So glad I finally visited the viral, women-only Hammam spa in London, and I can confidently say it lives up to the hype and more. A traditional Hammam experience - From the black soap scrub, to deep Kessa mitt scrub, full-body clay mask & facial, to the honey hair mask, sauna & massage - every step left me feeling like I’d shed layers of stress and was completely renewed.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful—so warm, caring, and with a great sense of humour, they make you feel genuinely at home. Loved the Moroccan mint tea at the end of the treatment as my friend and I relaxed in the lounge. My skin was glowing and I felt so relaxed, will definitely be visiting again. The perfect relaxing escape in the heart of London, I can’t recommend Casa Spa enough.

Had the most amazing experience at Casa Spa. We booked the Escape package for a group of 5. We traveled 1hour to get there and were lucky to find parking in front of the shop. All the staff were lovely and so accommodating. The atmosphere was so peaceful and felt so safe as its ladies only. We felt like a new person walking out. Thank you for the amazing experience. Can’t wait to go back!
My sisters and I booked the escape package and everything was perfect! All of the staff were so kind and did an extremely well job. Definitely recommend and will come again!
After returning from Morocco, I had been looking for a London-based hammam for a while and decided to try this place out after hearing good reviews from friends. For the price, it’s reasonable – you get what you pay for, and the services aren’t bad. The ladies working here are very welcoming, and I appreciated that it’s a ladies-only spa, which adds a nice level of comfort.
I would suggest a slight improvement in the steam room, as the flow can sometimes be intense and a bit overwhelming, especially if you’re a bit claustrophobic. Overall, it’s not a bad experience if you’re looking for a London hammam at a fair price.

Yeah ... This place isn't a place to go for help. The staff are very rude and ignore the customers even when they are doing nothing. Even when you are polite and ask them for help they treat you as if you are dirt and said something offensive. The store looks dirty and the roof is falling through. Best advice for this store ....close it down or fire all the staff and recruit new staff member who knows what good customer service is.
I was looking for a traditional Hammam and a massage place to go for such a long time in the U.K. and I found this place on google search and I am glad that I did. The place, the staff and the service is great and it is a very clean, decent place. I can’t thank enough to the staff who looked after me and the other clients really well, they go above and beyond when it comes to service. The massage was great too which I had been longing it for a while. I felt pampered, relaxed and refreshed after the whole experience. I will definitely will continue going there on a regular basis. I highly recommend it if you are a person that likes to go to Hammam and have a massage regularly for a treat for self care, pampering and relaxation. Thank you for the great service and care. I look forward to booking my next appointment.
Honestly, went to this place because they have south asian staff and i felt since i’m indian, i would be able to explain how i want my threading in a better way. I got my eyebrows, forehead and upper lips threaded. Came home and realised they cut my lip on the outer edge, all the area around my brows is so irritated and red. Repeated threading on the skin but still did not manage to get all the hair off. So much hair is still remaining on my forehead and around my brows. Such a bad experience!!!! Never going again. I just spend £18 but i still have hair and my skin is now burning & irritated!
The guy was quite rough with my nails - it hurt and my cuticles bled a little. He also filed my nails really short without really asking. The actual nail polish was nice but I would not go back.
I had an unforgettable experience at Casa Spa today with their Escape Experience for two. It was exactly what I needed. This traditional Hamam experience in London is so authentic and I loved every bit of it.
Karima and Dunya were absolutely amazing, and the massage was delightful. The black soap scrub, honey mask, and mud mask treatments were incredibly rejuvenating. The entire experience was extraordinary, and I can't wait to return soon!

I’m writing review on this one since I can’t find their other branch on the other side next to the perfume shop inside Lewisham shopping centre . Went there multiple times for my nails . They put the prices up which is fair enough considering the cost of living . But the service is horrible . There’s this Vietnamese lady I think the owner or manager. She has horrible attitude . Every time I visit I find her behavior extremely rude . Who put her in customer service if she can’t even deal with customers with integrity . Usually everywhere to remove nails is £10 but here she charger £15! I mean fine but at least learn to greet customers correctly . Won’t be coming back and don’t recommend to anyone .
Really disappointed with todays visit. Firstly once again prices have been increased for a standard pedicure. Used to be £22, then increased to £25 now £28 - again this is a standard pedi, normal polish not shellac/gel. Lady doing my pedi was really nice but honestly did not do a good job at all. She made a point of telling me my feet look bad - granted they did due to doing tons of walking hence why i was there. I still have dead/dry skin left on my heels from old blisters, a buffer was used rather then the blade which just made no difference at all. All on all the pedicure took about 30 minutes and then 15/20 mins for them to dry. I pretty much paid £28 to have my nails painted - which i could of done myself at home.
Will not recommend this place for a Hollywood wax/ bikini wax or anything like that if you’re a black woman.

