Top Water parks in Batam City, Indonesia

Although it’s cheap, this waterpark is badly maintained. Pool tiles popping up and I saw that some kids were injured because of it. After that they did not even cordon off that area for others safety, they just picked up the faulty tiles and put aside.

Play at your own risk I would say.

Its a good place. Nice water park, clean and suit for family holiday. We will visit again.

Tickets can be bought at the counter for IDR55,000 (adults). Lockers are 10k for a small one and 15k for a big one. You also have to pay for rental of the floats to take the rides: 15k for double seater float and 10k for a single. The costs do add up although the entry fee is relatively cheap for a waterpark. It is extremely crowded and full of children and families on the weekend. People sitting around on the floor and eating as there are no tables or chairs. The food which also attracted flies.

Poor sanitation and hygiene of the place. There was poo in the toilet and pee smell in various places within the waterpark. Overcrowded toilets and no space to change or shower. If you have been to Waterbom Bali, this place is nowhere near that standard. We were disappointed and left after an hour.

Worth Visiting , well maintained place. Low price and not crowded due to weekday. 1 hour coaching …. You should be able to wake board.

Positives: Spacious car park & ​​large swimming area. Best prices with water play area and rides. Their safety staff are always ready to blow you a whistle when your actions could endanger other visitors. Negative: Need a safety carpet (rubber made) for the slippery and watery side of the pool.

The slides weren't good, they weren't even open😡😤

Spent a day at Batam Wake Park with a bunch of friends. We were guided the moment we disembarked at Batam and led straight to the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and pretty much as chill as the place exudes to be. The food and drinks available were simple, nothing too exotic, but delicious nevertheless. We did things at our own pace and had a great time.

Had my first wakeboarding experience here. Super fun times, great help from the experience wakeboarders who were running the place. Awesome music super cool vibes. 10 our of 10 would come back for more. They have prettty affordable packages, especially on weekdays! Despite coming on a weekend, still had plenty of chances to try to experience. Props to the people who were constantly encouraging and giving tips. One of my best weekends ever.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Willing to patiently guide and instruct newbies. There is a beginner's pool as well. The package here from Singapore includes 2-way ferry, transport, lunch, and unlimited tries.

A small waterpark hidden away from the city sights.

A gem i would say. I came few hours after d rain and this place has very very few people visiting it. They have lots of slides and water play area that you can try.

Kids especially would love this since they have many different slides to play with. Its a smaller version of Singapore's Wild Wild Wet.. and to also note, even though this place has been around for some time, it still looks well maintained.

There are guards everywhere so that you can worry less for ur kids swimming where they are not supposed to. And to note, d lazy river and all d rest of d pools not for kids are at least 1.2m. Do jz take note and be wary of where ur kids go at least ya. It is really a nice place to go especially when you dont get to see lots of waterpark in Batam.

The best plus point i would add is the food shops that cater to people coming to this waterpark. Have ur cup noodle, teh botol and snacks while u chill away, resting in d waterpark.

And sshhhh, dun compare to other water slides ya but.....its only 140 000 rp for 2 adults, 2 kids.. so u calculate urslf k... cheers!!!

One of best swimming pool in Batam for children's. Been here in weekend with my brother

The place is comfortable as they are selling foods from various food stalls. Unfortunately it's very hot to sit there in a sunny day. Maybe it's better to have an Air Conditioner. We can watch the Fifa World Cup every night.

The Iced Cappuccino served by CRP Coffee is really good. The fancy drinks such as Blue Ocean and Mango Blast will freshen up your body in a very hot and sunny day.. I love it ! The foods from Waroeng Makmur are quite delicious but, the price of the Sop Buntut is too expensive. Maybe they should lower the price to make it worth it.

Best location off day, holiday with baby

Staff were very nice and really helped us especially first starting out at the level A system. Come early in order to get a proper one on one especially when you first starting out. As the day passes, more people which will reduce dedicated attention. Only thing is one incident when my friend fell at the C system in the middle of the path. No stoppage of other wakeboarders. Friend had to shout at oncoming ppl to avoid a crash. Quite a terrifying moment.

Very nice wakeboard park, spacious, clean. The circle goes clockwise: best for regular footed wakeboarders.
Plenty of obstacles to play with.
Very decent food quality.

They offer packages from Singapore for the day: S$88 + $S30 if you want to rent a pro board.
This includes ferry at 9:15am, transportation, lunch, beginner board, unlimited use of the wakepark.

Best but not the best.....
