The house was a luxury option but was in not the best of shape. There was an hour delay on check in due to maintenance issues and there were little to no amenities (be sure to bring your own trash bags and soap). The theater didn’t work and the coffee package was three huge filters that didn’t fit and a small can of Foldgers for $30. I wouldn’t waste your money on that. They also nickel and dime you for service requests making it unlikely you’ll actually ask for service. This was my second trip but I won’t rebook. There are Hilton vacation club options that are nicer for the same price just down the street.

Don’t waste your hard earned money . We rented a house with a pool. Came all the way from Toronto. We are very easy going. We paid for a heated pool since it’s 60 degrees out. Extra $450 for the week. Pool heater was broken, management did not respond at all the our many phone calls. With 8 kids with us all they wanted was some pool time and no one seemed to care. 261 Burma street. Internet keeps going out, alarm for door outside kept ringing, kids were miserable. Honestly the worst thing in the world is bad customer we service and this place was that.

We rented a vacation home for our winter break. Jeeves is the property management for the house we are staying at. They are absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received staying at a rental. We were at 261 Burma St. We paid for a heated pool for the week since we have 8 kids with us. We called management numerous times and to be honest they don’t care at all. No one cared to fix the pool we are not able to use, yet paid EXTRA to heat it.
Save your money and book at a place that cares about customer service. Especially at the price they are charging to stay at these rentals.

Nice clean houses. If you want to use the community "resort, pool, restaurant", I would recommend staying on the WEST side (not the EAST side properties). Resort area managed by another 3rd party, and requires it's own check-in and must buy food & drinks from them. Resort pool was advertised as hot/warm, but it was ice cold in Dec. Private pool was also ice cold in Dec. We paid $50/day to heat it up, and it didn't work for the first two days, and then when it worked it was too hot to use. Front desk refunded the heating money, and shut it down. My kids were not able to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi. Friendly staff, good service. Easy checkout instructions.

Horrible alarm in the patio door, which you can't leave open, and must push a button to go in & out. Dull knives in the kitchen. Dead microwave in the kitchen. Living room sofas slide all over when you sit. Laundry and Dishwasher supplies only for two loads. Get SunPass for crazy toll roads.

Excited to get down here and enjoy our vacation, but found out that our house was no longer available and they tried to “figure it out”
The front desk manager said he didn’t know anything about it since he got in at 2 pm so it wasn’t his problem 😂
We basically had to call another hotel and check in and cancel our trip to this location. One of the worst experiences we had, they completely failed any part of customer service and professionalism.

A fantastic experience for our family vacation. The house was perfectly laid out with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was great to have a full kitchen so we could eat in when we wanted to. The water park was great but the weather was cold so we didn't personally use it. We used the fitness center almost daily. The on-site restaurant was a hit. So was the complimentary shuttle to amusement parks. The staff at Encore are wonderful. When our rental car battery died, they even gave us a jump! Definitely above and beyond. We will be back!

This is an awesome property for families and friends of all ages to come together and spend high quality time. There are so many things to do in this community- the water part is so much fun, the walking trails, Tennis Court, Beach Volleyball, etc all make it so much fun. Also, the encore staff is just awesome. They are welcoming and warm and go above and beyond to make our stay really great. Even days, when my family and I stayed back in the resort, the experience was fantastic.

Elizabeth the Front Desk Check In Attendant and Sarah, the Guest Service Manager were wonderful. They were attentive to our needs & professional. Although the house we stayed at had several issues, these 2 made up for it by being professional, proactive, proficient and personable. The customer service they exhibited and willingness to address concerns make us want to return in the near future. Please reward both of them for a job well done!
