Great location. Rooms are a little small but I went in knowing this. The communication with owner was excellent and very accommodating. I am currently staying at another room same place. Did not book the same room only because it was already booked. The beach is only 2 mins at best walking distance. Early morning walks are so peaceful and dolphins visit nearly every morning. Will keep coming...

The room I stayed in was recently remodeled and very clean. It's just a short walk from the room to the beach. I'd gladly stay here again.

We absolutely love this place!!! We've stayed there 3 years straight and will definitely make it 4. The people are great! The view is flawless! Price is good. Great place to vacation!

This was steps away from the beach. Beach area was nice and clean. There was no handicapped or ramp access to the beach. Room was small but cozy. It was only a short distance from restaurants and shopping. No issue with our actual room rental. However the HOA members at the complex were rude. One older lady kept following me with her golden retriever scaring our 5 mth old puppy when I tried to take her out for potty breaks ( we paid an extra pet deposit). I overheard her reporting us and our room number to a very vocal elder man. He was apparently part of the HOA board, because you couldn’t go to the pool area without being subjected to their loud conversations about how the owners who rent out their units cause problems, about how smokers, pets etc shouldn’t be allowed. They also carried on conversations about current guests staying at the complex. The last time the lady accosted us she was ranting about how I wasn’t supposed to have a pet and did I know how much the unit owner makes off people like me a year and how, come Saturday we wouldn’t be allowed there ( our checkout is Friday am). Not sure why this lady felt this was appropriate behavior, but I’m sure I probably am not the only vacationer she’s harassed. They would be better off to worry about the large roaches on the sidewalks after dark than people with pets.

Just a very short walk to the beach and pool. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. Huge shower. The kitchen had everything needed. Bed was very very comfy. Its such a peaceful place. Shopping is very short distance away. Everything about this place was perfect. The host was extremely helpful and fast to respond to us. This room was super super clean. Kudos to the cleaners !!

Ocean Sands has been my favorite beach location since I was a little girl and spent weekends and summers with my granddaddy. Everyone was so friendly and so many people lived here full time, so everyone became like family. I come here still with my family and it's now a favorite for my little girls. The atmosphere has changed due to some of the HOA members, but it'll always have a special place in my heart. 💜

We absolutely loved staying here! So quiet, relaxing and well kept! We are adventurous people and it had a warm and fun atmosphere. It was like we had found the perfect beach escape! A private beach with a beach cottage feel! We will be back!

Internationally recognized artist Adrian Blake visited and stayed here. This place is right where you want it to be. You have direct access to the breach front, a pool if the ocean is a bit too much and a clean and spacious property. The rooms are perfectly sized for a couple with or without a child. The rules are clear and simple to follow and it’s a perfect place to get away without a crowd.
