I do not recommend this location. My haircut was not what I had in mind and the guy was pretty rough with it. The hours here are also very wack.

After checking in online and waiting 96min. I arrived at the location no one was available to check me in. it was clearly stated on the screen that I was on deck and next in line. Stylish decided to take a different customer who had not been waiting as long. Informed me that I would now have to wait longer. Will never re-visit this establishment.

They can never get my hair cut right even after giving them explicit instructions.

Great place to get your haircut they have veterans discounts and you can check in online which is a big plus

Another location made some mistakes on my sons hair yesterday and that location is closed today. Sports Clips in Blaine got him in to fix it free of charge even though they are owned separately.

Killian was amazing! They were very friendly and provided top notch service. I was very satisfied with my haircut!

Went in to get the undercuts done for a man bun, and my guy Travis nailed it. I could tell he's was being careful to get it right with clean lines, balanced on each side, and smooth, even clipping. Great job!

This is one of the easiest places to schedule a quick haircut and not have to schedule it out days or a week in advance. The phone app makes it easy to see the wait time, get on the list and make your visit have almost no wait.

Done with this place. I've been seeing Ashley for years but it's dang near impossible to get in. Had my appointment shift another 51 minutes after arriving at my check in time. Done with this store and probably the whole franchise.

This morning, I took my mom to get a haircut with my three-year-old son. When we entered the salon, nobody was waiting, but a lady impatiently asked if I had done online check-in. I said yes and provided my mom's name. I don't know why, but she started rolling her eyes at us, making me uncomfortable. My son has ADHD, so I decided to take him to a nearby coffee shop while my mom got her haircut to avoid him getting restless in the salon.

I told the lady that my mom doesn't speak English, and I'd pay first. I showed her a picture of my mom's previous hairstyle. She took my mom in for the haircut. In less than ten minutes, my mom came out, and I was shocked. I felt like the stylist intentionally gave her an ugly and strange haircut. I went in and said it's a bit long in the back; can you trim it? She started rolling her eyes again, impatiently used the clippers a few times, very rudely, like she was grooming a dog. Tears were welling up in my eyes.

I know my English isn't great, and my mom doesn't speak English. It's really heartbreaking. My mom cried all afternoon, and she keeps wearing a hat, not wanting to go outside.

The haircut from Wendy was good, but Amber's kids were running around all over the place and she kept yelling at them to hide in the back room. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional. This should not occur in the workplace.

Every time I go here I have had a different lady cut my hair and each one has knocked it out of the park! Even when two ladies are working they move through the queue quickly and make sure everyone is taken care of to their liking! 5 stars!

My stylist was kind and caring, but my side burns arnt even even!! it seemed she was trying to up sale me on everything. I just wanted a haircut but she went for the mvp special, I did mention otherwise that I didn’t want it. My grievance is that I got a buzz cut instead of the Quiff I wanted with the photo I provided for her. Never asked to look at it again and I’m the end the my hair is completely uneven at the top and choppy; I look like a dork. Not happy with the haircut but I can’t complain about customer service.

I believe this was my first visit to Sports Clips and definitely my first to this location. My SIL and I arrived just after 9:00 am. Three men were already getting their haircut and we were the next in line. Registering online and in person appears to be equal as I was able to watch the screen showing who was registered and the time until their appointed time. This location seemed to be very popular despite a competing business literally next door. I opted for a cut with no extras but changed to a wash as well in order to avoid the scratchy neck feeling later. My stylists was pleasant and talkative to the correct degree. Since I have been cutting my own hair for quite a while, I was not sure how much a cut and wash would cost. $33. I thought it was a bit high, plus I tipped $7 as I like to think I tip well but $40 was quite a bit for my 5 minute cut and 5 min wash. Even so, I would return as I am very satisfied with the result. Therefore, I think of the cost as being for the result, not the time it took to achieve said result. It was better than I have been doing. If I lived in the area, I would return. And when I visit again, I just may get my hairs cut again!

Haircut was horrible. The guy was aggressive, and felt rushed, he cut my hair the opposite way that it originally went. I asked him to fix a spot but he didnt do much to fix it at all! I literally paid the $42 and went straight to Great Clips down the road and happily paid them to fix my hair. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

My experience here was absolutely awfull. I asked my barber to give me a hair cut about 10 inches cut off, it ends up being about 12 off instead and I am EXTREMELY UPSET. I have been crying all day about how bad my hair cut is. I’m glad to say I will never be returning back to great clips. I hope you realized how bad you ruined me for the next couple of months, or year possibly. I am so upset and I hate great clips with my whole heart. NEVER GO TO GREAT CLIPS!!

I think I could do a haircut better than them, they don’t know how to fade hair and it looks like a 3 year old cut my boyfriends hair, he is not happy about it and nobody will answer the phone after calling several times. We would love to talk to someone so we could fix this terrible haircut because it’s embarrassing to walk around with a haircut that is hideous

I have gone here in the past with no issues, but on 6/21/2022 at 11:17am I had terrible service. I checked in online and then went there. Once I got there I noticed on the screen that I was first in line so I went in and sat down to wait. A man came in after me and sat down. There were two stylist's there and they were both finishing up. The first stylist finished up totally ignored me and took him back to cut his hair. I was puzzled and a little upset cause I was clearly next but I did say anything and sat there patiently waiting. Another man then walked in and sat down to wait. The second stylist then finished up and she too totally ignored me and called the second man to the back to cut his hair. It was as if I was invisible. Neither one of the stylists' acknowledged me sitting there. I then spoke up and mentioned that I was there before either of the two men and I was first in line on the monitor. Her response to me was very rude, but she did take me back and gave me a haircut. I still don't understand why I was ignored like that, but I will never go back to that location. I did call and complain about the service there but I don't know if anything was mentioned to the owner cause nobody ever called me back.
Update 8/13/2022: The manager did get ahold of me and was very nice. She fixed my haircut and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my new haircut. She was very good and seemed to be in high demand. I have changed my review from 1 to 4 stars.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place! Just remarkable how great the customer service is! I showed Rena a photo of what I was looking for and she nailed it! She was in it for the long hall and wouldn't stop until we both thought it was perfect. She cut and then wet it and cut more and styled it with product and then cut more. She worked on my hair like it was her own and she cared about the end result. 10/10 great hairdresser with a great personality and highly skilled.

I had a great experience at Salon 10. It was my first time. The place is nice and clean and the staff was friendly. All the stations are equipped with a sink and portable hair dryers. You never have to leave the station! Everyone is wearing masks. Perfect experience in a hair salon in the middle of a Pandemic!!

Wife sent me here to see Carol M. She loves how her hair looks. I told Carol I wanted "a haircut I could set my watch to". It was perfect. Wife constantly gets compliments on her color. Even my daughter went from "I'm never getting my hair cut... EVER!!" to jumping into Carol's chair.
