Made an appointment for a consultation because I wanted to price it out and see what I wanted to get done exactly before booking. The salon called me and said they could book an appt for right after. I said sure. They then called me again and said I needed to put a card on file to hold the appt which I declined to do because I really just wanted to do the consultation. Did the appt with Mia who was super nice and I don’t think its her fault but more so the salon’s. When she told me how much it would be it was twice as expensive as I was expecting. I told her I couldn’t do that right now and that it was double what I had ever paid to get my hair done (I have always gone to higher end salons in major cities). I was told I had to do something because I made the appt. So I got pressured into doing something else that was not what I wanted. $370 later and I have some stripey highlights instead of the rooted balayage I was asking for.

The famous Daniel McFadden created eyebrows for me out of literally nothing. I think I was in my early teens when I tweezed from the roots and my eyebrows never grew again. Here I am, on the verge of my last birthday of my sixties, and I was turned on to the idea of microblading by a friend who was turned on by someone she knew. After years of penciling on my brows, I went for the change. I had a consultation with Daniel during which he explained how microblading is done; he showed me before and after pictures as well as videos of the procedure and his appearances on national television shows like Access Hollywood. There was comprehensive medical paperwork to fill out, which I appreciated; I signed and made my appointment. The first appointment was to discuss shape, width, color, etc. (which was also discussed at the consult). It's the first pass so to speak. I was apprehensive about what I'd look like afterward; would I be happy with what was created, would I be swollen, red, in any sort of discomfort. There was none of that; I could have gone to a black tie event right out of the salon! The healing process was smooth, no issues arose. No getting the procedure area wet for 48 hours, blot the area every few hours to remove excess ink that the body tries to expel and use Aquaphor liberally several times a day. The color gets dark in the first couple of days and then lightens again, so don't worry about the color not looking like what you expected. In about two weeks the brow area is healed. There was some sloughing off of ink during the healing process and that is where the second touch-up appointment comes in. The touch-up appointment fills in blank areas that may have occurred during the healing process; shape is modified if desired, as is color. I lost a good amount of ink during the healing process as my skin is a bit tough and ink doesn't stay on my face (my body, no ink problems). So, my touch-up was a tad more intense as Daniel had to go deeper to deposit the ink than the first pass. My shape was modified and that was that. I couldn't be happier with the final look and once the touch-up healing period is over, I will never have to lift brow powder again! Oh, maybe to alleviate some shine; it is, after all a flat tattoo. Having mentioned that it's flat, brings me to this final note: my eyebrows look like they are made of real hair! If anyone actually gets up close and studies the brows, they'll be revealed for what they are, but at a normal distance, they look real and fabulous! It's pricey when someone well-vetted with a stellar reputation does it, thereby no worries about product safety, sanitary conditions, etc. No sketch with Daniel McFadden! I highly recommend Daniel and his magic with creating and refining eyebrows. You will look like a different person. I hope this review helps anyone considering microblading and who may be very nervous about it. It'll be okay and you'll look fabulous!

I was on vacation and needed a great wash and blowout, so I decided to give The Blowout Blowdry Bar a shot. Adam was my hairstylist, and he was very professional, kind, and efficient. I appreciated that he took his time with me and gave me a beautiful blowout that lasted all day. The entire experience was fantastic with Adam, and I felt pampered and well taken care of. I highly recommend Adam for top-notch hair services! 👌🏼

Adam is absolutely amazing. I have been coming to him for about a month now. I get my hair blown out on saturdays before my weekend. And i am always left here feeling amazing!!!!!!! 10/10 would recommend, and his personality makes it even better!

Bless was amaizing… first and most important loved her work and loved how thoughtful she was in regards to how far into the night my event was and went the extra mile to leave my clips on and explained how to take them off.. it was my first time.. definitely impressed and will be back.

As someone who has never been to the same stylist more than once, I now look forward to my future appointments here at Form! Went in super anxious to even have my hair trimmed and left cut and styled to perfection. I booked with Izzy but have extensively reviewed all stylists before committing to the salon, don’t think you can go wrong with anyone! Thanks Izzy can’t wait for my next appt. :)

Ruben was amazing!! He got me the exact hairstyle I was going for, even giving some tips on how to better it. If you need any help with curly hair, which products to use, etc. he’s awesome!

This place is chock full of talented hair stylists ! As im sitting there being styled, i see wonderful work coming and going. Everyone is friendly and hospitable and its an entertaining place to spend a little time getting dolled up. And they do not penny pinch you. Alicia is my girl but ive also had Maria and honestly, i wouldnt hesitate to book with any of their stylists at this fort lauderdale location. 😀

My son had an appointment at Rich Styles Studio. I unfortunately arrived without unbraiding my son's cornrows that had been growing for the last 5 or 6 years. Although I tried, I ran out of time. Luckily for me and my son, Rich who owns the studio is friendly, caring, and more than accommodating. He. kindly took me to a neighboring salon, The Blowout Blowdry Bar.

