Absolute dump. Booked through Chase Ultimate Rewards/Expedia. It feels like a scam. I am leaving my review alongside someone else who clearly booked a different unit but in the same building. The day the booking arrived, a new address (363.5 instead of 363) and Unit number (Unit 3 instead of 10) were provided. Right outside of Unit 3 is some racist graffiti that is poorly covered, and it's downhill from there as far as the living conditions. I was charged USD$167 for this place. Nowhere near worth it. Wifi does not actually connect to internet. No A/C.
This place is a scam! It is actually on 363 1/2 Spadina. It is a slump.
The pictures online look nothing like what it does in real life (see photos as proof).
No proper bed - their idea of a bed is 3-4 different sized mattresses stacked on top of each other.
No mattress cover
Place looks like they found mattress and furniture on streets and dumped it in unit.
No aircon and the place has old gas heaters that you can’t turn off. It is very hot and stuffy.
Place is old, disgusting,dirty and towels foul.
Stay very far away. A hostel for $20 a night is better than this.
