can spend a quied holiday here. Keep it up .

We were two families and we saw many hotels in Patnitop but choose to stay in this property because of its location and views from balcony. This property has lots of space and very huge property. The have a well maintained lawn.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and guest friendly specially the front staff Mr. Mukhtiyaar and Mr. Rajkumar, they were very polite and cooperative.

The food was tasty and at reasonable price. The service staff was also very good specially Mr. Narender Singh who was provided the services to us.

We were stayed at cottage and didn't face any problem during the stay except the bonfire. We paid a handsome amount for the bonfire but the fire couldn't not be burn regularly for half an hour even after lots of trying by staff might be because of wet woods.

However, overall stay was very nice. Hope to visit again very soon.

I have visited with my spouse and really enjoyed my stay there especially the hospitality of the staff, food, room service, cleanliness.

Best services , best view from hotel....wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful thing at a wonderful place. Morning tea with morning breeze from valley side is mesmerising. Staff is cordial especially the Manager of the Hotel. Good place to visit.

Choose this hotel based on your budget. Don’t expect too much here.

Rooms were spacious, room had heater, hot water in washrooms, food was ok ok.

Asked hot water kettle which they did not have, however provided hot water for drinking whenever we wanted.

Bed sheets were not clean, hairs of previous guests were all over it.

The green cottage restaurant and hotel is very clean and rooms have a very awesome view from the window.
The food is very tasty and the bonfire facility is also available here . The gondola ride discount coupon also you can get from here at a cheaper rate.
The beds are with warm facilities available in the bed . All the rooms have led , 2 chairs and a table, attached bathroom with geyser facility, towels and soap will also be provided and rates are also worth it

Such a 🤢 discusting rooms bedsheets was dirty and blankets were also dirty when we said to change it they said that they don't have extra bedsheets they bought one bedsheets that was also dirty and there were many insects there when I was sleeping I seen an spider beside the pillow the spider was very big . We were stuck in patnitop other wise I would never ever stay here . But the Sean from dining area was good only but . I had horrifying experience here I would sujjest to not to take room here

They will ask more money for room becuase we reached night there so that they are telling that you never get room in less price and they asked us more money for Room and also food . And food is also not good the spicy chicken curry is like worst 🤮

I don't even what to remind my experience to write this review..that bad is my experience with Green Cottage. I was struck in Patnitop due to a road closure on my way to Pahalgham and I was given rooms in Green Cottage by my travel agency.. the rooms are underground ( in -1 and -2 floors) , no ventilation at all and stinking. Water is oozing out of the walls and the whole floor is filled with water, we complain they come and mop and within 10 mins again filled with water...not only rooms but also common area is same situation. They have looted us ..for this kind of room with 2 king size beds they charged 8500 INR per night which is terrible.
A BIG NO to his hotel. I have never seen a hotel in such pathetic condition but still charging to sky.

A small cozy hotel. It has a very nice view of the hills. Situated close to most picnic spots especially the Gondola. Most staff are well mannered and helpful. Food is prepared inhouse and served hot. Overall a decent experience.

I had the worst experience ever. Unhygienic washroom which was already used when we had entered the room. Later the night we had experienced the super natural vibes in the room which were really shocking. It was the worst nightmare ever. We had ran away in the midnight from the hotel and the hilarious part was that none of the hotel people were ready to agree on the same.