The spa experience was smooth start to finish, we were guided and taken care of exceptional well by Karima amd Hind who showed us friendly behaviour and professionalism. The scrub Karima gave me was so invigorating and refreshing . I especially enjoyed the all over body mud mask which left my skin moisturised and soft for days to come. The hair mask gave my hair volume even after shampooing days latter.. Then we dried off whilst we relaxed sipping mint tea. Worth every penny spent here exceptional quality service and customer care. 👌
I had the most amazing spa day here with my friend! The service was professional, the girls were soooo lovely and everything about this place reminded me of my trip to Morocco 🇲🇦

The worse place ever been. Worse nails ever done . Went for pedicure, had to ask to redo both feet as can see dry skin . Nail Polish was not neat . And when I told him I was shouted at . Well please avoid this place. Also bad smell from open gutters behind the chair. Bad bad bad
Had my eyebrows waxed here 15/06/24. Terrible service, she nodded in all the right places when giving her what I wanted and then went ahead and did what she wanted. She dropped the tinting brush, with tint on it, then picked it up and started to use the brush straight from the floor. After leaving I noticed the corner of my eye was sticking, I felt it and realised there was wax on it. I checked the rest of my face and it was on my forehead, cheekbone above where she had removed the hairs and on the bridge of my nose. She had notcleaned anything properly. I still can't work out how it would be in those areas anyway.
Having got home I also realised the tinting brush she dropped had left tint n my hair and down the shoulder of my jacket. Never again!!

Had my hair cut by Greola , who was amazing. She was so professional and made my hair look amazing. She’s so kind and she did exactly what I wanted making my hair look bouncy and healthy definitely recommend her
Francesca is always great. She listens and understands the client’s wishes and suggests accordingly. I have not been to any other place since getting my first haircut with Francesca last year.

Olga was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I went to the salon for an up do as I was attending a wedding and the look was exactly what I wanted. They are so friendly and will listen to what you want done. The coffee was also really nice :)

Just came back from the hairdressers and I am so happy! I didn’t catch the ladies name (Emma) but she was friendly efficient professional and cut my hair just how I wanted it. Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had yet! Thank you so much and I’d love to come again at the end of the year 🙂

I got balayage done by Aliyah. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Aliyah is incredibly skilled and very friendly. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered valuable guidance on what colour would suit me best. All in all it was great and would definitely recommend!
I had my hair cut today by Francesca. She did an incredible job! This was my first time getting a haircut in 10 months. I wanted a short cut with layers. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I love it! Highly recommend this salon and Francesca!

The studio itself is tidy and the staff nice, but the haircut is just OK. The sides are too long and don't match with the images I showed the girl. I showed her a pixie and she gave me more of a shag. The hair looks fine when styled but in retrospect is not what I wanted. Moreover, she cut me with the razor which now is irritating my skin. Probably a better salon for longer hair cuts, would not recommend for shorter hair like pixie cut.
I recently visited this salon to get my roots colored, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Michelle did an excellent job of matching the new color to my existing hair, resulting in a seamless and natural-looking blend. This salon has been by far the best experience. The hairstylist that did my hair, Hamiyet was so lovely and she did exactly what I wanted. I asked for layers and curtain bangs on long hair and I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this salon that is also very accommodating for hijabis.

Walk past and you'd think it's closed down. Very shabby looking front without any content in what could be an enticing window display. I only knew it was open when I saw someone leave even though the website said it was open. Went in and there was just me and one other shopper, and this on a Saturday. Not surprising as as I said from the outside it looks closed for business. At least one staff member I spoke with tried to be helpful and was well mannered. Just found the lack of customers a surreal experience.
The salon and team are really welcoming and their services are excellent. I was in great hands there, they cut my curly hair very well and quickly. The stylist knew what would suit me and did a great job. I will definitely be going back and certainly recommend them.

I had my nails done on Saturday, it’s now Wednesday. This is the 5th time I’ve had my nails done here & I have to say this is the worst they have ever been. These are my natural nails, with overlay & gel polish. They are chunky, wonky and already chipping. Definitely not worth £37. Not happy at all.

Most Boots stores / services have changed for the worse. Whilst certain individuals can make or break a service, what stems from the top is activated by those lower down. The top isn't that good anymore.

This place is hell on earth. PLEASE put minimum 2 pharmacists in your store. I had to wait in two long queues one by one just to buy to pills. Never coming back to this store or any other boots outlet rven if I have yo suffer a health loss. I'll take me a while to recover from today's torture.
The staff are absolutely amazing. The pharmacy staff especially are communicative dedicated professional whilst also staying compassionate helpful and humane in the face of a lot of pressure. Truly such a lovely and effective team.
Beautiful pet friendly salon, good location and easy to get to. As always I love the outcome of my Balayage. I have been coming to Yvette for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The rest of the team is also very friendly and professional. Great experience can only recommend to everyone!

Awful salon, very unprofessional don’t go here guys. I worked here for a short period and the women didn’t pay me and after 2 days she said she doesn’t need any more staff yet was posting the next day that she does . Been 2 months and not been paid she wasted my time and even the quality of her braids are poor and overpriced.
Marcia took me in last minute before close and saved my birthday look. I love my hairstyle, looks very natural! Lovely customer service and affordable prices !

I get my repeat Prescriptions here. With other pharmacies I'd turn up to collect my prescription and they'd be unable to find it or only issue some of the requested medication. Boots in West Ealing contact me when the prescription is ready a d then I go along and pick it up. They are efficient, precise and prompt. My only gripe is that sometimes they are short on staff.
Absolutely in love with my new hairstyle! I have had many wigs made by marcia and she always has tailored to my needs surpassing my expectations with her knowledge and style of hair dyes and hair styles!
