For more than 2 years I'm happy to be a permanent client at this outstanding beauty salon! I went here last saturday, Oxana did really great, she couldn't speak english well but she understand when I requested her to gave me the pink wax, Ladywax always clean and cozy👌🏼 went here already for a couple of years. Recommended
Do not go here. I just left crying and wounded.
Oxana does not speak english she is rude as hell. She put the boiling wax on and pulled it off piece by piece as it was breaking to parts. I told her to stop half way. I spent 20 minutes scraping off the was from my private parts cause she didn’t clean it off. And at the reception she denied it all. Now I cant go back to work because I have to find another place that would take me and get the rest of the wax off.
I asked for the manager’s contact information which they didn’t give me and I believe the receptions was filming meanwhile I was explaining what happened.
I do not recommend coming here if you are looking for a quality service where they are also nice to you and speak languages.

On reflection of my experience here I will not be returning, woman doing my lashes had an attitude and acted like I was bothering her (??) the lash lift on one eye is horrendous, lashes absolutely looking mangled. I’m disappointed enough to write a review. Not worth saving 20eur by going here instead of somewhere in centraal.

Truly treat non-Dutch customers like second class citizens. They don't follow their own company policies and will not honour your appointment of they prefer to take a smoke break. There's so many other options, do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else. Nathalie with The Beauty Experience did a wonderful job!

I have been getting waxed for many years but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had yet. I got a full Brazilian and my under arms done, Maud was extremely professional and did an incredible job! I highly recommend this wax spot and would 100% come back for more services in the future.

Hele lieve bazin die heel erg betrokken is met het bedrijf, de medewerkers en de klanten. De medewerkers zijn super lief en er kan altijd een praatje vanaf en ze leveren ook een goed resultaat. De prijzen zijn ook nog te doen. Een top plek waar ik graag naartoe ga.

The quality of this place depends solely on the person who's waxing you. I've come away with literal burns, with hairs where my hair was supposedly removed. I've had one lady be very rough, think she was having a bad day and taking it out on me.
But I've also had good experiences, with very skilled ladies. I simply kept going back because you might get lucky and encounter a skilled waxer, it's also convenient and easy to book.

I saw a webisite & i want to learn with Exclusive Beauty. I learned a lot and am willing to learn more and try other courses as well. Carmella has definitely covered each and every part of explanation and thank you for always answering my doubts and giving me clear answer, Finely was wonderful with constant training tips, and guidance to be able to complete my course effectively and professionally.

This was my first visit here last week. Carmella, the owner, took my appointment and recommended I try out eyebrow waxing for once instead of my usual threading. Glad I took her suggestion cuz waxing turned out to be less painful. The salon feels more like a upscale clinic and gives a very relaxing atmosphere. Prices are up on their website include the appointment calendar.
Today is the second time I did the brazilian waxing. My first waxing was was 2 months ago with Isabel. She was very good, and friendly lady.
This treatment I chose the combination wax (full brazilian, armpit, and half leg). Asia did the waxing. She was nice but not really hygiene I would say. When she wanted to put the wax on my sensitif area, she blew it up because the wax is still hot. For me it was disgusting, even you did it to make it colder but she shouldn't do that, it wasn't really hygiene to put your breath onto the wax and put the wax to the customer's sensitive area. And also some of the wax stick on her lips. It wasn't nice at all. Also, because the treatment was a bit painful for me then I ask for cold towel until 4 times then she understood. After the treatment, she didn't clean it with the cold towel and let my skin looks red, and a bit pain. She just put the gel on my skin. She should ask if I wanted it or not.
I like to do the treatment here, but it would be better if the employee also concern about the hygiene.

Lovely place, very kind employees! My mum had extreme neck pain and even though they were fully booked they made time for us, and gave her a 45’ minutes neck massage that relieved her pain. Also in amazing price! Definitely recommend! Thank you

The best in town! Shes so nice, polite and available to help you everytime you need. Her works are amazing and done perfectly 😍 her manicure is so precise in details and eyelash lift and extencion are made so good that you dont even feel it in your eyes. Just the best!!! This place is a great balance between upscale salons and cheap “quick fix” places. The interior and atmosphere is very nice and spacious. The ladies are well trained and have enough time to complete the treatment without rushing. One other very convenient feature is their working hours.

I had my Powder Brows, including my 6 week touch up done by Rebecca and she did an amazing job. She took time to analyze the perfect shape according to my face and personal style and I am so inlove with my new look and very happy with the end result. I recently got powder brows done by Rebecca and the result is amazing! Even though it was part of her training and the first time she did the treatment, she did a perfect job. She is very professional and really takes the time to make sure the shape and color are the best for your face. After the touch-up, the color and shape look great on me. For a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment like the powder brows, I recommed her without hesitation! The cosy salon and friendly atmosphere also contribute to a great and relaxing experience.
I recently visited Perfect Eyelash to get my eyebrows shaped and dyed. The placed looked very cosy and clean and the atmosphere was very friendly and inviting! Rebecca was my brow stylist and did an excellent job!!! She was professional and friendly at the same time, her skills gave me the best eyebrows I've ever had! Direct na vertrek uit de salon had ik echter last van mijn oogleden en zag ik met mijn rechteroog wazig. Er bleek een dikke lijmlaag nog op mijn oogleden te zitten.
De volgende dag contact opgenomen met de salon en langs geweest.
Mijn wenkbrauwen werden bijgewerkt en over de lijmlaag op mijn oogleden werd gezegd: dit heeft ze voor jou gedaan, voor een mooi resultaat.
Zo ga je niet om met klanten. Je dient een fout te erkennen en niet goed te praten met onzin.
Ik ben zelf een gediplomeerd schoonheidsspecialiste en ik weet heel goed dat een laag lijm 24 uur lang op je huid slecht is. Bovendien kan je een klant niet zo de deur uit laten gaan.
Zonde, 1e en meteen de laatste keer.

Erg fijne salon. Klantvriendelijk en schoon. Dilara is de enige waar ik met een gerust hart mijn wenkbrauwen in veilige handen kan leggen.
Eigenaresse doet haar werk erg goed, luistert goed naar je wensen en is een leuke spontane dame! Mooi salon en goede service, ik raad het zeker aan!👍🏼
