TRY TO WORK IT.
I can’t express enough of how happy I am to have found A House of Style. My previous hair stylist was moving out of state, so I had to find a new one. This process can be scary, having to trust someone new with your hair. But from the moment I sat in Ms.Leslie’s chair, I knew I was in good hands. She truly cares about making sure that her clients not only leave with a great style but also with HEALTHY hair! She was able to get my dry scalp under control through her extensive knowledge and experience, which allowed my hair to grow and be healthy. I most definitely would recommend A House of Style to anyone looking for a stylist that really cares and knows and understands all hair types.
Ms. Leslie is the best! She always focuses on achieving healthy hair and does everything to do so. I have been to her over the course of a year or two and she has transformed my damaged hair to something beautiful! She even did my color! 5 stars across the board.
My daughters went and got their lashes done. She did a walk in special at the Waldorf location. I fully expected to be waiting in the car but it took the girl less than 45 min. Iyanna threaded my brows as an add on. And I'm sure my youngest will be back for Prom makeup. Very satisfied father.
Leslie was always nice, worked with my schedule, clean place, cares about the health of your hair, includes washes in her prices for natural hair. I purchased her gold package, and my hair grew. She really teaches you how to use the products she suggests and explains how they are to help.
The only dislikes are the fact you must use the package in 3 months, which was difficult for me to do once I moved, and my edges are still a concern after trying the products and advice. Lastly, the hair styles offered are not for those who keep up with the latest styles. Overall, I was pleased and would go back if I moved back to that area.

Ms Leslie is true to her craft. I get the most fabulous experience every time. My scalp and hair treatment is so very soothing in every way. The end results are beautiful. I always get so many compliments from strangers. My hair is natural I get the steam treatment with hot press and curl. I'm very satisfied and look forward to my next visit. 😊💜
I started going to JustNTyme about 8 months ago. My hair had fallen out because of medication. Missy started treating it and the bald spots are filling in. I was going to go bald before I went to her shop, but she has given me hope. Her daughter,Justyn, preps me and Missy finishes the job! I’m a very happy customer and am glad that I was referred to this shop❤️

From the first call asking for an appointment customer service was phenomenal. Went in sat for only 4 minutes before my services started. From hair wash to style everyone was amazing. Totally satisfied and will be going back .Plus i look cute with my new hair do (lol )
If u come there regularly your hair will fall out . Shampoo lady should not be combing blk hair with a rat tooth comb to detangle. Had to listen to them talk about how tangled my hair is among other things in Spanish because they thought I didn’t understand them .🙄
This salon with Leslie, is professional, courteous and experienced in the field of hair. The salon is quiet and serene. Before she does your hair, a profile of your hair is done. She explains her process as she begins her work.Thats what a doctor does when you are examined. Thats a great approach to use for doing hair. I would highly recommend this salon.

Leslie is very professional and will communicate with you about your hair. She is very friendly with a good spirit and enjoy getting my hair done. THE BEST stylist I've ever had and appreciate her tremendously!
When I arrived, there was no wait! Ely, "Miss Magic Fingers" gave me an AMAZING wash!!!! I would certainly return back JUST to get my hair washed. My scalp felt so FREAKING good once she got finished!!!! Treat yourself!!! You won't be disappointed & I'll be back....💯
I used to love this place but now the business and service has gone down. I asked did they have a price list because every time I go my price is different and I was told NO. How do you have an establishment and don’t have prices posted up? First off a blow out is one price to get curly you have to pay extra. Why are you asking curly or straight if you’re gonna charge for curly??
Some of the stylist(especially the one whos at the last station) are not good and will charge you whatever price they want when the manager isn’t there. Go on Monday’s or when the manager is there so you’re treated fairly. They don’t have all the prices listed anywhere like most shops so they can scam you. The girl before me was charged $55 and they charged me $85. They didn’t have a reason but “that’s my price I have nothing to do with Natalie(shop manager) and what she does”. We work to hard to receive horrible service
Stylist took me in as a walk in, even though she was fully booked. She was pleasant and worked quickly.. I got all that I asked for and she's reasonable. I loved my experience and will be going back. Thanks Sharell
The shampoo was everything . I got the roller set then blowed out. They were very good and protected my hair from the heat. I go when ever I wear my hair out. I love the service‼️
Is everyone's hair treated like there is a dandruff problem? That rubber, circular tool used to wash my hair appeared to do nothing more than tangle it. So much of my hair came out as she combed the hair for the roller set. I have a semi permanent color. When mentioned something about " It's red," I had to tell her when the hair color is quite visible in the light. My regular hair dresser is unavailable for about 2 months. I'm used to care that is specific to my hair, not one size fits all.

I have been a client of Leslie for many years. I am a Senior, and from my very first appointment, I have appreciated her respect and professional hair care. My hair was very thin and damaged. Leslie is a great stylist, but her attention to individualized hair evaluation and care is exceptional. My hair is now stronger and healthier. I owe special thanks to Leslie for giving me confidence again to be proud of my own hair and styles.
Dominicana Hair Salon used to be a place where you could get good service and decent prices. NOW the price are ridiculous. We all understand that things goes up and time changes, however the prices are outrageous. You still can get the same service elsewhere but not for that price. Let’s be reasonable, because all that heat is not even good for your hair.
Reggie was pleasant, but he messed my hair up. The cut was mowed down in places like a lawn. I had a fairly long mohawk. What a mess. Now I end up at another barber to fix his mess. You live and learn that no matter how long you been cutting, don't make you a pro.
Got my hair done by Leslie and she was amazing. She took time to examine my hair and explain to me what she thought was best for my current state of hair AND offered her expert opinion in how to achieve my hair goals. She also suggested products to use on my hair to maintain my style as well as what to purchase to help my hair become more healthy and viable. She also spoke highly of her salon colleagues and I appreciated that as sometimes stylists are in direct competition with other stylists. I was very happy with the end result as well. Leslie was very thorough in keeping the salon clean after the customer before me and while she worked on my head. I really appreciated Leslie and I plan to go back to see her regularly as I need a routine stylist in my life!
Not what it used to be. My stylist chanda is awesome. I used to be able to go to anyone in the salon. Now, most of the stylists in the front are young and loud.
Lolita is excellent by far the best Dominican stylist I’ve dealt with. She has my hair healthy and every two weeks I can’t wait to go. Also the service is fast, I hate spending all day in a Salon. Lastly they have specials on Mondays who can beat that. I’m locked all the way in with this salon♥️🎉♥️🎉
I get my braids done by Sxmmerstyles (Epiphany). She is professional and always does an awesome job. She takes her time so your style will last.
Good atmosphere, upscale environment. Bee does an awesome job on my hair and has been for years now.
Recently took some braids out and I was in desperate need of a wash and deep condition. I happened upon the salon and Epiphany was my stylist. She was very professional, friendly, and gentle. She took the time to detangle my hair before washing it. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning to the salon for more services.

If you go here I hope you have time to spare last time I had a 2:30 appointment and I didn't get out of there until 6:50 my hair wasn't even started until 4:30 I absolutely love the stylist there they do great work just very slow
I asked for a honey blonde ombre, and I ended with yellow hair!!! The first time the hair stylist applied the dye, my hair was the same color as it was before she applied it, so she applied more and but sat me under the dryer this time. My hair ended freakin' yellow!!!!! Then she didn't condition my hair or flat iron my hair correctly, yet charged me $115.00!!!!!!!!!
