One of the best hotels I have been too in medina if not the best. room service was amazing and clean rooms. The only small problem is with the location it's quite far away from al haram around 10 minutes walking. Loved it in there and inshallah coming back for another try

Expensive with bad service.
Arrived at the hotel 12 and they said room is not ready, i said thats fine i will go to the mosque if you can keep my luggage safe, and guess what the porter put my luggage in the middle of the recption when asked he said its ok look we have a camera. I managed to get my luggage in the locker room but it just ruid the whole expeience i am still here and unfortunatly i am disliking everyhting about the hotel,rooms are a old, no views lifts takes ages to come, when someone takes a shower upstairs i hear laoud spoasing noise, i dont considering myself as demanding but there is so much wrong with this hotel.

I won’t be booking this Hotel again it’s over priced for the service I have received, I got there at 2 couldn’t check in until 4, the receptionist was using their phones 24/7.
waiting for a few minutes until they were finished using their phones.
On the third day when I went to the reception I ask for toilet paper, they guy goes I’ll send it over to your room waited for a hours nothing has been send when I call the reception the girl on phone goes i will send it in a few minutes, waited for another 3-4 hours nothing was send so I had to go down to the reception and ask for it again eventually someone dropped after 10 hours.

I gave 5 stars for Mister Lou’ay who accepted to change my booking date and was veeery gentle polite and for the woman who changed my room for a city view room for my mother.

The hotel is near to Masjid nabawi, 17 min if you are young. I would recomand the hotel as for this price at that period it is difficult to find a good deal.

Cleaning is not enough my mum is has asthma she had very hard time. I would suggest to remove carpet as they do not clean it properly maybe wood would be better.

The cleaning service is not good I barely see the difference between before and after the cleaning. The men at entrance are great. The Breakfast staff were rude with us as we asked to pay breakfast either at reception or during check out she insisted that we go to reception we pay we take the paper to her. In all hotel you can bill the room and pay at check out. I was okay to pay also while going back to my room passing bu reception but to be asked to go back to give receipt to the restaurant was not usual she could have called the reception to check if I paid instead of making me and my mum doing the travel twice we were in rush. Also the elevator is problematic …. You have to wait it a lot.

I stayed there for two nights. The receptionists and workteam are very polite and cooperative. Service is constantly checked for customer satisfaction. Prices are good. Breakfast - open buffet - is also good. I highly recommend it.

Don’t wast your time or money on this place I promise it’s not worth it. I had my whole reservation cancelled because I chose book now and pay At the hotel. I don’t understand why they offer that if they’re just gonna cancel your reservation. And when I got there, it seems I was not the only one with this issue. Don’t waste your time Plus it’s super far from the Prophet Masjid.

Neat and clean comfortable very near to Haram 200 metres from bab us slam only disadvantage is no restaurant near the hotel 1km away On masjid quba Road but KFC is very near but very long que and expensive

The food is so bad, there is no service for room cleaning

Good location, clean rooms, kindly employees, but reception narrow,free internet.
Generally good place for family

I loved this hotel. I could see people walking by through the windows since its near the way for people who walk to the Mosque. When I exit from it, I found markets nearby and I only had to walk straight and I came to the Mosque. It didnt take long time as well.

several breakfast menu provided.
most Turkish guests stay here.

It's good hotel very close to masjid e nabwi gate 6, it would be hardly 100 metres from the hotel gate. Majority of turkish people stay in this hotel.

VERY BAD HOTEL, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

everything was a nightmare since the beginning, i stayed for 4 nights in suites room with my family. they provide no bath mats, no glasses, no wifi, no remotes for tvs, and even the air condition was not working properly.
the worst of all was the bed! super hard and uncomfortable to sleep at :(
that was my worst experience so far. do not stay here if you still have a choice :)