The staff there are equally amazing. One stylist, Nicole, not only got my son prepped for his haircut, but also took the time to get to know him as well as me. She is beyond amazing and the staff at the salon even requested that we return so they could see the final product. Being relatively new to the area, I am so grateful to have discovered not only two amazing services, but also genuine, authentic people who personally care for others. Thank you, Nicole!

I have been getting weekly blowouts at the Plantation location for a couple of years and always happy with the easy-to-book online system, stylist and results. I typically book with Sabrina, Cordell or Nichelle now Jolanie moved away.

I recommend anyone getting a blowout to communicate your preferences from hair wash(Cool rinse/cool wash) to styling, i.e. pin curls or round brush. It helps the stylist give you a more personalized experience and meet the overall experience expectations.

Mia is an exceptional stylist. She listened to what I wanted and surpassed it. I have very thick coarse hair. I got a cut, gloss, root touch-up and blow dry with flat iron. The entire staff is super friendly and I felt very welcome!

This salon is super cute and clean, the staff is really nice, and Zoe my stylist is the best!! She can work on any hair type/ color, I always leave happy and I trust her, definitely book with her!

Adam recently provided a Botox treatment for my hair. In a previous visit, he had walked me through my options for straightening out my very wavy hair. He is an absolutely awesome person, experienced stylist and professional. He takes the time to understand your needs and walks you through the various options with complete honesty. The results are fantastic! I could not be happier with all my visits to Adam!

The salon was great! I was treated warmly from when I arrived. My stylist Gillian was so patient with me; the consultation process was in-depth and informative. Gillian took her time looking at my pictures and explaining things to me. She made it her mission to help me reach my goal of a richer, deeper neutral brown. I didn’t feel rushed at any point and she made me feel like she would have spent all day with me figuring out exactly what I wanted. She fixed some uneven layers and gave me a good trim all while keeping as much length as possible. Before any work was started price was discussed, everything was transparent from the beginning. I absolutely love the color so Gillian made sure to save the formula so that I could get the same color next time. Overall a great experience!

This was my first time getting a professional hair cut so I was already nervous and to do something as adventurous as layers was definitely nerve wracking but when I found Isabella’s page I knew she was perfect and she did not disappoint whatsoever. From the warm greetings entering the salon to the lovely conversation in her chair the experience itself was beyond perfect and the hair cut itself couldn’t be better. Jamie is the best and most knowledgeable stylist that I’ve ever been to. She made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the transformation so patiently. She gave me a beautiful cut and shaped my hair , leaving it so much healthier and manageable. She did my color and base as well as low lites and her magical transformation left me feeling gorgeous!! Tricia is amazing! She did my makeup and hair for a wedding and I got so many compliments! She is very attentive, artistic, reliable and friendly and talked me through her ideas and I felt really comfortable with her suggestions. My make up lasted all night and wasn’t heavy looking! In addition, I never have my hair curled because it’s naturally very straight but it stayed all night! I was so pleasantly surprised!

I have been blonde my entire life and struggled to find someone good.. until Sarracino and Federico .. he is masterful. He has transformed my hair into something I feel confident and proud of. With fine blonde hair, I have always used tape-in extensions and this has caused a lot of damage, as well as embarrassing pictures resulting from mismatched hues!

Mia recommended sew-in wefts and educated me on the benefits of using them. She nailed the color correction and took the time to double tone to ensure they matched perfectly. Her attention to detail is unmatched. If you’re looking for a stylist, I highly recommend.

Went in for a just a blowout & Miguel was amazing! Super gentle and the most relaxing shampoo ever. The salon itself is decorated nicely, very welcoming, and has great energy radiating from every stylist there. The blowout was reasonably priced, especially compared to other salons in the area (and my hair is very long and thick). Will definitely be back!!

I went a several weeks ago to get about 18 inches of length cut off my hair. Miguel did an amazing job and I have been LOVING my new haircut! The atmosphere is great and everyone was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this salon enough. Tricia is amazing! I've had two very different experiences with her and she impressed me so much each time. First I went to get my hair and makeup done for maternity photos and it came out gorgeous! She put in extensions etc. and glammed me up, I felt so pretty. The second time, I went in with my naturally curly hair that I hadn't had a proper cut on in years. They were very heavy and shapeless, and now my curls are so bouncy and healthy. Seems like she can do absolutely everything (and do it exceedingly well!) Highly recommend.

Eldy is the VERY BEST cut and color stylist I've ever experienced! He listened to my vision and made it happen! Friendly staff. Felt like I was the only one in the salon the attention was all on me from the front desk greeter, to Kiara's perfect head massage while rinsing my hair, to the Owner who stopped by a few times to be sure everything I needed was perfect. I usually come to FLL only once a year. I may have to come 2-3x just to see Eldy for all things hair! He very well could have charged me for highlights, but instead did a single color application allowing my previous color to provide the highlights to prevent further damage to my hair. That's a true Professional Hairstylist. One who cares about their clients MORE than their commission. <3
