is take care of us the whole stay and the manager as well Algerian Ghana room very clean very nice smell for sure I will come back they deserve 5 star ⭐

The front desk team was so accommodating at all times and assisted me without difficulty when I needed to extend my stay. I would highly recommend this place as its central location and really clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Dhanuka was an absolute star when it came to extending my days, even managed to secure my stay at a better rate. Amazing team👍

It is been a wonderful experience for us as a family, we stayed for 7 nights , the kids loved the swimming pool + the staff were so supportive and professional especially ms lamis in the reception, we would definitely go back again , thank you for such service, I highly recommend

my first time and never be again . we check in at sept.24 check out 10: 46 on sept.25.
the reception calling us while we are still sleeping around 10:30 asking if we want to extend or check out . we know the rules and we are not n dubai we been so many hotel 5 star hotel like paramount midtown hotel sky view and rove but we didn’t encounter this kind of rudeness. as per the reception the rules change yesterday’ check out will be 12 . if we want to extend we will call. but instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she keep on talking about the rules ! the room and everything is perfect small but clean very comfortable. only the staff morning shift no customer service at all . not even smiling keep on talking about the check out.

I have been staying in this hotel for 15 days. Let's start with the reception staff, especially Mrs. Ghania. And Mrs lamees with great kindness, all your needs are provided, including clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. They also have an excellent bar, in addition to the restaurant, breakfast hall and open buffet. On the last floor you will find the gym and the swimming pool in addition to the jacuzzi. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend everyone who is looking for comfort on their trip to Dubai to come here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Team and very helpful and available 24/7.
Location is awesome need to all places.

All staff are nice, supportive, and polite.
From reception Lamis, Dhanuka, Giann, and ms Ghaniya are good selection by the property owner.
Betty from house keeping is very humble and decent.
Buffet is normal but what makes it excellent is the great service by decent Emy and Lalit, also chefs esp the decent chef Mohamad Abdulla.
Pool is nice but unfortunately small and no music.
…Small suggestion if they can make the barrier of parking open by access card even though the barrier guard is so attentive…

I enjoyed the stay!

Location is good but parking is like you are taking a driving test. Very narrow curved parking way to basement. 4*4cars need a huge amount of caution to get through that narrow space without damaging the car.
Room was reasonable. Neither good nor bad.
Reception staff can improve communication. There is no harm in smiling and greeting your guest. There is no harm in giving information to guest.
Pool was of No standard. If you are looking for pool, it's not the right hotel.
Breakfast was pathetic. Poor quality bread. Only fruits were delicious.
Not the cleanest of the hotels.
If you get in less than 200AED for a night with Breakfast, go for it for 1 night. If you want to enjoy the hotel, find out something else.
